We had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as described- clean and spacious, with a heated pool when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, as it was accessible to nearby attractions and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was responsive, the check-in process was smooth, and she even allowed and assisted us in arranging a home service massage. Highly recommended.

The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is perfect for hosting a get together for multiple families. The helper stays on site and the only way to access the house is for her to open and close the gates for you. Comfy beds and lots of bathrooms. For the price it would be nice if they provided pool towels and at least shampoo/conditioner/body wash but it’s very clear in the description you should bring your own. If you want to use the hot tub make sure you make that very clear, it wasn’t set-up and it takes at least 12 hours to get hot, the helper unplugged it at night and it never got warm enough to use. Overall it’s a great location and I would go back again.

Host is very responsive. The house is clean with complete amenities. With good signal and strong wifi. TV has netflix. The pool is big. You can also have food delivered via food panda.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous, with vibrant greenery and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it the perfect getaway if you want to relax. It’s also incredibly Insta-worthy – every corner seemed like a picture-perfect spot! Aside from the beautiful landscape, what stood out the most was the level of service of the staff. They were incredibly courteous and friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time.

The Host is very nice and the place is beautiful, we will definitely book this place again if we will have family gatherings.

The host is very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. She is very good at communication even though we booked the place last minute. The place is clean and nice, even the pool!

Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

This place is worth it! Me and my family enjoyed the stay so much! Sir Anthony’s unit have all of the things that you’ll be needing for a wonderful stay in an airbnb - Good View, Great Amenities, Clean Place, and basic utilities. In addition, I also really loved that the place is pet-friendly. You can walk them around the subdivision, just make sure to be responsible and clean up their messes. One thing to take note is that the place is just a few minutes drive to Tagaytay’s town itself. Furthermore, Sir Anthony is such a responsive and welcoming host. Thank you so much for making our stay worthwhile, we will definitely come back again at your place 😊

Die Unterkunft ist optimal geeignet, um mit einer philippinischen Familie eine schöne und erholsame Zeit zu verbringen. Urlauber, die hingegen eine Unterkunft mit vorwiegend europäischen Annehmlichkeiten erwarten, werden vermutlich eher enttäuscht sein. Meine Familie sowie die Familien der Geschwister meiner Frau hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß im Pool. Einige Bereiche könnten zwar noch die ein oder andere Modernisierung vertragen (Küche), aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Für Aufenthalte mit größeren Familien eine ganz klare Empfehlung unsererseits.

We stayed here for 3 days, and nabitin padin kami. Very accommodating and responsive ang host, and super helpful na caretaker. Ang bait po ni kuya Mike, mabilis and madaling kausap. Thumbs up sa place, best spot para sa gusto ng tahimik na area. Solo namin ang swimming pool kahit common pool sya. We love the area na safe ang kids and fresh ang paligid, masarap umikot sa loob. I highly suggest na if you are travelling with kids or babies, bring a bike o stroller, ang sarap umikot sa paligid lalo na pag umaga. The house itself ay cozy, super love the duyan and tambayan spot sa likod ng house. Perfect din and videoke sa loob kahit dinamin masyado nagamit. Hndi nkakainip tumambay sa bahay. Ang mejo struggle lang namin ay mejo malayo sa stores and nkakatamad lumabas dahil nkakarelax mag stay sa loob ng bahay. I suggest, bitbit na lahat ng kailangan kapag punta sa place para wala ng labasan. Highly recommended, will surely book sa susunod :)

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

One Serra'nia Abodes is beautiful and exceptional. There was so much thought and love put on the aesthetic of this place. The daylighting on this place is amazing, especially on the bathrooms. We were a group of 11 people but we did not feel cramped, in fact, there was still so much space for everyone. The hosts are very responsive. Kuya Marcon, the caretaker, was very attentive and accomodating. The place is complete with all amenities possible for an airBnb rental, and all our requests were met promptly. Lastly, we left some items on the property and we didn't have a hard time getting it back! Communicating with them was so easy! I will definitely recommend this place to friends, and I think we might even come back. Thank you, Darwin and Brill, and kuya Marcon!

Maria and her husband were very gracious hosts. They greeted us and met us and gave us a tour around when we arrived. Cozy and warm place. Reminds me of my home in the province. Pool is not too big but great for night swimming with temperate water. The Beach is a very short walk away and great for small children because it’s not deep at all even at high tide. There were algae though, maybe just the season. White sand but have pebbles. The beach has some trash probably from the ocean. There is a land bridge which is great for picture taking and going to the deeper part. Probably the only thing we didn’t like is the tap water is salty, which is not uncommon for coastal towns. The place provides privacy for medium and large groups. Amenities are complete with pugon if you are into baking dishes and artisanal pizza. Menu of authentic tasting Italian cuisine also available but pricey probably because it is prepared fresh and ingredients have to be bought in the city. Overall 5/5 stars

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.

We truly enjoyed our stay with our furbaby! The place is clean and cozy, and we loved everything, especially the bonfire area, where we set up our camping chairs and table. Special thanks to Kuya Joselito for his kindness and hospitality!

Bitin… That’s exactly how I feel. How could I not? Everything I wanted, I got – from the accommodating host, Miggy, to the kind caretaker, Marvin, and the great place itself. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. We booked through Airbnb for peace of mind. The bright, airy vibe with natural light from the wire mesh walls was so relaxing. The house had everything – TV, Wi-Fi, board games, and two big bedrooms arranged just as we wanted. The bathroom could use an update, but it was fine. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing missing was free water and a dispenser. We bought water from Marvin, but the pump was tricky, so we just poured it manually. The beach was just a few steps away, private, and not crowded. The calm, shallow water was perfect for kids and seniors. The sunset view was stunning, even visible from inside. It’s unfortunate we stayed only one night. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation – just what we wanted for our senior parents. Mission accomplished

The host responded to all of our queries and requests quickly. The place is just as it is advertised and has the complete amenities and features as what is listed. The caretakers of the property are friendly and easy to talk to - they are very accommodating even for our additional requests. Will definitely recommend to friends or family who want to have a quick getaway with a large group.
