We very much enjoyed our stay at Steven's. It was a very peaceful surroundings with a hot and cold tub and sauna. The living room with a smart TV was a wonderful place to hang out with our family. The kitchen had all of the utensils and cooking appliances we needed and the beds were every comfy. Steven was a very helpful host giving us some ideas of local establishments and responded to our questions about how to set the hot tub temperature slightly higher and the cold plunge slightly colder. The sauna worked perfectly and was a joy to look out over the landscape as we enjoyed sweating. There were plenty of towels for our use. Next time in Austin we are coming to Stevens for sure.

This place is an absolute gem. Wacky and fun, it’s a house with unique charm and character, something that is increasingly rare to find on Air BnB. The bedrooms are a little unconventionally arranged so if privacy for every single bed is your main concern, perhaps it’s not for you. Otherwise you’ll fall in love with this one-of-a-kind place like we did. There were 8 of us staying for SXSW and we really felt like we had a home base. Brian was attentive, flexible and helpful throughout our stay. The neighbourhood is ideal, and walkable. In a world of grey floored rentals and bland, heartless renovations, this spacious home is a whimsical breath of fresh air. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.

George's place was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space for our family of 12 to spread out, and the communal space in the kitchen was amazing. They have truly thought of everything a guest might need. Very clean and modern, and a short drive to many of the sights and downtown.

We had a wonderful stay at the nice, peaceful cottage. It was very clean & well taken care of. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the birds & enjoyed a soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking and walking in the local area. A very thoughtful host, Charles brought over a plate of cookies to welcome us & for our anniversary. Enjoyed meeting & talking with him. Thank you, Cassie & David Wilson

We loved staying here! The location was perfect (we were able to walk to so many things!), and it was so nice to come back to the private hot tub after a day of exploring! The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and put a lot of thought into making our stay comfortable. We had everything we needed and more! The rental unit was extremely clean, well-kept, and up-to-date. The beds were very comfortable, we slept so well! If we are ever in the area again, this will be our place for sure!

We loved New Braunfels! It was an easy walk to downtown activities. The hot tub was wonderful. The river was fun. Thanks for a great time!

The home was clean and appropriately furnished. We did not cook or prepare meals so I can't rate the kitchen beyond the working coffee machine. The bedrooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Great location!

Our stay at this Airbnb during our daughter's graduation at the University of Austin was absolutely fantastic. The home was not only comfortable but also conveniently located, allowing us to easily navigate the city and attend all the graduation events without any hassle. What truly set this Airbnb apart, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the host. She made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay and gave some great suggestions on places to eat. But what truly blew us away was her responsiveness to our request to look for our forgotten sunglasses. She found out sunglasses and promptly shipped them to us. It's these little gestures of thoughtfulness that truly make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. Comfortable accommodations, a great location, and a host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home.

Perfect location for our stay in Austin! Hands down one of the best experiences I have had booking a house on Airbnb. The house was clean, quite, and comfortable! Larry is very thoughtful and answered all of my questions before I thought to ask. His attention to detail, communication, and hospitality were all top notch. Flexible check-in and check-out. Just an overall good experience. Top of my list for the next trip to Austin.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend and the ease of access to the river made for the perfect weekend. No worrying about parking, renting tubes, getting picked up by a van- just walk in and walk out back to the house. It is a beautiful little gem.

Love staying in campfire circle and Donna’s place was no exception. It was perfect for our crew, had stunning views, lots of deer, and each room was cutely decorated for Christmas. The house is FULLY stocked with anything you may need, which is much appreciated. This is how Airbnb used to be before all the good properties were snatched up by corporations. Classic, family owned home with all the charm and attention to detail.

What an amazing place! The studio was clean and cozy with everything we needed for our stay. The yard outside the studio was a beautiful spot for outdoor dining on the giant picnic table. We enjoyed swinging in the hammock and sitting by the fire ring in the evening. We loved walking around the ranch and looking at all the flowers, the scenery, the horses (especially the new foal), etc. The hike around the mountain/hill was just strenuous enough with lots of beautiful views (be sure to bring water)! Finally, their spot on the river was perfect. At this time of year many spots have run dry or stagnant, however, at Montesino there was still enough water in the swimming hole to have a good soak. It’s warm (as all Tx rivers are at this time of year), and there’s moss covering the rocks (again, as every river in Tx has right now) but the water is moving so it’s not stagnant and it’s still cool enough before 3 pm to be refreshing! It was a lovely time!

John and Sherri’s place was even better than advertised! The property is beautiful and peaceful, and the Backwoods BnB is a large inviting space. Our two young children had plenty to keep them occupied, and morning walks to visit Brandi and Bailey- the two resident longhorns- was a highlight for our son! The large open floor plan worked great for us, and allowed our little ones to tire themselves out before bed each night. Although secluded, the BnB was a great base for day trips to Pedernales Falls, Wimberly, Fredericksburg, and Enchanted Rock. Dripping Springs is also a short drive away for groceries, or a quick meal.

Our family of six stayed here for our trip, and had plenty of room in the house. It had everything we needed, and was very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful house and view, and it looks even better in person! Just plan in advance for your meals, as there are not a ton of options nearby. The hosts quickly responded and accommodated any requests! We definitely recommend staying here!

we had an amazing time at kims! we really enjoyed the pool and backyard, super comfortable beds, lots of room, and loved the house layout. the location was perfect!

Absolutely loved this house, felt like I was home. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of towels for use. We loved the pool too. About 25 minutes to San Marcos. We thoroughly enjoyed Rose’s house and would highly recommend it!

The place was awesome, very clean and we were able to find everything we needed during our visit, there are many things to do around the area. Dough was a great host and very responsive. I definitely recommend this place for a nice weekend getaway.

We absolutely loved this condo and wished we were staying longer! It’s on our list of places to return to. Walking to Gruene Hall and The Gristmill was like going next door! Shopping was nearby, and the condo was perfect for 5 of us. Gina’s recommendation of the Pantry at Gruene Mansion was perfect too—a fabulous breakfast before we left town.

I loved the variety of games available at the place including Jenga and billiards, and of course the pool. It really leveled up our stay and we had so much fun!
