Eric was an excellent host. He was very responsive to inquiries from the beginning of our reservations to after the time had lapsed. He was very accessible. The property was as advertised and we very much enjoyed the surprisingly quiet setting with good access to both the town and metro. The rental space was spotless and the grounds were very nice. The hot tub was a nice way to end a day of sight-seeing. Would definitely seek out his accommodations should we be doing anything in the D.C. area in the future.

Lake Effect was the perfect place for our family vacation. The family enjoyed it, we spent most of our time on the dock enjoying the lake and weather, which was amazing. Since I had to work a couple of hours a day before truly vacationing, the internet was somewhat an issue until I found out that if you are streaming on Samsung, the WiFi will be very in and out... so just don't turn on the TV until you are done with work or Streaming using the WiFi. Not sure also, it could have been Comcast, seeing that they have been having issues with their internet services throughout the state and Pa. We certainly were pleased and Paul and his wife were outstanding... We will be back. The Latchford's - Greg and Helen and Family

Amazing cabin to rent out with a group of friends. I loved that I was less than 15 minutes from the state parks. Loved this place!!!

We’re so glad we found Brandon’s place! We needed somewhere nearby while our home was being renovated, and this spot was perfect. We were especially grateful it was pet-friendly—our pups loved the daily walks at Patterson Park! It was also a treat to explore some new local restaurants. The space felt safe, cozy, and welcoming. Brandon was a great host—super responsive and kind. We’d definitely come back or recommend it to friends and family!

We had a lovely time. The place was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches like extra pillows. It combined the best of both worlds with shopping and restaurants in easy walking distance but was very quiet and peaceful because it was tucked at the end of the block on a dead end street with no buildings behind it. It was just perfect for us.

We were two families with four children—two young adults heading to college and two spirited middle schoolers—and every one of us, regardless of age, found joy and peace here. From the breathtaking natural surroundings to the simple pleasure of kayaking through calm waters, each moment felt like a gentle reset for the soul. What truly elevated the experience was our host, Shawn. More than just a “super host,” she embodied hospitality in its finest form. Her attention to detail, her care for comfort, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home surpassed even the details of a Hollywood studio setting !

We really enjoyed our stay at Greg and Pia's cabin. Private, quiet, and well equipped. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our fishing trip! Check in and check out was a breeze.

Me encantó este alojamiento hermosa vista. Una casa rústica hermosa muy equipada con todo lo que te puedas imaginar. Cocina limpia y con muchas cosas que puedes ocupar igual el baño muy equipada con productos de cuidado personal por si olvidaste algo esta casa lo tiene. Es sorprendente como este alojamiento brinda cada detalle que puedas ocupar dentro y fuera del lugar. Muy limpio toallas y sábanas limpias. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y pienso volver me encantó

The house was spacious, cozy, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the best surprises was the large collection of jigsaw puzzles — we had so much fun working on them during our stay! A wonderful place to relax and unwind.

We loved staying at Rafi's place and would definitely stay again for our next Baltimore trip. The house is just as described, with plenty for kids to do. There are also helpful items for young ones, like a baby gate and high chair and plastic ware for kids, plus lots of toys and games. The stairs are pretty steep but the baby gate at the bottom of the stairs is so helpful. If you're taller than 5'8", the basement ceiling has a few spots worth avoiding. Otherwise the house is great and we were so impressed by how responsive and proactive Rafi was. One small issue popped up and he had it handled very quickly. It was a great time and we so appreciate all of it.

A wonderful place. Cozy and super well equipped. Robert was very responsive and communication was outstanding. This home had everything that a house needs, from batteries to cleaning products, soaps and everything in-between. Highly suggested.

Mike’s place was perfect for our stay. Close to the bus stop and within walking distance to everything we needed. It was perfect for our weekend away!

House is in one of the best spots for easy in and out of inlet access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Gives you an extremely personal, and private way to thoroughly enjoy beach life environment. Doug was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Hospitality beyond expectations, which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

Our stay was very nice. The amenities were not available to us due to not being open for the season yet. Everything else was very nice and as expected. The beds were so very comfortable! Loved the showers. And the place was very clean. We rented linens and that process also went smoothly! Definitely recommend a stay here!

Perfect place to stay in Ocean City just minutes from the boardwalk. Very well maintained and a wonderful host!

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. Shawn and Terri’s air bnb went above and beyond my expectations! We decided not to stay on the beach this year but I didn’t realize that we’d still be right on the bay! There’s a peer overlooking the ocean that was just a five minute walk away. Not only that, but the community itself was private, peaceful, and had everything you could ever need to stay busy! There were two pools, ball courts, and playgrounds all walking distance. The residents were kind and welcoming. Assateague beach was a five minute drive away and restaurants only a ten minute drive! The main strip of ocean city was super close. The air bnb itself was clean and beautifully decorated. There were extra blankets, amenities, my son loved the cards and coloring books! All in all this was the perfect place to stay.

We had a great weekend. Traci’s place was exactly what we needed.
