Quaint and cute in historic downtown Stuart. Owner was very nice, helpful and responsive. Great atmosphere and helpful amenities. Having a coffee maker with pods was a nice touch. It was very clean also! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for walking around town. A quaint inn seeped in history to relax before and after a day of sightseeing.

Marie was amazing. We got to meet her the following morning after check in and she was so kind and sweet. Highly recommend staying there

Steve and Ashley are an amazing couple., very courteous and attentive to our needs. The beds at the facility were awesome. We enjoyed the sound the air conditioner made when it was on. It sounded like it was raining outside and made our sleep at night great!!!. The swimming pool was also great! as well as the location. We would definitely come back again and stay at the Colorado Inn.

This was a perfect last minute trip. When our flights got cancelled due to bad weather and we could not reroute, we worked to plan a quick getaway. The unit was as described, walkable, and dog friendly. The hotel team was friendly and helpful for our needs and Steven was responsive and accommodating with check in. He manages other properties and we would look at booking those with our extended family should we need another quick getaway. Thanks for helping us achieve our quick getaway. For light sleepers— no blackout curtains so rooms have a little light in them but not a problem for us (noise machine provided was helpful for our little ones!)

Great stay, and plan to return. The room and hotel were very clean. The pool was a little dirty, while the jacuzzi was pretty dirty. Free drinks on our check in was a nice touch.

This was a lovely quaint house. It was very clean and comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet. Downtown Stuart is a brief walk away but there isn't any noticeable noise. I enjoyed my stay and would choose it again.

We LOVED our stay the "Pink House", Sam Matthew's House in downtown Stuart. Maria, our hostess was so welcoming and kind, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The house is so lovely with all its historic charm - and conveniently located in downtown Stuart, within 10 minutes walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants, boardwalk and the Riverwalk Stage. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area with beautiful homes of all varieties. We really enjoyed getting to know Maria, and we will go back on our next visit to the area!
