The place was spacious and relaxing. Close to Starved Rock and right next to a huge resort. We would absolutely stay here again.

I booked this place for my family who was coming from out of state for my daughter’s wedding. They loved it! It was lovely, comfortable, quiet, very clean and was furnished with EVERYTHING you need, (besides food of course). The rooms were very spacious. My family felt so at home, We would all definitely recommend staying here!!

Very clean and comfortable. Everything was as pictured. They made sure everything was ready for us before checking in. It was a nice view of the river and a good place to stay this Christmas!

What an outstanding home! If for sale, I would not hesitate to purchase it! Everything was amazing from the first moment. The house was in an exceptional location, everything was as described, the kitchen was fully stocked as it should be, the beds were comfortable… list goes on and on! Alex was incredibly respond lovely to work with. I have stayed at many Airbnb’s throughout the country and this was certainly in the top 3. Highly recommend this place!

Jason’s home was beautiful, cozy, right on the water & perfect for our family of 8! Communicating with him beforehand was seamless as he responds very quickly and is very accommodating. The home is very spacious, we had plenty of towels and we enjoyed the game room in the basement! 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute little Airbnb with incredible river views. Wow. Literally on the river. The bed was quite comfortable and the place was super cozy!

You really have to experience this place to understand what a gem it truly is. It's central location to some of Illinois River Valley's best state parks, its charm, character. Yet still provides all of the modern creature comforts and then some. The interior decor is so warm and inviting. As are the amazing hosts. The only negative (and I mean the only slight drawback) is that it is right off of a major state road. And there isn't much wind block being that it's surrounded by cornfields. So you may hear road noise and wind (especially if it happens to be really windy like it was the weekend we stayed.) But those were absolutely minor inconveniences compared to its value. We loved the extra touches for our rescue mutts like dog bowls, blankets, poop bags, and a fully fenced yard. We cannot wait to come back!

Doug and team were amazing and made our stay so great for Christmas. We were all in town to see my grandma for Christmas. Unfortunately she passed the day after we left but we created the best memories with family in this home. I’m sure this will become a tradition for our family now. Really unique home in a beautiful area just outside of Peoria.
