Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Airbnb sehr genossen. Die Lage war gut, nicht zu zentral und auch nicht zu weit außerhalb. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Airbnb war sehr schön und geräumig. Es hat uns allen gut gefallen.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und es fehlte an nichts. Sie ist ruhig gelegen. Das Meer, Restaurants und Läden sind fussläufig erreichbar. Louise hat mich herzlich empfangen und war immer ansprechbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich hatte eine schöne und erholsame Zeit.

The apartment is exactly as described and photographed. Very comfortable mattress & pillows. Shower hot and good water pressure. Kitchen had all you would need for breakfast and lunch, you may struggle to cook a more complex meal due to the size but there are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance so this was no problem. If you are a coffee person then you will enjoy the Mokka pot & cafetier provided. USB plug sockets either side of the bed. The Aircon worked perfectly but the apartment was pretty cool so not needed very often. The hosts kindly swapped our towels and bedding midway through our stay which was a nice extra. We rented a car from the adjacent business which is owned by the hosts father, very good deal if you are staying in their Airbnb. It is worth noting the owner and their family live below so you may hear some noise from the family, it was not loud but something to be aware of and be respectful of the noise you are making.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια,νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας ,είχαμε ότι χρειαζόμασταν.Ητα πολύ καθαρά και περιποιημένα,μπράβο στον κ Βασίλη...Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε!!

Siyami Bey’e ve İbrahim Bey’e teşekkür ederiz. Kendi evimizde gibi rahat hissettik. Evin hem konumu çok güzel hem de tertemizdi. Sahile, çarşıya ve restoranlara yürüyerek birkaç dakika içinde ulaşabildik. Turgutreis tarafında konaklamak isterseniz kesinlikle tevsiye edilir.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt und den nahegelegenen Stränden entfernt. Die Wohnung wurde außerdem fast täglich gereinigt und man hat regelmäßig frische Handtücher und Bettlaken bekommen. Lediglich die Ausstattung in der Küche hätte etwas besser sein können.

Alloggio confortevole e accogliente. L’host ci ha anche offerto un upgrade gratuito, con il balcone vista mare! Hanno anche offerto una bottiglia di vino di accoglienza e asciugamani puliti ogni due giorni. La doccia è un po’ scomoda, ma tutto il resto andava benissimo!

Appartamento pulitissimo in posizione tranquilla e vicinissima al centro. Il bagno è un po' piccolo ma per noi non è stato un problema. Abbiamo trovato asciugamani puliti e phon. Cucina comoda, con lo stretto necessario. Nel frigo Minas ci ha fatto trovare anche dell'acqua e qualche snack. Se dovessimo suggerire qualcosa, proporrei di aggiungere uno scolapiatti per praticità e forse qualche pentola/stoviglia in più. Nel complesso per noi è stato un ottimo soggiorno.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yiannis' and Georgia's apartment. It's newly renovated, super clean, has all amenities one could wish for and you can see the love they put into every detail. The location itself is fantastic: only a few steps from the beach (you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony) and super cute beach clubs (we'd particularly recommend Alibaba and Mylos) and waterfront restaurants (we especially liked Barbouni). The walk to the town center (which is a bit more touristy but very pretty as well) is only about 10-15 minutes, so you can easily get around by foot or bike, but we did enjoy our home neighborhood the most. As hosts, Yiannis and Georgia were a dream. They might be the nicest people we've ever met. Super accommodating, quick to respond and they made us feel so, so welcome from the moment we arrived in Kos to the second we left. We are really grateful and would definitely stay with them again!

La casa di Efstathois è molto accogliente e pulita, gli spazi sono comodi e funzionali. Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 ed eravamo comodissimi. La cucina è dotata di tostapane, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè americano e piano cottura tutto nuovissimo e funzionale. Si trova in una vietta interna ma in un minuto sei al mare e sulla strada principale, a pochi metri c’è anche un supermercato molto fornito. L’ host t stato molto gentile e reattivo, l’ultimo giorno ci ha lasciato la casa fino al pomeriggio senza problemi. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Raphael's place was a perfect home base for our week-long climbing trip. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our short stay in this spacious, very well equipped beautiful apartment, especially the breakfast on the huge terrace. Good, quiet position - 5 minutes' walk from the center of Mastichari and also close to beach. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here for 1 week mid October 2024, the apartment was excellent, spotless clean and within walking distance of everything you need. Some reviews mentioned the mattress was very hard which it was, however we met the owners on day 1 of our stay (Father and Son) and they added a second mattress topper within 20 mins of mentioning this, really wonderful people who would do anything for you. The apartment is within walking distance to everything you need: 5 mins from harbour for all the restaurants, cafe and bars you will want for your stay. 5 mins in the opposite direction and you’ll find an excellent take away pizza place for when you wish to stay in and have a cozy night. You are directly across from loads of beach clubs spanning the beach, each one will welcome you in and offer great food all day and live music at nights (Fri/Sat). As soon as you close your front door, you won’t hear any music or noise either. Added bonus, apartment is next door to a 24 hr supermarket. 10/10👍

Het appartement is zoals op de foto, alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Goed bed en lekkere douche. Een super fijn verblijf, aanrader!

Platani, Kos bölgesindeki tatilimiz çok güzel geçti. Sevgili George harika bir ev sahibi. Her durumda yardımcı oldu ve güleryüzü ile bizi karşıladı. Bu ev anne-baba-oğul olarak yaptığımız üç kişilik tatilimiz boyunca bizim için harikaydı. İki odası, mutfağı, banyosu ve oturma alanı ile bir de verandası mevcut. Her yer temiz ve rahat. Tatil boyunca ihtiyacınız olan her şeye sahip bir ev. Huzurlu bir semt. İnsanları çok güleryüzlü. Bu evin tam karşısındaki Mpitsaxis (Bıçakçı) Market de ev için gereken temel alışveriş için çok iyiydi. Çok temiz plajlar vardı. Yüzmek ve güneşlenmek için iyiydi. Ayrıca iki gün Agios Georgios ile sabah erkenden ailecek balık avlamaya çıktık ve yakaladığımız balıkları Alexandros restoranda bizim için pişirdiler. Hipokrat çeşmesi, tarihi camiler ve güzel kiliseler, antik agora, şahane dondurmacılar, balık restoranları ve tavernalarıyla Kos çok güzeldi. George'un evini dostlarımıza tavsiye ederiz ve kesinlikle bu evde tekrar konaklamayı isteriz.

Maria's place was clean and well situated for crags (i.e afternoon wall, spartan wall, grande gotta etc. Close enough to walk to Stala's and water. Kitchen was well equipped given that it was only a studio. Great spot for a couple. Balcony would be fun in the summer.

The listing was incredible and better than the photos. Murat was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The resort is a newly build resort and has amazing amenities like the gym and spa. There is a perfect private sand beach. To be honest, the beach was one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The property has everything we needed to cook, clean and chill. The furniture is very stylish and comfortable. Both terraces have sea-view and a lot of greenery. I spent most of my time in the terraces reading my book, it was a piece of heaven.

This Airbnb is a 10/10 and arguably the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. First of all would like to thank Aggeliki for being the best host we could ever ask for. She waited until 3am in the morning due to a flight delay for us and bought us milk, bread and cheese for the morning. She went above and beyond our expectations including sourcing a baby cot! She really made us feel at home. She included beach towels, blankets and even toothbrushes as part of her many amenities at the place. The pool area and the view is absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice. The price to stay here is worth it just for this view and pool. We never wanted to leave and often would spend the whole day here with hours just passing by. The room itself is wonderful - nice kitchen to make meals, big comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. I’m usually quite critical but I couldn’t fault this place one bit. The other reviews are 100% accurate. We will be back!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit direkt am Meer, mit Meeresrauschen und tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und wie wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Weiterzuempfehlen

Όλα ήταν άψογα!το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες με υπέροχη βεράντα!!! Άνετα κρεβάτια! όλα πεντακάθαρα! επίσης είχε στα ντουλάπια της κουζίνας και στο ψυγείο ό,τι χρειάζεται κάποιος για το πρωινό του και όχι μόνο....κάθε είδος καφέ και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, πλυντήριο, καθαριστικά, σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο και πολλά αλλά! είχαμε την επικοινωνία που θέλαμε και την εξυπηρέτηση απο τους ιδιοκτήτες!!! ευχαριστούμε!!!!

Murat Beyin ilgi ve alakası başta olmak üzere, muhitinizden ve dairenizden çok memnun kaldık. Eve geç saatte girmiştik alışveriş yapacak zamanımız yoktu, Murat Bey dolabı kola su ve soda ile doldurtmuş. Masada atelier rebul kolonyalar ve ıslak mendiller ve 1 damacana su dolu olarak bulduk. Çamasır makinasının üstünde toz camasır deterjanı, bulaşık deterjanı kapsüller, yedek sünger ve çöp torbaları özetle ertesi gün alışveriş yapılana kadar tüm temel ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüştü. Bunun için öncelikle teşekkür ederim, ikincisi sorularımıza hızlı dönüşünüz ve yardımcınız Kaan Bey'e de teşekkürlerimi iletmek isterim. Keyifli ve kusursuz bir tatil oldu bizim için tekrar görüşmek üzere...

We had a very nice stay in Stavros' home. Full of greek character and charm and plenty of useful kitchen items and toiletries included. Lovely 360 views across the city of Kos and beyond. Stavros was always on hand if needed and even kindly drove us to the bus stop to get our airport bus. Flat was located within short walking distance to harbour and bars and restaurants. A nice stay for two people - we enjoyed our time in Kos.
