We spent three weeks in the apartments with a one-year-old baby. The place is located in an old building, but the apartment itself is completely renovated, clean, and spacious, with great furniture. The bed is very big and super comfortable. The host provided us with a baby crib (thanks a lot!). The kitchen has everything you would ever need, including a blender, which we used sometimes for preparing baby food. There was roadwork right in front of the building throughout our stay, but surprisingly, we didn't hear much noise. The apartment has high-speed internet, and the second bedroom has a desk, so the setup was great for getting work done. We didn't get a chance to meet the hosts, but communication with Olesja was great. I highly recommend the apartment, especially for families.

A lovely large comfortable house with a huge garden which the children loved. Ideal for a family holiday with activities suitable for all ages within easy reach, by car, train or foot. Forest Park with 'Go ape style' ropeways at 4 levels, from 4yrs - adult, with a net park suspended from the trees for younger children. Waterpark, 15 minutes by car. Beach, 10 minute walk through the pine trees. play park, 10 minutes walk. Lots of lovely restaurants/takeaways in the centre of Jurmala. Trains into Riga, every 15 minutes - 2€.

Lovely place to stay for a weekend! Ieva was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Good location, close Bolt to Old Town. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean, great to our short MX-holiday, have plenty of safe parking area for our van's. Great location, easy access to city center by train, several tracks in surrounding area. We'll get there again in our next holiday

Really cozy place, the sea is just 10 minutes away, there’s plenty of shops that are walking distance from the house. The host is just lovely, also very quick to respond. Very smooth check in/out. Highly recommend!

Das Haus befindet sich in bester Lage Jurmalas: Bulduri/Dzintari nordöstlch der Ortsmitte ist eine reiche Villengegend (die Villen ex-sowjetischer Popstars Pugacheva und Vaikule stehen schräg gegenüber), in der man nicht günstig unterkommt. Dominiks Haus, wahrscheinlich ein ehemaliges Gasthaus, ist eine angenehme Ausnahme. Die Vermieter wohnen im OG und das EG ist in Apartments aufteilt. Wir wurden wenige Tage vor Anreise von Dominik kontaktiert und gebeten, das "Retro Apartment" gegen "Coffee Apartment" zu tauschen, weil das "Retro" anderweitig belegt wäre. Das "Coffee" ist ein Studio, weshalb wir auf Anfrage einen Rabatt ausgehandelt haben, hier lief also alles korrekt. Das "Coffee" ist modern, alles ist intakt und die Sauberkeit war auch ok (bis auf das Geschirr). Die Ausstattung und Möblierung sind gut, ebenfalls die Warmwasserversorgung (Gastherme). Es stehen 2 Klappsofas, mäßig breit und mäßig bequem. Aber insgesamt dem Preis mehr als angemessen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

A beautiful late 19th century style area with weekend houses and small "castles" of their special architecture. Great broadwalk and shopping street in 2min walk distance from the house, great restaurants. The street is a dead end, no passing my traffic. Seaside is a 10min walk and a great variety of services available. The house is an early 20th century beauty with a nice and very authentic old school garden. Riga downtown is 15min by taxi or 30min by train including the walk to the station from the house.

We were very pleased with our stay at Karlis’ house, which features a charming garden, a cozy terrace, and comfortable upstairs bedrooms. We stayed for three days with our dog, who was warmly welcomed. The nearby forest, with its many scenic trails, was perfect for walks. The peaceful, nature-filled area just outside Riga was ideal for relaxing. The house’s rustic feel, especially on the lower floor, added to its charm. The front door was an unforgettable, authentic detail—it felt like stepping into a Grimm’s fairy tale. The house has been modernized with care, preserving its unique "cigar box" character, especially at the lower floor. Karlis' house is truly a gem, and it was a delight to learn about the artist who once lived there and see his remarkable sculptures still on display.

Очень уютный и хорошо продуманный домик. Есть всё необходимое, кровать удобная, всё чисто. Особенно понравилось, что есть камин и веранда.  Территория большая и вся находиться в распоряжении гостя, никто не беспокоит. Очень хорошее место, чтобы уединиться и отдохнуть на природе, рекомендую.  

Das Appartment befindet sich auf einem Grundstück mit mehreren typischen Holzhäusern, auf dem die super netten Gastgeber, Aleksandrs un Agenes, mit ihrer Familie leben. Das ganze Ensemble ist sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Ein grüner Hof mit Grill und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder gibt es auch. Das Appartment ist voll ausgestattet und hat einen besonderen Charme. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich zudem eine wunderschöne Jugendstil-Villa aus Holz, die etwas ganz besonderes ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We (my fiancée, kid and myself) spent five great days here. Perfect location in the immediate vicinity of a 20km white beach, peaceful surroundings, fresh air and Riga a 20min drive away. The house is spacious and fully equipped, and Nora the host even had the piano tuned up for us. The place is easy to find, has parking right outside and felt like home right away. Thanks for a great stay - we’ll be back!

Das Loft ist absolut fantastisch! Uns erwartete eine extrem saubere Wohnung und der Ausblick war großartig. Die Gegend wirkte sehr sicher, gepflegt und ruhig. Alles in allem ein toller Ausgangspunkt für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Riga!

Siisti, pieni asunto. Erittäin ystävällinen isäntä, kaikki toimi odotusten mukaan. Kävellen n. 20 minuuttia keskustaan, mutta yleiset liikennevälineet menivät läheltä keskustaan. Ei sovi liikuntarajoitteiselle, hissitön talo, asunto ylimmässä kerroksessa (8.krs).

This property served our family fantastically especially during the summer months, we had our own private swimming pool and sauna, a barbecue area to make shashlik. The air-conditioning in the bottom floor helped a lot as it was over 30°, A pool table on the top floor with three beds, fully recommended, Thank you Igor for your hospitality

Leider konnten wir die Reise nicht eintreten. Waren ständig im Kontakt mit Iveta! Ein positiver Mensch! Wir werden die Unterkunft buchen, sobald es möglich ist! Danke für alles

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures showed, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed — truly a home away from home. The only thing to note is that a car is essential, as you can’t really do much without one. But apart from that, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this beautiful house!

The best thing, if I can put it this way, was the host himself. He responded very quickly, was proactive and helpful, and gave suggestions about food, etc. Also, the sauna and the pool were great—these were the main things our group liked the most.

A stunning home in a very quiet and peaceful location. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach or 10 minute drive to the shops and restaurants on Jomas street. You can find plenty of scooters nearby. The home is kitted out with every modern gadget you can think of and was kept in pristine condition. We really enjoyed the sauna and the pool on days we weren’t exploring.
