We have stayed at Matt’s place for several years and it is always exceptional. The home is large, clean, convenient drive to great restaurants, and fits our large crew very well. Matt and Tammy are kind, helpful, and are welcoming throughout our stay. We are already looking forward to next year!

Great for larger groups, was spacious, comfortable and well furnished.. King beds are a plus , several private spaces , and private bathrooms in each bedroom, right on the lake ! Highly recommend . Owner is very responsive and takes pride in her vacation home.

Wonderful place to stay. Driveway was a little tight getting the boat in and out, but nothing that wasn’t manageable. Beautiful and peaceful stay!

What a cool place! Character for days & no shortage of entertainment. The outdoor spaces are special. We spent most of our time on the dock & back deck. Sleeping spaces are nice. King in the master was super-comfy. Kitchen works well & the huge sink makes up for the lack of a dishwasher. Well-appointed kitchen. This place isn't all new & modern. Some things fit funny, are not all there, and might even get you asking what they do. All the furniture I tried, which was most of it, just fit. It's well-appointed from every angle (bring your own grilling fuels.) I flew in with nothing but clothes and basic toiletries, & felt pampered. The rockers on the back porch are pure heaven. And maybe the couch too. Such a great oasis. I've been renting vacation properties for decades & this is one of the more memorable & certainly best values. My buddy is bringing his family back once it warms up. Thanks for an amazing weekend!

If you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful setting this is the place to be. The water view is breathtaking. Saw an eagle the first day fishing. What a serene spot to be in. The house is wonderfully decorated and very spacious. The accommodations were as described. Waking up to the picturesque still water thru the master was very special. It is very close to grocery stores, a Dollar General, bars, and places to eat. I suggest the City Harbor if you would like waterfront dining. I was surprised by the size of Guntersville Lake. If you like water you will be in love here. Adam is very responsive to any questions. One thing i must mention is coming from Gadsden don't be garminized and take Wyeth Mountain Road to Guntersville. (unless you enjoy a very steep and winding mountain trail).

Having spent Christmas here, I can say it is just as good as home. Everything is clean and it one of the best stocked properties I have ever visited. Responsiveness was unsurpassed. Proactive with details, clear instructions, and very helpful! I will go back and I would encourage others to go too!

Our group of friends came down from Indiana to spend a long weekend exploring the area's caves and trails and this place was PERFECT for us with plenty of places for everyone to sleep and socialize. The beds were very comfortable and the fire ring was perfect. Lake views and quiet surroundings were also lovely. Paula was a great communicator and provided us with recommendations on local restaurants, where to get firewood, and details about the home. We plan to come back again and hope to start a future tradition - camping outside this past weekend would have been quite cold and staying in such a nice place was great for group morale! Thank you so very much, Paula, for being an amazing host!

Great place to stay will definitely be back again. My only complaint was the late checkout fee. I am running half marathons and marathons every month this year. I have always stayed in airbnbs and I haven’t had a problem checking out a little late without paying a fee. Besides that the house, pond, entertainment center was all great. Super easy checking in and the stay was great right by the rode but you never hear any cars or anything inside. A great place to stay and will be back again this summer.

Craig and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The accommodation was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Craig gave us a tour of the property, which was really fun and very interesting. We felt very relaxed and didn’t want for anything during our stay. We really appreciated the warm welcome and all the extras. I highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway. The area offers lots of fun activities but it is also very peaceful.

We did a weekend stay and it was perfect for our family. We love that brining pets is an option and definitely plan to come back and bring the dogs! We have a 5 year old and it was plenty to do for her.

Had an amazing time, loved the Dirty Dancing feel to the whole place. We stayed a little off season for 4 nights and it felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. The play room and hot tub were fabulous. 100% recommend for families ! Looked to be amazing wedding venue as well. Thx for some great memories with friends!

We stayed for 2 days with 4 little kids… and this was perfect. Door dash can deliver. WiFi works perfect. So much to do between the outdoor play area, the movie theatre, and the entertainment center! There’s also hiking trails and rentable kayaks. The host was very nice, everything worked as expected. I have zero complaints at all! It was a perfect little get away for 2 moms and some kiddos! Everyone was friendly! I’ll definitely be returning!

No complaints whatsoever. The cabin was very cozy and our kids really loved the event center especially the inflatables. It was really nice to be able to take them there on the day it rained and let them play. Our kids are night owls so it was also nice to be able to take them later in the night before putting them to bed. Getting the inflatables blown up for the kids was a breeze. Highly recommend this facility to anyone with kids looking to stay in the area.
