l hôte a eu un accident grave quelques heures avant notre arrivée. nous avons reçu 3 messages des frères du père. ils se sont excusé maintes fois toute la famille de l hopital nous a prévenu. et nous comprenons le drame .

The apartment is in an amazing location, not only close to Taksim but also with its own unique charm. It’s conveniently situated next to restaurants, markets, parking spots, and more. The area is quiet in the evenings yet very lively during the day, offering a safe neighborhood and a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine super Woche in Istanbul. Die Wohnung in Kadiköy war echt klasse. Die Lage war top – mitten im lebhaften Viertel mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Läden um die Ecke. Die Anbindung an Fähren und Bahnen war perfekt, was es uns leicht machte, die Stadt zu erkunden. Besonders angenehm war die kurze Entfernung zur Promenade, die nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt war. Die Wohnung selbst war toll und hatte alles, was man braucht. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die zwei Balkone, mit Blick aufs Wasser. Die Einrichtung war richtig gemütlich und geschmackvoll, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Leyla war eine super Gastgeberin. Sie war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ankunft und Abfahrt liefen reibungslos, was den Aufenthalt noch entspannter gemacht hat. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung und Leyla als Gastgeberin sehr empfehlen.

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Istanbul nisantasi, wir sind mit der Lage mehr als zufrieden gewesen. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet. Die Kommunikation war 1A, wir waren 2 Frauen und mussten auch abends zu einer Apotheke da wir am ersten Tag die Gegend noch nicht einschätzen konnten hat Can bey uns begleitet. Er hat uns Tipps gegeben, er war sehr sehr höflich und sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir sind sehr glücklich diese Unterkunft gebucht zu haben denn auch wer die Unterkunft vermietet spielt eine große Rolle und wir könnten zufriedener nicht sein. Diese Unterkunft werden wir jetzt immer buchen wenn wir in Istanbul sind. Einfach nur top Vielen vielen Dank

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Es war sauber und alles was man braucht ist reichlich vorhanden. Kommunikation war problemlos über AirBnB machbar und Herr Batuhan antwortet immer schnell. Probleme sowie Anfragen wurde schnell gelöst. Gerne wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Der Check in war einfach, die Wohnung sauber und zentral. Ich würde die Wohnung für einen erneuten Aufenthalt in Istanbul nochmal wählen. Fußläufig waren viele Cafes, Supermärkte und Restaurants zu erreichen. Genau so wie die Fähren in Richtung europäischer Seite.

We had a wonderful stay at Subhan's Airbnb in Istanbul! The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with all the basics like towels, toilet paper, Hair dryer, and kitchen tools. Located right next to the first stop of tramway T5 (Alıbeyköy Cep Otogarı), it was super easy to start our trips with available seats. The great appliances, including three Bosch air conditioners, made our summer stay very comfortable. Checking in was simple with the front desk giving us the keys quickly, and we enjoyed easy access to the swimming pool. The balcony offers a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing. An added plus was the supermarket right under the building—it had everything, from fruits and vegetables at good prices, and felt so safe that I could send my 9-year-old son to shop by himself. Highly recommend this place for a worry-free and enjoyable experience!

Cem (a very talented musician) and his family (somehow all of them seem to be artists of some kind and their art is everywhere in, on, and around this building) are super kind and welcoming, and they are preserving this architectural gem of a building form the 1960ties against all odds and without government support! Staying at this historic building with lots of original features, helps them to do so and surely will make you part of an ever growing group of people who love this place where you feel like time travelling and being at a cosy home away from home. The location is fantastic, stores and restaurants are to be found just around the corner, as well as taxi stands and bus stations. It's only a few steps to the wonderful Fehnerbace park and marina and you can walk, run, or dance along the beautiful green shorelines all the way to Moda park to the right or via Caddebostan to Suadiye and all the way to Bostanci (there you can ride on an old school flying chain chair carrousel).
