O espaço de Ron é muito agradável e tranquilo, próximo de restaurantes, serviços diversos e do centro da cidade. O pessoal que trabalha no condomínio foi muito gentil e disposto para ajudar em situações adversas. Ron é ótimo anfitrião, muito atencioso e preocupado com o bem estar dos hóspedes. A comunicação com Ron é muito rápida e tranquila, visto que em todos os momentos em que nos falamos, ele foi muito gentil e proativo. Malacca é uma cidade muito agradável e o espaço de Ron é sem dúvida muito apropriado e confortável para curtas e longas estadias.

The view is very nice. Easy access to the entrance. Very comfortable and feels just like home. Suitable for a small family with 2 kids. I would recommend Ivy's place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Everyone loved the house and the cozy environment. The round table was perfect for us to makan together – we really appreciated that! Opposite the homestay, there’s a well-known dim sum shop in Melaka, and we had a delicious breakfast there. Parking was hassle-free with ample space, so no worries about finding a spot. Overall, we absolutely loved this homestay and would highly recommend it!

We are a family with 2 children (12, 13) travelling around Singapore - Indonesia - Malaysia. The homestay in Melaka, a peaceful place so near to the city centre, was wonderful. It is really a very beautiful place with a fantastic garden and a nice pool, and the service was perfect (Mary is lovely). The city of Melaka was a disappointment. It’s a pity wat is done with this old historic city with so much nice old buildings. I think it must be possible to make of Melaka a nicer and much more beautiful city if there was more restauración and cleaning. But the most terrible things that really destroy the ambience of the city are the noisy music making transport bikes. And old historic city must not be changed in a theme park. But we loved to stay at the homestay. It was so nice and also the kids liked it very much.

Room is super comfy and cozy! Plus, where else can you get a massage chair in an Airbnb room. The bathtub really seals the deal that makes the overall staycation a good experience.

We were a group of 6 adults and the place was perfect for us. We had two vehicles and while it was a bit of a squeeze, we managed to park both vehicles within the compound. Safety wasn't an issue as the neighbours were super friendly and helped look out for us. The place was also close to restaurants and a convenience store, making it really convenient for us to grab food or items we needed. In general, it was a great stay in a quiet neighbourhood and a short drive away to lots of other eateries and Jonker Walk. The hosts were friendly and responsive too. To note: the toilet floors are slippery when wet so we strongly encourage you to wear the slippers even when showering or to bring along anti-slip mats, especially if you have young and old with you. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we would recommended this to others. Cheers!

We spent two nights here on a family vacation, I must say everything was excellent, clean and the villa was very spacious. My family really enjoyed our stay there, and it felt really comfortable. Great place, would definitely recommend it for big families. Not to forget, we had a wonderful host, thank you.

My family and I had an amazing weekend getaway in the cottage. The house is super cosy & the aesthetic is really giving us the chill vibes - the dining area has got to be my fav space in the house. Eric is a great host & easily contactable. My entire family finds this house super comfortable to live in & would definitely be happy to be back in the cottage for our next malacca trip! The only downside was that we didn’t know how to work the TV as there were no channels on it. Apart from that little downside, everything else was great!

Celebrate my husband‘s birthday here. I cooked the curry chicken for my family group. Happy stay for the clean and nice villa with my family & friends. my kids so enjoy d swimming pool. At night time we do BBQ and also enjoy the Karaoke system. Host is really friendly , Highly recommended this homestay,Surely will visit again nextime👍😊

Very easy location for jonker street, home is the same as in the picture given, also superb clean. Very responsive host who guided us on the whole of staycation. One point to improve maybe can place an aircond in the hall or change the fan in the hall, as that was abit slow. Otherwise superb one ! Thank you

Had a wonderful 1 night stay at this place with my family. The kids enjoyed the pool and the entertainment offered. It was clean and exactly as described. Communication was also very efficient. Only downside was wished the check out was at 12.00noon instead of 11am as with many other accommodations. Was great nonetheless and would recommend this place. Thank you Harley.

The place was amazing! It’s a beautiful place to chill and hangout with your mates! The location is strategic, only downside was the parking but Rachel was really nice and offered to cover the cost of our roadside parking during our stay and so it was really convenient as lots of restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Overall, would definitely comeback if I am looking to hang out with a big group!

The apartment is big and comfortable. Nice view towards sea. Sean is very responsive to whatapp reply. Very clear check in instructions.

The house is super clean. And the karaoke sound system is fantastic. My kids really enjoy the swimming pool here. We will be back soon.

everything was beyond expectations except for the pool. the pool was rather too clean that we get skin rash and itch all over our body. nevertheless the check in was smooth and host very accommodating with the check in and check out timing...we were happy to stay here and will return again!! Thank you Farhah!!
