Had a wonderful time this weekend!! The place is adorable, super clean, and very relaxing. I will definitely book again soon !! :)

The Cottage was a perfect blend of rustic and modern, thoughtfully appointed and had everything we could think of. Our big plus was the trust and no hassle from the hosts to include our beloved big dog. My husband and I came out to the North Fork for our October babymoon. The Cottage town area is very serene during the fall season, with most activity around the pumpkin farms. Our favorite things to do—take the dog down to the bulkhead in the mornings, spend the afternoons on a nature walk/winery nearby and nights at a local restaurant. Cons but not dealbreakers: Spotty internet often went in/out. Persistent fruit flies all throughout house, traps didn’t help. The listing advises of the Main House rental, we found it not very private to the closeby Cottage. With big glass doors and sheer curtains, you’re in plain view to the House at night. It felt too intimate for our preference to share the small beach with strangers 15 ft away, esp with their kids and our dog.

Eileen was an amazing host! She was super flexible and communicative + house is absolutely beautiful and as pictured. Beautiful views and can watch the ocean all day. Thank you so much for hosting and would love to come back / rec others if you want a peaceful place with gorgeous views!

We lived our stay at Carey’s place and plan to come back next year. Amazing location if you want to relax and take a few days away from the city. The house is very cozy and comfortable with a great backyard facing the water. Thanks Carey!!

We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

I can’t thank Ashley enough for a truly special stay for my mom and me. Her home is absolutely magical, decorated so beautifully and comfortably. One rainy day we had such a nice time sitting with a cozy fire and later watching a movie on the biggest tv I’ve ever seen. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to make a great meal, and the bathrooms were fully stocked. Everything was spotlessly clean. And the crown jewel of it all is that unbelievable view. You can see the water in pretty much every room of the house, even the bathrooms! But the living room, kitchen and dining room, and master suite upstairs have the most breathtaking views of all. I found myself just staring at the sea so many times instead of reading or crocheting, just because it was so beautiful. Thank you so much Ashley for this little slice of heaven, and for your kindness. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Eddies place. Only real things if not is that it was a bit unfortunate not being able to fully control the heat/ac in the house as we slept in the upstairs bedroom and it got very hot at times, but it was nothing we couldn’t work around. Also, the upstairs bedroom has a large set of glass double doors leading to a smaller outside room, and there were no blinds or curtains to cover this for both light intrusion and privacy as you could very easily see into the neighboring property. We grabbed an extra sheet and hung it on hangers to cover this though and all was good. Other than that, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!

We stayed at Chelsea's for the holidays, and it was perfect. We were able to have folks over, cook, hang out. We really enjoyed being so close to the water, and looking for shells and watching sunrise. Chelsea put a lot of thoughtful touches into the house and it really made our holidays with family very special.

Stayed for NYE and my only complaint is I wish we booked it for a longer stay. Walkable to a cute lighthouse and beach, quick drive to NofoRoco - the perfect combo.

Such a beautiful condo by the water! Too bad we stayed in November, we would have enjoyed the terrace way more! Mia was so responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the weekend at her place.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We had a great time! The location was convenient and in close proximity to my brother’s wedding. The location of Vanessa’s home was beautiful and private. Vanessa’s home was spacious, clean and organized. There was one minor issue and Vanessa contacted me quickly. Would definitely love to rent Vanessa’s home another time probably spring/summer, since we were unable to enjoy the pool and other outdoor amenities due to season/weather.

Julie’s condo right on the water was even better than the photos could show. Check in was super easy. I had two minor snags and Julie was instantly responsive to solve everything immediately-and even make the stay actually better. The place is spotless clean, well appointed, completely comfortable, and waking up to that expanse of water made me excited to get out of bed and see. It’s a multi million dollar view. At least in this off season this is by far the best deal in Greenport when looking at price to value to living for the moment with water for as far as the eye can see. Great apartment. Great host.

Irinas place was exactly as she described. She answered all inquiries in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.

I cannot describe accurately how lovely and comfortable Jonathons house is It was more than perfect for us in every way! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and we all enjoyed turkeys and deer hanging out. Walking the neighborhood and to the beach with leaves changing It couldn’t have been any better.

Hidden gem!!! Shhhh don’t tell anyone this place was fabulous and I want to stay the whole summer! Nothing bets fire island and this house was the perfect retreat!!! Beautiful, spotless and well put together! Loved it! Perfect for a family or friends get away!!! Hosts were responsive and friendly as well. Close to beach and great to a have a pool for part of the day! Great location walkable/bikable to Seaview, Ocean Beach and Ocean Bay Park for dinner was a breeze! A must!

Steve and Dorry made sure all our needs were met including recommending places to eat and things to do. They are an incredibly kind couple who care about the people who rent their home. Everything was exactly as we expected! we had a beautiful view and the house was very comfortable!

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Tami's house. This place has sunrise AND sunset views which are absolutely beautiful in a crisp winter sky. The kitchen provided everything needed to cook a gourmet meal and there is no lack of places to eat if you prefer to go out. The location was perfect for relaxing, and the neighborhood felt safe. Tami was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the East end and would love to stay there again in the future.

The place was beautiful!! It was very relaxing, morning views with a cup of coffee was the best in the morning!! The place had everything you to cook , to go the beach !! Only thing I wish I had time for was to paddle board the place had it all !!! Definitely if I’m in the area would stay here again !!! Well worth the money !!!

Quiet. Peaceful. Private. Serene. I loved my stay. It was perfect for me and my pup. Tasha was quick to respond and helpful. The location couldn’t be beat. At the end of the road right on the water. The view from the deck was awesome and even sitting in the living room gave great views from the sliding glass doors. Along side of the house there are some rocks leading down to a small sand area and the water. It made for great early morning walks. The house was clean and cozy. The interior was modern and pretty. You can hear the waves and wake up to the sounds of seagulls. I would love to go back!

The place was wonderful and absolutely close to the description. lot of details are added around the house including instructions making it very easy and good experience. would definitely recommend

Absolutely stunning! This house has an amazing view from gigantic glass doors in the main room. Details in the house are well thought out and of great quality, including a high end coffee maker and other appliances. The place has lots of premium touches that make this experience a cut above the rest. Steven is an amazing, friendly, and communicative host. Incredible experience all around, I would definitely book here again.

Shay’s location is a slice of heaven. The views and sunrises/sunsets are unparalleled! The house itself is comfortable and clean. My family spent Christmas here and we really made the it our own for a few days. We spent most of our time upstairs. The kitchen has most everything you’d need for cooking big meals. I also appreciated the toys, games, and humidifiers. My one year old enjoyed the toys and when he came down with a cold, I was very grateful for the humidifier. Shay was extremely communicative and accommodating. We checked in early and out late which we really appreciated and needed. We experienced the coldest temps of the winter during the our stay and when the downstairs family room was extremely cold, Shay provided extra space heaters which did the trick. I recommend Shay’s home! It met our needs and Shay’s welcoming nature was an added bonus.
