Thank you so much, Ma'am Yvonne! The host was extremely kind and hospitable. She answered all of my queries since it was our first time in the area. The home is right next to the highway and easy to find. There are a lot of accessible areas via car and tricycle from their place. The host and her family made us feel at home and safe in the area. I will surely book this place again when I go to Matnog, Sorsogon. Thank you for everything!

Stayed for 6 nights. Unit on the 2nd floor with the view of Mt Mayon from our window. Quiet and secluded neighborhood, so we rented a motorbike for P700 a day. Shared kitchen from 9am-7pm and they have full service laundry, approx P300 per 5kg (if I remember it correctly). AC, wifi and hot water all working fine. Cozy bed. And on our third day they gave us yummy free lunch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

Jemma's place unexpectedly was the perfect place for us to be in our way to Tacloban via Matnog. When I made the reservation, I thought the place was way before Sorsogon which was almost 2 hours from Matnog. It was a delight surprise to know that her place is conveniently located in Matnog, a few steps away from where you start the process of getting the ticket to cross from Matnog to our final destination. It was exactly where we wanted to be to cross from Matnog which allowed us to spend more time to sleep and rest. We arrived late at Jemma's place due to heavy rains along the way but Jemma patiently waited for us into the wee hours to check us in. What a relief to find her with all patience and to find her place a perfect place for us to have a good and comfortable rest for the night after a long trip from Manila. The place was very clean and completely furnished with amenities for a comfortable stay. Thank you Jemma for your patience and for all the help. We'll be back!!

Went there but there was a storm, the place was still great for relaxing. Enjoyed swimming in the beach, I think the place would’ve been great if it was sunny. Hence, I will probably return in the summer. Host and staff were accommodating. Food was also good. No smart signal in the area. Wifi signal can be improved. Bring snacks since no supermarket near the area.

We have an incredible stay at Gloria's place! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The check-in process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions, making everything hassle-free. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the little touches made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was fantastic! She was responsive and friendly. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would love to return in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay at Sam’s place! The house is clean and we had a well-rested and comfortable room for our entire stay, considering we had a long drive from Leyte! The small kitchen inside the room is just what I always look forward to since we have to cook our food, due to dietary needs. We appreciate that drinking water was provided, too! And so much grateful we were able to park our vehicle inside the property premises. The house is just a walking distance, if you prefer walking within a kilometer, to malls and public market. We’d definitely come back to Legazpi and stay here again. Thank you, Sam and to Lorrie and Michael for accommodating our short requests.

If there was an option to stay longer...we would have.The place is very peaceful right in front of Mt Mayon and having coffee while facing her majestic cone is a very unforgettable treat.
