This was our third stay at the Lil Sea Sass, and as always, it was a fantastic experience! Susan is a wonderful host—quick to respond, accommodating, and flexible. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully maintained. We also loved the newer updates, which made our stay even more comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

We would definitely recommend Deb’s and Sharon’s cottage as a place to stay. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the water, but is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood so it still also offers plenty of privacy. They were wonderful and responsive hosts and checked on us throughout our stay, though we didn’t end up needing a thing. They were gracious enough to allow our dog Bella join for the weekend too, which we appreciated very much as she goes everywhere with us. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely look to book again if we make our way back to the beautiful island!

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

Steven and Laura have made the place really quaint and cozy. Everything at the house was neat and clean. This time we went for a quick getaway during winter. Would love to go back again to enjoy nicer weather.

Simple and clean get away for 1 person or a couple. I had a little dopamine detox all to myself and was able to read write and walk in almost complete privacy. The private beach has an amazing view at 6-7 AM for those who want to catch the sun come up. I went in the winter during a cozy little snow storm so I can only imagine how nice it is in the summer.

We loved our stay in this charming cottage! Our family of 4 adults spent Thanksgiving weekend here. It was our first trip to the cape and it did not disappoint! The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Although the dining table was small, we made it work for our Thanksgiving dinner. We did prepare some of the side dishes ahead of our stay, but the kitchen had everything we needed to complete the meal. The location is ideal for exploring the beach (even in the cold) and Captain Parker’s Pup (just down the road) was open and bustling with activity the night before Thanksgiving, so it didn’t feel too “off” season. We had a great stay from start to finish and we can’t wait to come back, but in the summer next time!

My husband and I stayed for a 3 day take a break and relax visit and Paul and Katie's place was just perfect. It is beyond wonderful in its description and so beautifully maintained. We are so grateful to have found this amazing haven. From soaking in sunshine through all the big windows, playing a board game next to the fire, relaxing in the peace and beauty of the home and walking along the paths down to the water, this amazing gem is already a place we have a place in our hearts for and will look forward to returning.

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The space was incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Patrick’s place was absolutely perfect! We made great use of the kitchen with no problem whatsoever. We really appreciated the nearby trail to get some fresh air and enjoyed being close to a grocery store for cooking meals. Highly recommend this place if you want a quiet laidback place to rest and refit!

I loved our stay . The place inside was bigger than I was expecting. They have so many dishes, glasses, towels, blankets, chairs, etc to use. The place was great, just wish our weather was better. Thank you for being so helpful before and during our stay . Hope to return next year .

Madison has been an exemplary host, and the house was a great fit for 6 adults and 4 kids aged 4, 3, 1 and below 1. Even though we came for only a few days, I had lots of questions. Madison always responded promptly and helpfully. The host went beyond the call of duty by checking with cleaners when house became available, and facilitating an earlier check-in. That was greatly appreciated by our party. The house layout with bedrooms on two floors was perfect for us, where some kids who wake up real early slept on one floor, and others who wake up later are on another floor. Huge dinner table that could fit us all. Lack of clutter that let the energetic kids move around freely. Three bathrooms conveniently located, one on each floor. The availability of good quality, foldable beach chairs and a beach umbrella were a huge plus. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, where we enjoyed walking, jogging or pushing strollers.

We had a wonderful stay at Colleen's place. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed the cozy living room, big dining table, and comfortable beds. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the sunsets from the porch. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed. Wonderful weekend!

We had a wonderful stay with easy access to area nature spots for winter beach hiking and birding. Eric was very welcoming and excellent with communication. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 3 and our small dog. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The views of Cape Cod Bay from the house were spectacular. We appreciated seeing and hearing the waves from the sliding glass doors and sleeping to the sound of the waves. The sunrise was gorgeous over the water.

This property is a beautiful mix of old and new. The original structure is over 100 years old. The bedrooms retain much of the original character while the kitchen and upstairs bath have been very nicely updated. We found the beds to be comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and more. The location is quiet. The association beach is a short walk and is clean with easy swimming as the bay side water is usually calm. It is a beautiful area for paddling with generally quiet water. There are numerous options within 10-15 minutes for restaurants or shopping. We very much enjoyed the stay with plans to return. Chuck was very responsive to any questions or concerns; great host.

The home is in a beautiful location! Beautiful views of the water, private beach, and within walking distance of the Cape Cod Canal. Calvin was very responsive and a great host. The home was clean and just like the pictures. We would stay there again! I highly recommend the home!

With our cousins and aunts living nearby, it became a gathering place full of joy, a place where generations came together to celebrate the bonds that tie us. Just down the road is the final resting place of our beloved mother and sister, making this even more special. This wasn't just a place to stay—it was a place where lasting memories were made. We are incredibly grateful for this unforgettable experience and highly recommend the Holiday House to anyone looking for a home that feels like a warm embrace.

This is a charming warm home, it was totally clean and the kitchen is full of pots, pans, platters, cups, spices etc. The location is beautiful, we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as hanging in the living room, dining room and kitchen. We were a group of 6, there's plenty of room, it's simply a wonderful place to vacation! I'd choose this home again!!
