The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

Cozy and comfortable for family stay. Nice and clean. During new year's night 12am 2024, got a memorable moment to watch fireworks from the unit. It was spectacular!!

I had a great stay at this property. The venue was really convenient and clean, tidy and comfortable. Also quiet and secure. The support team of Carms, Mary and Maica were really helpful and response. All in all a great stay. I’ll definitely be back.

House was clean, air-con is cold, got lake view, easy to locate and quiet at night, bed and blanket was super comfy. Only flaw are some tiles on the floor cracked already but house owner taped it, however in future might be dangerous. Also shower head is abit hard to use as water is leaking from the pipe. Then the curtain could be thicker abit to block the sunlight in the morning. But overall, it was a good stay!

Surround with a lot nice food. The unit is clean and nice, Glad to have stay here, Host is proactive and responsive, will stay again!

What I liked is that the pictures matched the pictures shown. Smells and Feels Clean. Everything in good working condition. We forgot to bring Toothpaste and they kindly lent us one tube to use. Feels like home.

The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. One of the best features was the Coway water dispenser, which made it so convenient to have clean drinking water at any time—no need to buy bottled water! The apartment also had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and cozy accommodation!

Dear Tim, We are from KL and we were really surprised that our niece had rented a very beautiful apartment from JB, when she shared the photos with us. We really couldn’t believe that the house was not only stunning but also hygienic and every corner tells a story as it’s filled with the owners’ decorations and art. We have never stayed at such a nice Airbnb house and this deserves more than a 5 star rating. The most important part is that you were very attentive and spoke in a humorous way to make us happy and feel relaxed. On top of that, we also didn’t expect that you would prepare a box a Mandarin oranges for us to celebrate the Chinese New Year here. Being a first timer in an airbnb was a great experience. The unit is clean & the host very responsive. Thank u will repeat definitely! 🥰

Host was responsive and accommodating to my schedule. This is great considering I'm attending to 3 year old and an elderly mother. It was easy to get to the place and checking in and out was straightforward. I actually decided to go back to SG to fetch my mother, making a roundtrip! The unit was very well maintained and clean. Host provided supplies and all that is needed for a home. Perhaps even better than a hotel. Has a vacuum cleaner, wash basin for simple cleaning of my bottles and utensils along with dishwashing soap. Host also care to provide some quality and interesting toys to keep my 3y.o occupied! The unit is definitely baby and children friendly as we were not worried to have our son sleep on the bed since it's on a platform. No concern of falling. Internet/WiFi was fast and allowed me to WFH. The Aircon and Fan was also very good giving us good circulation and cool environment to relax. Overall, it was a pleasant and peaceful stay and definitely must come back.

great place to stay! apartment was right next to a mall with many 24/7 eateries & convenience stores nearby. the airbnb itself is clean, comfortable beds and they even offer detergent so you don’t have to buy your own! also, host is very responsive will definitely stay here again

This is my 2nd time me and my family stay at the unit it clean and tidy. Ivy was so kind and very helpful and thanks for the free cookies my kids love it. Will definitely come back next trip if available.

Stayed with my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). STee's place was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable and firm enough. Easy to check in. One of the cleaness AirBnB we have stayed at.

The place was as described in the listing. It is next to Ramada Meridin, so easy to get to/from Singapore via Causeway Link buses. The location is very good for Legoland, but also decent for stuff in Iskandar Puteri and JB. There is a convenient store in the lobby for daily basics. The room was as described in the listing and the amenities were provided. It’s a very functional studio apartment, and I didn’t have any issues with the weekend stay (single person). Check in/check out were easy and the host gave all the necessary details.
