Lydia’s property is fantastic and is in the perfect location for anyone visiting a student at Liberty University. Lydia is extremely responsive, her home is spotless and she includes all amenities needed for your stay! I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the not so distant future!

What a blast! This is the second time I've facilitated a group trip to Kristie's place for a weekend of pickleball, food, and laughter. I'm already planning the next one! The house and other buildings are well-equipped and well-kept and provided everything we needed to fully enjoy our time together, including a gorgeous view of the lake from the dining table we gathered around. Absolutely recommend.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The backyard was what really set it off! So creative and cozy! Hands down one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. So peaceful and quiet at night. We grilled, hot tubbed and sat by the fire. Will definitely be back. Great relaxing getaway.

My girlfriend and I loved our stay. I know our rabbits enjoyed the quiet area as well. Needed a place last minute and were able to check in only 30 min after booking. Fantastic host, would definitely want to stay again in the future if back in the area.

The house was older, but had very nice features and has been well taken care of. We loved the old history of the home. Kimberly was very responsive. We couldn't get the hot tub to work and she sent someone over right away to help.

Fabulous stay in in a gorgeous new townhome with everything you need for a comfortable stay . Surroundings serene and beautiful. Proximity to VT perfect. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay, visiting family at Christmas! We all enjoyed the arcade games, pinball, air hockey, and foosball. The kids enjoyed staying together in the bunk bed room. We had everything we needed to cook, and plenty of blankets and towels. I love that there is a huge dining room table in the same space as the living room, as well as a large table in the game room, which allows for two separate gathering and eating spaces. The game room has a door that can close it off for privacy if anyone stays on the couch bed in there. FYI - If you have anyone with mobility issues, be aware that the ground floor has one step down into the downstairs bedroom, full bathroom, and game room. You can enter the game room without steps, and there is a half bath there, but there is a step up to get to the kitchen, living room and rest of the house. It would not be wheelchair accessible. The owner does mention this in the safety & property section. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful and private with great views and not too far away. Linda & Michael were wonderful. They were very nice, helpful and ready to meet any need to make our stay relaxing and memorable. We look forward to going back in the future.

John and Paula were very attentive hosts. The house was lovely and the space well outfitted. We very much appreciated the coffee, baby items and comfortable rooms. It was easy to get in and well located for various events we had in Winston-Salem. The yard is lovely and we would have spent more time there if it weren’t a bit chilly and we didn’t have so many events to attend. If we need to return to Winston we would definitely come back to their home.

Loved this house on the lake. The stars from the dock were spectacular! Stacie was a great host and the instructions were easy and clear. The house is comfortable and cozy.

Betsy’s house on Smith Mountain Lake is wonderful. From the driveway it looks like a jiggly small cottage. You go inside and wow! What a surprise! 6 bedrooms on two floors, a screened in porch, a deck and wonderful dock and boathouse. We enjoyed ourselves so much here.

I had a fantastic stay at Oleg’s place! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. It was in a great location —close to restaurants but still quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect spot to relax after a long day of work. Oleg was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Check-in was easy, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again. My family absolutely loved our stay at Mary’s place! We were there four 4 nights and we felt completely at home. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Everything we needed was available. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend Mary’s place!

My wife and I, and our 4 children stayed at Sallly's place on our return trip from our vacation in Florida. Sally accommodated us so smoothly that it took all the stress out of our long days drive. Sally made it so easy for us by reaching out with clear instructions. Arriving at her place was like arriving home a day early. It's too bad we were not able to stay longer; the property is beautiful and looks like a lot of fun, especially in the summer with a great big pond.

I absolutely loved the home. it’s country and peace. very private and spacious. it’s really dark at night. The beds were so comfy I slept like a baby. The hot tub was the high light for me. It was so relaxing before bed time.

We have a son at VT and came to celebrate his birthday for the long weekend. The house had more beds than we needed, but we appreciated the space. We really liked the fenced in yard for our dogs. It was a particularly wet and cold weekend, so it was nice to be able to let them out easily. We also appreciated being able to park in the garage to avoid getting soaked! The location was close to downtown with lots of food options nearby. We walked 5 minutes to pick up donuts before it started raining one day. We also found a nearby dog park when the weather let up. Our son and friend’s wifi was down, so they came to study at the house which was nice. I worked while they studied, and there was plenty of space for all! We also celebrated his birthday at the house with cake and games. We hope to be back to enjoy it again in the future!

Nice quiet served our needs quite nicely. Well pleased with our choice to stay here. Anything you could possibly need or want is only a short drive away.

Everything about our stay was great! We were in town for the NCAA women's tournament: my wife & I with four of our college-age kids. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything out-of-town guests would need. Keypad entry was simple and exactly as described. The sleeping arrangements were as-listed and perfectly suited us: we were in the master bedroom with attached full bath. The boys shared room with queen, although they're not willing to share a bed anymore! Here's where the air mattress worked great! Extra bedding and electric pump were also provided. The girls shared room with bunk beds. The second full bath was definitely needed for our group of six! The main living area was open-concept with the kitchen, which was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven/range, dishwasher all worked great! Our daughter the tea-drinker appreciated the tea pot! With family in the area, we'll be back!
