Very nice cozy and comfortable Apartment just five minutes away from the airport. Everything was clean and tidy.

This was a really good place to stay during the winter time for us because the heating was good. The building is a modern skyscraper with good elevators and security frontdesk. I liked the view. There is a park nearby. The supermarket right across the street. Very easy transportation to Riga center. The cultural Center "Imanta" is nearby.

Es war traumhafte Wohnung! Die Lage zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Sauber,alles nötigste da,aber kein Kram.Reibungslose Check in über Schlüssel box. Wohnugsbesitzerin immer erreichbar und kommunikativ.Grosse Balkon mit traumhaften Aussicht. Danke!!!

Wir hatten samt zwei Kids (jeweils eigenes Zimmer) eine wunderbare, entspannte Woche, waren viel am schönen Strand, kleines Strandcafe ganz in der Nähe, sehr ruhige Ungebung, zwei, drei gute Restaurants in Gehweite, kommen sicher wieder!

Great stop for my dog and myself while on a long road trip. The forest area and beach just down the road is stunning! Very quiet, and I found the bed very comfortable - so comfortable I ended up sleeping in! Has everything you would need.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay…. Location is great, rooms are well furnished and decorated. I loved the small details, like lightning outside in the evening or beautiful flowers in the hallway. Hostess was warm and welcoming despite of our late arrival. We definitely recommend the place to our friends and family.

10/10 recommend! Ilona (and her wonderful daughter, Junna) are fantastic hosts! We were a party of five guys visiting Jurmala/Latvia for the first time and their place was perfect for us - great spaces, local to restaurants etc. Junna also very kindly gave us a mini tour to set us up on our first day.

Всё очень понравилось. Тихое ухоженные место в непосредственной близости к пляжу (1 мин ),магазинам и барам (5мин). Хозяин Arturs живёт по соседству и всегда был рад помочь или ответить на интересующие нас вопросы . Нам разрешили заселиться рано утром раньше положенного времени на 6 часов, огромное спасибо за всё!

Wij verbleven 2 nachten in het vakantiehuis van Julia en Boriss. Het is een comfortabele accommodatie (fijne bedden!), van alle gemakken voorzien en met zorg ingericht. Het strand is vlakbij en we troffen het met het mooie weer ☀️. Kortom, een mooie plek voor strandvakantie met de familie.

The interior of the house is cozy and stylishly furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, great coffee machine. Spacious living room and 2 bedrooms. Large terrace where you can eat your meals. Fast internet. Very nice, warm, cordial and helpful landlady.. Large garden with a swing. Close to the sea, shop and Armenian restaurant. I recommend this apartment.

It was A very nice stay with the owners taking a good care of our family. House is spacious and very special, as it is a family home and has everything you might need. Our kids said they felt like staying in a manor or a castle. Everything has been built and made as for themselves and you could feel the personal touch and history. The house has automatic gates (with private parking right next to the house), lovely garden area with super good privacy and possibilities to grill and chill outside in the garden. Kids were playing basketball. The best is location - few minutes walk from the seaside and the main walking street with bunch of good restaurants as well as park with a lot of kids activities. Very central, yet hidden gem 💎. We definitely recommend 🥰

Очень быстро заселились, жилье находится прямо рядом со станцией электрички, но звук поездов при этом не мешает. Отзывчивый хозяин: не хватало комплекта белья - очень быстро принесли. Сам домик неплохой, довольно далеко от центра, но в пешей доступности

Anna is a great host, always responsive, nice and friendly, she even had some good recommendation. The place itself is nice, modern, clean in a peaceful location and with all the amenities listed. Being in a bit of a remote location, it has it's drawbacks. First shocker was, that we couldn't flush anything other than waste, not even toilet paper. Water itself has very poor pressure and a certain aroma, because it's supplied from deep underground, but is safe to drink. This is due to the area being in national Park, so that's something you should keep in mind. Also quite a lot of mosquitoes, so pack some bug spray. (though I'm sure Anna would get you one if you asked) In conclusion, if you don't mind that, this place is wonderful and Anna is truly a superhost

[again] this was the second visit to Riga for my wife and I and our second stay with Martin. he's the best! great local knowledge and quick advice as we dug deeper into the Riga culture and way of life. it was nice to have a return trip to the flat and felt right at home again. yes, the 81 steps are still in place [4 sets of 20 + 1 for good luck]. the ascent goes by fast though as we tend to admire all of the beautiful apartment doors on the lower levels. the roof is quiet and private and close enough to watch the bells ringing at the Riga cathedral. a rather unique experience. first time visitors to Riga need to walk the city and ride the trams and spend time to eat their way through the central market. we already miss it... until next time!

Everything went well, the apartment is big and having an extra separate room with a proper beg (and not just a sofa) was a big plus, so three people were able to sleep comfortably. Self check in is also a plus, we didn’t have problems with that. Owner is quick to respond and overall nice to talk. Location is also good, it is within a walking distance to the city center but quiet at night. Thanks for a stay!

Great and comfortable apartment, exactly as on the photos. :) It was really easy to get inside following instructions. Apartment itself has everything that you might potentially need for your daily routine. Recommend!

Fantastic hosts, wonderful and extremely forth coming communication! We were greeted in person upon very late arrival just for our comfort. Apartment was spotless, equipped with lots of extras: full hotel service (slippers, dental kit, cotton pads, shower cup etc.) of very good quality. Thoughtful touch with snacks, juices, sparkling, non sparkling water free of charge. Ivars and Gunta go an extra mile to secure full comfort of their guests. Little private terrace is a wonderful add an to living room. Highly, highly recommended place!

We had a lovely time staying here. The apartment is within a short walking distance to a lovely beach, nice and calm pool and spa area, and a local restaurant with very good food. The apartment comes with a double sofa bed, which isn’t ideal, but it was alright for our short stay.
