Stayed for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed. The house was beautifully decorated and historic. Felt very comfortable in the home. Bryan was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The area of Maplewood is very walkable with lots to do! We would definitely stay at Bryan’s again if we come back to visit the area again.

Shonda's listing was in a great location for us which was an easy commute to where we needed to be and from/to the airport. It's a quiet neighborhood too. The house had enough space for our party of 2. We would choose this location again if we go back to the area.

This house was so perfect for our family and our stay. We had our 3 adult children and 1 of their spouses and our baby granddaughter with us too. Since we were there for a hard, emotional time (funeral of my father-in-law), it was sooo much better to be in a house than at a hotel in separate rooms. So great to have a kitchen and plenty of space and 3 full bathrooms! When we return to St. Louis to visit again, I'd love to stay here again.

We stayed at this beautiful home during our Spring Break visit to St. Louis. The home was beautiful and the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was gigantic and had every amenity (even multiple ways to make coffee). My husband commented that it felt like a real home and we would definitely book again for another visit. It is a quiet neighborhood and we were able to walk to multiple restaurants. Also close to a nice bike/walking path. Really lovely.

Beautiful home with a great back yard. The layout provided plenty of space for our family hang out together when we were not out exploring St. Louis. The location was great, and we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood. Forest Park was a short 8-10 minute walk. There are lots of walkable restaurants close by. Street parking was always available in front of the house. We would definite stay here again!

This house is in an area near which we lived for 29 years. The house felt like home. So much better than any hotel in the area. We make a few trips to the area each year. We hope to be able to stay again.

Location was great and felt very safe. Street parking was completely fine and all cars were safe. The back yard was great for dogs or kids. The house covered all the basics. The beds were really comfortable. Plenty of soap, shampoo, etc. in the large bathroom. Biggest complaint was lack of closet space. We certainly made do and it’s not a deal breaker but the bedroom that sleeps up to 4 has no closet and only one chest to sit luggage on. There’s also not much space to sit things on like charging stations for electronics on both sides of the beds, etc. The house isn’t “homey” per se since it’s a full time rental, but it is still very comfortable and extremely clean. The host is the most responsive host I’ve ever had and was very proactive letting us know about guests checking in and did help a ton when the upstairs neighbors were so loud we couldn’t sleep in. It’s an older home which explains the noise, and there are signs reminding everyone to please be polite and quiet which is nice.

Came in town for a family reunion and we had 6 adults, a toddler and an 8 month old. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms are large. The kitchen is spacious and has what you need. We didn’t get to use the game room but it’s a fun space. We had a great stay! My only suggestion is to provide more towels, wash cloths, etc. More are needed for a house this size and accommodating groups.

Great home with a lot of character. Updates are well done. Some freeway noise, but not overwhelming. Overall a great place and we enjoyed out stay.

We loved this place! The living room decor was fabulous! The pictures matched the listing and Kevie responded to all of our questions very quickly. Highly recommend them as hosts and this location ended up being one of the best we’ve stayed in this area!

The place was in a great location, close enough for a short drive to a lot of St. Louis's best attractions. It was clean, spacious, and felt like a great environment to be in.

We stayed at Ron’s place on the delmar loop for our reunion with Washington University. This air b and b was the perfect location, just a 15 min walk to campus and close to the pageant, moonrise hotel, as well as lots of cafes and restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped and the space was very clean and comfortable. Ron was a very kind and responsive host, we loved our stay!

Bill’s home is absolutely beautiful. The house is a dream, tastefully decorated and sparkly clean. The owners really thought of everything that people may need, including well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. The backyard is private and relaxing. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet. There’s a park with a tennis court right across the street. The checkin and checkout was super easy. Thank you for having us. We can’t wait to go back. Best regards, Kathy and Josh
