Perfect location! Steps away from all the fun and the water! We loved this location, and we didn't have any issues with the noise, but this is not for people that are sensitive to noise or fun. Great views from the window to people watch. Beautiful shops and amazing restaurants just outside the front door. Very busy location and pretty loud most of the day and night. Definitely not for light sleepers. There is a bar is just below this rental, so you can hear the music. There's also a lot of noise during the day, with the lawn maintenance and music playing and people in the streets! This rental is very spacious and beautiful. Clean and the host was amazing!

Loved this place! Perfect for me and my friends to enjoy a quiet spring break. So many beaches, restaurants, and other fun activities to enjoy for everyone. Will definitely be back :)

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The views were breathtaking. It literally felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderful time! We HIGHLY recommend this property as well as Al as a host!

We enjoyed the great view and sound of the ocean from the living area. Getting onto the beach is quick, and the provided beach gear is excellent. The condo was spotless and well decorated. It was also well equipped with everything you would expect. The reserved covered parking spot near the elevator was a nice perk. Our host was extremely responsive. We hope to stay again!

My wife and I just finished a really nice week in Susan and Tom's condo at the Pelican. The condo was clean, well-appointed and stocked, and very private and peaceful. Susan was able to accommodate us with an early check-in. The area around Stuart, Hutchinson Island and Jensen Beach offers so much in the way of restaurants, beaching and entertainment, and the condo was the perfect home base for venturing out to many venues. Susan proved to be a fantastic host and left us many thoughtful touches (coffee pods, snacks, menus, etc.) . We will be back!

Hutchinson Island is a beautiful location and this condo was right on the beach with a perfect view of the sunrise with lots of surfers to watch every day. The dunes and the beach are quite lovely and the condo is quiet. The condo is very clean and is comfortable to stay in. The owner's let us know that we could check in early when the condo was ready and found and sent me my medicine that I forgot under the sink in the bathroom. thanks for all the extra effort!

Had great stay at this place! Will be a priority for us to stay again. Location is perfect for checking out surrounding areas..Stuart, Port Salerno, Hobe Sound, Jupiter and more. Verna is a gracious host and genuinely cared about our stay. Beds are very comfortable! All appliances are nice and air conditioning is quiet. Can easily accommodate 6. Mitkos condo was exactly as advertised! I will most likely stay there again as my father is very elderly and lives close by! Restaurants and food stores are very close and there's quite a choice. It's 40 mins to Palm Beach Airport and very close to the interstate highways

Nice condo with very comfortable beds. Safe area. Retail, restaurants, and beaches just a few miles away. Carole was friendly & very responsive to any requests. A great host.

Sweet 1st floor unit overlooking the pool and ocean. Beds and couches were comfortable. Really nice and uncrowded beach. It was easy to access our Netflix and Prime Video accounts for movie nights. Our only negative about this rental was the construction noise in the building across the pool from us and the lack of communication about this from the host. Every workday from 8 am to 4pm we had to endure the noise from jack hammers, drills and hammering. On those days/times we could not relax or eat on the patio, nor could we enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds because we had to keep the the patio doors closed. It would have been better if the host had let us know about this issue and offered us a small discount for the problem.
