My family if 5 stayed in this apartment t for a few days in Venice. The room with 3 single beds was great for our 3 teens. It felt very authentic to Venice! It’s a bit tricky to find at first, tucked in between some buildings down a narrow alley, but once we found it once this wasn’t an issue and it felt like it added to the charm! Great neighbourhood and we found it an excellent base for exploring Venice. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement. Venise est très facilement accessible en bus. Edouardo est très réactif par téléphone ce qui facilite la communication. Le logement est quant à lui très propre avec une belle terrasse.

We loved our stay at Luca’s place. The area is well located and the views of the canal are really nice. Luca was on time to meet with us and super responsive to our questions. To note - that there are 3 flight of stairs to get to the apartment…perfect to digest the great Italian food!

I have been fortunate to have visited Venice a half dozen times, I have learned that staying near the popular tourist sites is a mistake. This apartment in the Cannaregio quarter is perfectly located to easily reach all the sites without being overrun with daytrippers. Pasticceria Nobile for excellent caffé and pastries, the Despar grocery in the old theater just a few steps from the apartment and many more conveniences make this a great place to stay. Across the campiello from the calle that the apartment is on is a very good restaurant La Colombina which is not to be missed. Antonio the host is very attentive, helpful, and responsive.

Das Apartment war zentral und ruhig. Die Haltestelle des Vaporetto war sehr nahe und praktisch. Paolo hat uns sehr nett empfangen, uns alles gut erklärt und viele Tipp's geben. Wir hatten kalt im Apartment und Paolo hat schnell reagiert und die Heizung wärmer gestellt, dass war super. Das Apartment ist grosszügig und besitzt alles was man benötig.

Anna's place was great! Elena met us at a nearby ferry stop and walked us through the narrow streets while giving us advice and recommendations. She took us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked—this was all so nice and helpful! The apartment was quiet, but there were many great places to eat, and only 10 minutes to the main attractions! The Wifi worked well, the washing machine was perfect, and we have zero complaints about our stay! Thank you, Anna and Elena!

L'appartement d'Elena est très bien conçu. Il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour agréable (cuisine très bien équipée, les ingrédients de base, des parapluies et des chapeaux de soleil pour faire face à toutes les situations !). La décoration est élégante (nous avons beaucoup aimé les reproductions de tableaux), des guides et des livres sont à dispositions. On est loin des appartements impersonnels. Nous avions choisi ce quartier (Dorsoduro ouest) que nous ne connaissions pas encore. Nous avons adoré ! Le calme, l'authenticité, les petits cafés et restaurants, la proximité du Zattere qui permet de circuler facilement partout, la proximité également de Piazzale Roma (10 mn) qui évite de porter les valises à travers la ville. Elena est extrêmement réactive et arrangeante. Merci à elle.

Stayed here with my parents, we loved this place!! Very cute, tucked away off the Main Street with a great terrace and everything you need (for a good price!). The neighborhood is awesome…Cannareggio is a lot less crowded than San Marco but still has a ton to do, see and eat! It’s pretty easy to get anywhere too if you figure out the ACTV boats public transit. Special thanks to our kind host, Nicoletta. Great place!

La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, appartamentino corrispondente alle foto, pulito e ordinato. Il signor Fabio è una persona squisita, che mette subito a proprio agio i suoi ospiti partendo già dalle conversazioni telefoniche. L'appartamento è vicinissimo alle fermate del bus urbano per cui facilmente in 20/25 minuti circa si può raggiungere l'isola di Venezia. Inoltre il quartiere è fornito di servizi. Lo consiglio.

Merkezin merkezinde, yürüyerek her yere ulaşılabilir. Çok ferah geniş bir mekan. İhtiyacınız olabilecek her eşya var. Ayrıca seyahat planımız değiştiğinde gelemediğimiz günleri tamamen iade ettiler. Ev tertemizdi. Sokağında yer alan 2 restaurantı da deneyin derim, biri ev sahibinin de tavsiyesiydi. Biz çok memnun kaldık seyahatimizden, teşekkür ederiz.

Hosts were super proactive and great at all Communications. The place is about a 7-min walk from the train station, and easy enough to find. Located at a quiet spot, but its on the ground floor so it can be noisy in the morning when people are walking past. Everything was spot on in the apartment. The only thing was a very soft, sunken-in mattress that needs to be replaced, and a headboard that peels. Otherwise great!

I can’t say enough great things about our time at Lisa’s air bnb in Venice! The place was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. Amazing location just far enough away from the busy areas but everything was easily walkable so we felt like we were living where the locals do. Very comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Lisa couldn’t have been nicer or more communicative the entire time. She even met us when we got off the water taxi to make sure we found the place. I will 100% be staying there again the next time we visit. We all loved it!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Mestre! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great visit. What I loved the most was how convenient it was to get to Venice — the bus stop was just a short walk away, and the ride took less than 20 minutes to reach the heart of Venice. The neighborhood itself was peaceful, with PAM market in 5 min walking, making it easy to grab a meal or essentials without having to go far. The host was incredibly welcoming. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient place near Venice but want to avoid the high costs of staying in the city, this is the perfect spot. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Ursula was one of the best hosts yet! She was quick to respond with ideas for activities in Venice as well as apartment questions. The apartment was perfect- clean, tidy, TV with streaming access, tiny kitchen, comfy beds, and a great bathroom! The location was great as it was 7 minute walk to the train station- so a good place to save money per night if you’re willing to spend 1.5 euro for the train to Venice. Otherwise, staying in the main island of Venice is probably best. However, Ursula’s hospitality, generosity with check in/check out times, and clean apartment makes her standout from others! We had a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

Great apt for a small family or couple. Great area to walk around and explore. Very clean and quiet. Had everything we needed. Marco was also very clear on instructions to get in and responsive throughout the stay. I would stay here again!

Appartamento in una zona tranquilla, molto pulito e ben sistemato. Indicazioni Chiare dall’host e molta disponibilità. Un po’ difficile aprire e chiudere la porta a chiave, ma questo è sicuramente l’unico difetto trovato. La zona “spa” all’interno dell’ appartamento molto ampia e pulita con i comandi che ci sono stati spiegati e in ogni caso molto intuitiva. Soggiorno piacevole

Our stay at Eriks' place was great. The house was very spacious (there is actually a bigger couch than the one in the photos), had a well- equipped kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking. The was a grocery store a few blocks away. The bus to Venice was nearby as well (tap your credit card when you get on and that is your ticket). Restaurants were nearby as well. we found parking quite easily on the street, which is not the busy. We had a great stay!

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

An exceptional Airbnb. Great location for bus into Venice and short walk to Mestre train station. Lara was really helpful explaining transport options and suggestions to visit. The apartment was spotless, with everything we needed, comfy beds and great shower. Thank you Lara, you've thought of everything, a real home from home. Highly recommend.

This apartment was everything we could have wanted. So beautiful, in a great area and such warm hospitality. Christine met us at the Vaporetto stop, walked us to the apartment and showed us all we needed to know. The apartment is close to wonderful restaurants and walkable to all areas. We loved this stay.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio. Tutto come descritto e raccontato nelle altre recensioni: zona calma, appartamento ben attrezzato, comunicazione chiara seppur essenziale (non abbiamo incontrato l'host). Il bus 24 24H è vicino e comodo per andare a Venezia, ma i giorni festivi ce ne sono pochi. Guardate bene gli orari.
