Great place in a great location! Clean/comfy beds and the price was perfect! As stated in other reviews the toilet is very awkward, it’s inches from a jetted out wall so your legs have to spread to make room for the wall to go in between legs when sitting. We all laughed about it. But the price, room accommodations and location made the toilet a non issue, but I could see how it would be a mega problem for those that need more space. This apartment is in the basement which made it very cold, lots of drafts in the king room, we loved that, so it was not an issue with us. Would def stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful, comfortable space exactly like the photos. Adam was very quick to reply to questions and provided precise directions with photos for parking. Very enjoyable stay.

Awesome apartment right in the heart of beautiful downtown historic Marshall. Close to restaurants, bars, wineries, and shops. The apartment itself has a gorgeous urban industrial look to it. It was well stocked and comfortable. I recommend it to anyone! Timely and accurate communication from the host. I’ll definitely be back!

It is a cozy 3 bdrm cottage. We loved it. We felt right at home. 2 of the 3 bedrooms were larger than I expected. We also loved that one bedroom was completely on the other side of the house. Since I work nights this was very helpful. We will definitely be back. Being able to use the fireplace was an extra bonus.

I would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to Kalamazoo. It's in an incredible location, a literal stones throw to supermarkets, convenience stores as well shops, restaurants and bars. My pups loved running around the big, fenced-in yard. My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to get to extend our stay by one more day, just to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Mike’s place is great for hosting a family get together. It is spacious and well supplied. Mike was especially accommodating when our plans planned with a family urgency and snowy weather.

Only was able to stay a night, but the host was extremely kind and the neighborhood from what I could tell was quiet and safe. Highly recommend.

Exactly as described! Check in was super easy and the check out instructions were clear. The space was very cute and we had no issues finding the place. Would definitely recommend for your next MSU visit!

Our stay was excellent. The house was very clean, extremely well stocked (utensils, k-cups, paper products & bathroom items) along with towels & linens. Truly a “come in and make yourself at home” kinda place. We will certainly consider coming back next time we are in Hillsdale visiting Hillsdale College.

I loved what I saw online before booking, but the place was actually even better than what was shown. I would highly recommend this place and would be glad to book again if I'm in the area.

I traveled to Michigan with my sister for a family reunion, so I wanted a place with two separate bedrooms. Boz's place was a great choice. It is one unit in a community of four-unit apartment buildings. It was probably built in the 1970s, but it has been fixed up well. Everything was squeaky clean. I walked around in new white socks and had no worries about getting them dirty. Boz included some nice details, including fluffy towels and a big new bar of soap. The shower is mounted up high, which I appreciate because I'm tall. The unit has its own 40-gallon water heater. There was a bowl with packaged snacks like granola bars, which was helpful in the morning to hold me over before I left for breakfast. The location is three minutes (by car) from an Aldi grocery store, but I never used it on this trip. I ate breakfast every day at Roxie's which is a great place that's only about four minutes away. I will be happy to stay here again next time I visit Kalamazoo.

As someone who lives on the road 52 weeks out of the year, i’ve seen a lot of airbnbs, and this one is one of my favorites ever! Carlene is an incredible host, her communication always so thoughtful and prompt! She was even kind enough to leave me an assortment of little goodies upon my arrival. The place has everything you’d need while staying here for a couple nights or even a few weeks. I felt like I was staying at a wealthy relative’s house!

Our stay was amazing, a very clean minimal place. There is a train right outside the building that was kinda loud but obviously out of anyone’s control. But other than that I had a peaceful stay!!

We loved stay at Grando. It was more spacious than the pictures presented. Super close to Hillsdale College. We were very comfortable and delighted to have beds for all 6 of us and chairs for all of us around the dining table!
