We had a fantastic, relaxing, and memorable stay in Melissa’s cute cottage! We loved the extra treats and thoughtful touches and whilst we didn’t bring our pup, we know she would have loved it too! The cottage had everything we needed and more. It was so lovely waking up to the beautiful view of the lake and despite the weather, we still enjoyed smores by the firepit, walks on Seagull beach, a paddle in the kayaks and paddleboards, as well as a bike ride. It was a perfect stay and we’d love to return!

The house was even better than the photos! The kids enjoyed the home As much as the adults (especially the toys) and Amy was great to communicate with.

Marina’s home is so beautiful and clean! We had a crowd of couples and singles, the space fit everyone perfectly! Ample bathrooms, space for relaxing, and comfortable beds! We hope to be welcomed back.

A wonderful spot filled with Machpee and Cape cod decor. The location was excellent given we travelled up and down the Cape and needed a spot that was centrally located. The house is well appointed and has everything you need ! It looks exactly like the photos. And the neighbourhood is very nice too.

My family and I had a wonderful winter escape here. Everything was as described and perfect for our needs. Will try to stay here again!!

The Edgartown house is absolutely lovely. The owner has definitely invested alot of time and effort into the house - not only is it very very clean, they went really out of their way to have "al the little things" that you don't see in many AirBnbs - coffee supplies and both a drip and Keurig machine, a bowl of packaged snacks, hotel style towels folded on the beds, qtips and bath essentials; even mints in the bedrooms. The table was even set for a party of four with dishes, folded napkins and the works. You don't normally see this level of detail and effort in places - it's clear that Genianna knows exactly how to setup a home for a luxury stay. Of course I'm always on island in the off-season, so I didn't spend much time outside. But the deck, furniture, fire pit and hot tub do look like a great place to spend a summer evening. I almost feel like AirBnB should have Genianna teach a class to other owners how to setup a home for rental. Everything was perfect.

Tam is an excellent host. The lake is picturesque and peaceful. The property is nestled between mature evergreen trees. The house is newly renovated, light, white, bright. Kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Lots of cleaning supplies. Tam was an exceptional communicator and very friendly. Appreciate the time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect spot for a week at the beach — the parking pass for the local beaches was especially helpful and the chairs and umbrella. Very walkable to the downtown for coffee and treats. We were there with our toddler and infant and found it to be very charming and peaceful. The view of the property and Willow trees were especially beautiful from the patio! Would definitely stay again. Perfect size for a small family or two couples.

We loved loved LOVED Lucky Duck Farm!! Alaine and Eduardo have built a beautiful place that's serene, homey, clean, comfortable, welcoming, and super fun. The chickens, ducks, and geese make it a magical experience and we had such a great time getting to know them :) Cannot wait to come back and enjoy more time exploring.

We stayed in the tree house suite. It had a lovely deck surrounded by trees and a great view of the sky. Craig and Ginny are as friendly a couple you will ever meet--always quick to answer questions and offer some great suggestions, Craig even offered to drop us off at a few places. They were so kind they felt like old friends. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away--which is great because they charge 25 bucks to park. So do the easy walk, and Ginny will provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Hyannis itself is a great place to walk around with lots of shops and great restaurants. We also took a ferry to Nantucket which was delightful, as well. I would visit them again without question. Go. You won't be disappointed. Michael and Rebecca

We spent a long weekend as a small family of four with a toddler. The place is absolutely pristine with such beautiful charm. It’s a basement unit that looks newly renovated. It looks better than the photos to be honest. The decor was beautiful and quirky and just made for a nice family getaway to close out the summer. Samantha was just phenomenal as a host. She was extremely kind, offering whatever we needed. The house is situated in a quaint woodsy area (not walkable so a car is needed) which was nice to come back to after a full day out. Our days were busy so we had no time to enjoy the patio. Our toddler enjoyed seeing the animals. Although the listing forewarns about a rooster I could barely hear it in the morning so it’s not disturbing at all. The outdoor shower was quite a treat as it was my first time and it was just beautiful to see the scenes of nature as I washed off from the beach. Highly recommend and will likely be back! Thanks for such a lovely stay! 😊

Enjoyable last-minute short stay. It was very accommodating for 6 women cyclists. I so wish the hot tub was up and running. It would've been perfect after our 50-mile bike ride on the island.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and incredibly well-equipped, Monica truly thought of everything. The location was exceptional for day trips to nearby cities and attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to relax after our adventures. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Thank you to our wonderful hosts at the Onset Compound for an incredible stay! The home is located in a picture perfect waterfront setting with all of the amenities a beach house offers. The hosts recommended some great restaurants and things to do that kept us busy all weekend. The home is sparkling clean and we felt right at home!

Bill was terrific and there are tons of super thoughtful things around - I had access to a fire pit, amazing place for socialization (with fridge, stove, TV, rocking chairs, tables, etc.) The studio was the perfect place - it had everything I needed - but was simple and not fussy. I really loved the property, loved the accommodations, loved the location and the host was super nice and helpful and present enough, but not too present! I knew I could find him if I needed something! His place also felt very safe and a terrific place to be if you are interested in the beach and ocean, but also close to a lot of amazing attractions and food! Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a super unique, peaceful retreat that has convenient access to endless activities. The property is situated in a unique, serene location with easy walking access to local parks and a variety of quality restaurants. The water is perfect for paddling to explore the large area of connected coves. It’s a short distance to the Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge and the canal trail. There's little need to leave the property but there is much close by to explore. I'm looking forward to returning to experience everything again, and maybe, experience and discover even more next time.
