The house perfectly accommodated our group of 8. Plenty of room to maneuver in the kitchen and a big dining room table for meals. We sat outside to enjoy the water view several times a day. Easy walk to shared facilities like the heated pool and tennis court.

EXCELLENT! Very clean. Has everything you need to be comfortable. The beds are all very comfy. Kitchen has everything you need. It’s a big comfortable home. Bathrooms are a nice size and well arranged. The master has a his and hers separate counter space which we really enjoyed and also the toilet is private. The other bathroom was big and very nice also. We were in a different house just a few minutes away that was dirty. We switched to this one. It was like night and day. Airbnb was very accommodating by refunding some of our money..

This bungalow was quaint, and the water views and birds to listen to and watch was wonderful.

Truly wonderful stay at Veronica’s place. Coffee on the covered porch every morning while watching the sea birds fly around was magical. The layout of the small cottage made it feel very spacious and kitchen was well designed and easy to work in. The space is well cared for and clean.l, as well as the surrounding bungalows. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the great view and sound of the ocean from the living area. Getting onto the beach is quick, and the provided beach gear is excellent. The condo was spotless and well decorated. It was also well equipped with everything you would expect. The reserved covered parking spot near the elevator was a nice perk. Our host was extremely responsive. We hope to stay again!

Great place and location for family of 4 with 2 adult children. Rooms were all nice and place was clean with great outdoor space. Walkable for coffee and breakfast and close to restaurants and water.

There really should of been a waste disposal along with the dishwasher. Would of also liked to of seen the in suite laundry instead of a shared with all the units.

I have stayed at approximately 30 AirBnBs. Cody’s was by far the best. Cody always communicates quickly and proactively and goes out of his way to make sure his guests have a perfect experience. The place is squeaky clean, stylish and super comfortable. My partner and I loved the pool area with a view of the Intercoastal. We also loved having the two cruiser bikes to go out exploring. We enjoyed the scenic, short walk into the town of Jensen Beach. We would not hesitate to return to this AirBnB!

Sweet 1st floor unit overlooking the pool and ocean. Beds and couches were comfortable. Really nice and uncrowded beach. It was easy to access our Netflix and Prime Video accounts for movie nights. Our only negative about this rental was the construction noise in the building across the pool from us and the lack of communication about this from the host. Every workday from 8 am to 4pm we had to endure the noise from jack hammers, drills and hammering. On those days/times we could not relax or eat on the patio, nor could we enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds because we had to keep the the patio doors closed. It would have been better if the host had let us know about this issue and offered us a small discount for the problem.

We had an awesome 3 week stay over the Christmas holiday. The house offered plenty of space for the entire family of 5 adults to stretch out. The kitchen area is huge and provided plenty of pots & pans, utensils and accessories. Always nice to stay at a house that has a full compliment of spices. Great outdoor sitting area with a beautiful view of the Indian river. Nice fishing dock if you enjoy fishing. We went to the pool almost every day. It was clean and very relaxing. The beaches are less than a mile away with lots of shells. Enjoyed several of the local restaurants with 11 Maple getting our top vote (Wahoo was delicious). Overall we had a five star experience and would definitely rent this property again. Our only regret is we didn't book more weeks.

What a beautiful location and lovely Condominium! We enjoyed hearing the Ocean and the majestic views. We were very comfortable here. The owner Linda was especially nice and accommodating! Highly recommend this property!

Awesome place with awesome views, the host was sooo amazing, she was always there when we had any concerns or quiestions. We loved the place in every way. It was very quiet, extremely clean, and we had all the appliances needed making our stay so much better. We would definitely recommend this place to whoever wants to stay in a quien place with an amazing host!

We loved the location next to the beach . It is on the second floor so the view is somewhat obstructed but you can see the ocean and the terrace is large with comfortable furniture. The location is good, a drive to restaurants and downtown Stuart but good for a beach vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable ,fine for the two of us, and David was very responsive and easy to reach.

I’ve stayed at other condos in this development .. this by far was my favorite, for the view and its much more peaceful in the pelican building

Best Air BnB we have ever stayed in. Gorgeous home, decor, and was extremely clean. Could not have asked for a better spot to spend our week in Stuart. Would definitely recommend. Margaret was responsive and very helpful. Not one complaint about the property.
