Loved the flat and location, however there is scope for some minor improvements in the kitchen dept. It would be very useful to have two keys, as it means only one person can go out on their own which is restrictive. However overall I would stay again if these small improvements were made.

Perfect Beachside Stay – 5 Stars! My partner Kaitlyn and I had an amazing two-week stay at 199 Swan Terrace, Semaphore, SA 5019. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach with fantastic running routes along the coast. The host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. We had one minor issue, but it was fixed immediately, showing their great attention to detail. The home had everything we needed, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-maintained, and conveniently located Airbnb, this is it! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Semaphore. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great and what a fabulous location. Close enough to Jetty Rd to feel like you are in the middle of it but far enough away to not have the hustle and bustle or noise at the apartment. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Adelaide.

Perfect location! Sea views from all angles and lots of lovely restaurants/cafes at your doorstep. We were there to support our sons on a golf tournament, with the golf course less than 10 minutes away. We had the mornings at golf, and afternoons strolling between Grange and Henley beach, it was perfection! We will absolutely be back! Thank you Corey and Belinda X

The apartment is in a perfect location in Glenelg. Walking distance to Jetty Road, on the beach and easy drive to Adelaide city or a short walk to catch a tram. The unit is comfortable, quiet and provides all amenities. Host Helen is very easy to contact and ensured my stay was enjoyable.

Really great place to stay if you are travelling with family. There is a convenient car park for you to safely park your car. Great home.

My family and I had an awesome stay at Amy’s place. It is a lovely apartment located in a beautiful suburb, close to everything like the shops, restaurants, coffee shops, the supermarket and lots more. We felt very safe in the apartment building as we were surrounded by very friendly and kind neighbours who even helped us with our luggage. The apartment is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable, and Amy has stocked the place with all the amenities you need. Amy was a very kind host, always quick to answer and she made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Amy for everything!

A beautiful apartment right across the road from the beach. It was light and airy with electric blinds and all the required amenities. The private driveway was convenient and it was nice to sit out in the backyard. It was also a pleasure to watch the sunset from the front balcony. Charlton was a helpful host and I would recommend this apartment to others.

Great location, we loved watching the storm roll in from the large balcony, What a view! Well equiped, everything we needed was provided. Including shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. Enough space for our whole family to get ready as we had a family wedding to attend, without feeling on top of each other. Welcome bottle of wine, a lovely surprise.

Such a great stay! The house was super clean and had everything we needed – it felt really well-appointed and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the gorgeous beaches of Port Willunga and Port Noarlunga, and the McLaren Vale wineries are a must-visit! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area, and I’d absolutely book again!

As mentioned, a beautiful beachfront property with stunning views of the ocean. Safe and secure to stay with big family and enjoy the views of the sea from ground floor, direct beach access and private balcony with ocean view. Perfect for family and friends group.

Very beautiful home with a lovely outdoor area. The entire home is spacious and well kept. Brett communicates well and left good instructions for things around the house. Great location, about 2 minute walk to a lovely cafe and very close drive to the beach. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again!

Location, Location, Location! Turn left, cross the road and down the stairs is the beautiful Aldinga beach. Turn right and a short walk up the road is a cafe. Jump in the car and a short drive away are shops, McLaren Vale wineries, restaurants, golf course and many beautiful beaches. House has plenty of supplies from kitchenware, breakfast goodies to paddle boards. The big balcony, with its amazing view was used a lot during the day. I always received a quick response to my queries from Nat.

Oh Wow! What can we say, but what a fantastic, well thought out and well equipped house in such an amazing location. A short stroll to the beautiful beach, and a short drive to Carrickalinga Beach, where we watched an amazing sunset with a beautiful finishing moment with a pod of dolphins catching the waves! The bedding configuration and multiple living areas were just perfect for our group. Loved our time, can’t wait to go back. Thank you Danica, you made everything super easy for us!

Great place to stay in Glenelg! It was comfortable and very close to all of the local sights. Great for a small family. Building had a pool and sauna (although we didn’t use them) and quite a big deck. Very quiet building, we didn’t hear any other neighbours.

Amazing place to stay with a stunning ocean view. Natalie is a fabulous host and had everything we could possibly need at the property. She even provided some very helpful baby items for us. Would love to come and stay again.

Great location and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is located within easy walking distance of the beach and main shopping area. There are a great variety of cafes, bars and restaurants to cater to every taste. The tram takes you straight into the city in about 25 minutes to explore further afield. All in all a perfect location and the bed was super comfy.

This was our second time staying here. We love the area and the place is so peaceful. The pool is lovely and there are lots of kangaroos and wildlife to observe nearby. Everything you see in the pictures is what you get and the hosts are very responsive and easy to talk to. Just a note- the hot tub does not get hot. Also worth mentioning that Alison made sure there was plenty of towels, make up wipes, games, basic food and drink, and other lovely amenities. We had a lovely visit and will hopefully be back a third time. Thank you for letting us stay.

A beautiful apartment in an incredible location right on the Beach. Views to die for overlooking the sand and amazing sunsets. Michelle was a great host and gave us everything we could possibly need in this location. From a very well stocked kitchen, accommodating lounge, to a comfortable bed. A fabulous location an easy 15 min walk to everything Glenelg had to offer. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and of course the most fabulous family friendly beach. Our whole Adelaide experience was made 100% better by staying here.

We had a great stay of three days here. The place was exactly beautiful, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was also peaceful, and I saw the most beautiful sunset of this trip here. This is definitely the best sunset viewing point. Danielle was an excellent host, always responding very quickly whenever I had a question. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil and comfortable stay in the area.
