The place was very clean and easy to find. Location was great for access to downtown, River Walk, and the beach! It was stocked with so many towels (beach and bath), kitchen supplies, and bathroom essentials. Backyard was so nice and cozy and private with lots of room for the pups to play. Had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Stayed here for a month with my dog while working and it was exactly as I’d hoped. Great area with a short walk to the beach. The beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, etc were a nice surprise that came in handy. The porch had a gate which made it easy for my dog to enjoy without having to worry about him escaping. The host was friendly, laid back, and responsive. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

My first time staying in Oak Island and brought my dog. Stephen made sure we had everything we needed before check-in and the area is very quiet. Easy to access other part of Oak Island with amenities for my pet.

This is a great find! Home is well equipped for beach excursions, cooking, and having fun! My kids loved playing foosball and we introduced them to ping pong. We appreciated that everything felt sturdy in the house and that it had stainless steel cookware. We would definitely stay again!

We highly recommend this house! It is fully stocked and every detail was well thought out. We have two young children and the house had every thing we needed for a week-long stay including indoor/outdoor toys, kids plates/cups, and a crib. The furniture was comfortable and there were many design touches throughout the house that made it a luxury stay. The location was perfect with quick visits to Wrightsville and Carolina Beaches, downtown Wilmington and the children's museum, Airlie Gardens, and an awesome park nearby (Long Leaf). The hosts were great at communication. It was a perfect stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We had a large group of 12 people and everyone had plenty of room and there were many things in the house to keep the group entertained (many TV’s, pool table, swimming pool, and the awesome fire pit with swing chairs around it). Alex was an awesome host and responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

The kitchen was well appointed with sharp knives, pots, pans, and the like for the cooking we like to do on vacation. Best of all there was a giant stock pot that was perfect for boiling shrimp. The grill was adequate in that it worked and the burners got hot. Our kids really enjoyed the backyard with the play sand—it was their own beach while we weren’t at the beach. Chad was very responsive. While there we discovered an on going leak with the kitchen sink; he was on top of it and any other questions we had. We especially loved the proximity to the beach. There is a partial ocean view from the unit and a very easy walk to the beach (even with all our kids and beach gear). In fact, the beach access has no stairs, which makes rolling the wagon full of beach gear quite easy. The unit is also in walking distance to the town playground that our crew enjoyed as well. Thankful for a great stay and for Chad’s hospitality, responsiveness, and little extras we experienced.

Mary’s airbnb was a perfect restful landing pad for our family while we moved our daughter in nearby. It is comfortable and spacious with extra perks like a screened in patio for sipping coffee and listening to the birds in the morning. We enjoyed a breakfast place and farmers market with in a couple minutes of the bnb and also love that it was only a 15-20 min drive to the beach.

We had the BEST experience with this rental. The unit was clean, inviting, comfortable, and well stocked. The balcony offered stunning views of the water and sunsets. The location was great for walking on the Riverwalk and accessing excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities. Bob did an amazing job communicating with us!!! In all of our travels, we feel he has done the best job of clearly articulating every aspect of our stay. We highly recommend Bob’s Place!

This spot was perfect for me, my husband and two dogs. It’s so close to the beach, it was so quiet at night and it was so great to get a reasonable price that was pet friendly. It was super clean and the small space was well setup. They had plenty of extra linens and dog supplies if we needed them. It was also well equipped with the right cleaning supplies to clean up the space quickly. It was also within walking distance of everything we needed. Easy parking and it was super quiet at night. The neighborhood was safe and friendly as well! I’d definitely stay again!

Charming, Comfortable Condo. Impressively clean. Audrey makes an effort to make your stay enjoyable. Instructions for getting into the condo were simple. She texted a couple of times during our two weeks stay to make sure all is well. Being on the Riverwalk made our morning walks wonderful. The sunsets we saw across the Cape Fear River were amazing.

Stayed the weekend at the loft and was not disappointed. Everything was great and as shown in the listing. Other than the loud neighbors and their dog, everything was perfect. Wish we chose to stay longer :)

Skipper was so kind, communicated quickly, and the place was perfect. It’s so close to the beach, a cute space with everything you need, and clean and cozy. It’s pet friendly which is a necessity for us. Unfortunately our dog was barking a lot one morning and the neighbors called Skipper to complain. Skipper was still so kind about it in the message and was understanding of our situation which otherwise would have made us anxious. Kindness goes such a long way. Highly recommend!!!

This is my third time staying here and it was amazing as always! I love being able to rent a golf cart and it being a short walk and drive from the boardwalk!

We have stayed here many times and it’s always great! Short walk to the beach and spotlessly clean! Totally safe and quiet neighborhood with great restaurants. Very close to everything! We will be back!

Kevin’s place was perfect! Very clean and had all the amenities you need. Mattresses were very comfy too which is a must for me! I would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great weekend at Kure Beach. The condo was the perfect size for our family and a great location. We loved watching the waves from the balcony and the short walk to Fort Fisher. Our son was a big fan of the bunk beds.

Well, the “storm with no name” took over our weather but we still had a great time considering! The place is exactly as described. It’s extra nice being on an end unit btw 😁. We enjoyed the pool the most!

This is a great location right across from the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. I couldn't ask for more.

My friend and I came here for a short vacation. The space was spacious and we both were very comfortable! The restaurants in the surrounding area were great and the drive to wilmington was not that bad! Overall a great price and stay.

When I say we lucked out with this place, I really mean it. I was randomly scrolling for vacation spots and happened upon this gem. The price point was perfect, and the space was exactly what we needed. It’s definitely been loved and used for its purpose, but it was clean and comfortable. I didn’t worry about the kids messing anything up—not only because Rachel was so kind and relaxed about everything, but also because it felt like a lived-in space, which is so comforting when traveling with little ones. We ended up having friends join us the day after we arrived, and even though it got a little “cozy” inside, it was absolutely perfect! The resort amenities are fantastic, offering both indoor and outdoor options that make it super family-friendly. Plus, the property’s location was great—we weren’t far from anything we wanted to do outside of the resort. I highly recommend Rachel’s place—10/10!
