Super cute house on quiet street. Easy access to pedestrian beach or 3 minute drive to the drive on beach. Kitchen was well equipped. The bottled water and shampoo/conditioner supplied were a big plus. The deck was a great place to relax and catch up after a day at the beach. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Stephen was very proactive and very friendly. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing time, my husband with ptsd fished for 6 straight days while we enjoy Houston and nasa! This was the perfect balance of fishing retreat and family getaway! We had a few issues with the property but the owners were very responsive and helpful!

This house is my family’s favorite place to stay in POC. We enjoy having the gated entry, large garage, plenty of parking for cars and our boat. Covered parking for the boat is a plus. We also enjoy sitting on the porch in the evenings and the kids enjoy playing outside on the driveway and front yard. The kitchen is well stocked and 2nd refrigerator in garage is great to keep drinks and extra bags of ice cold. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and also well stocked. We also enjoy having the washer and dryer. Just a short drive to boat ramp, bait shops, restaurants and several new shops in town. This trip we enjoyed eating and drinks at Cathy’s, Sharkies, Hurricane Junction and great food at Bubbas in Seadrift. Luke is a great host and was very quick to reply when we had questions. We will definitely stay here again!

As the person who booked for installers, I hear whenever they have something to say, and feedback is about what needs to change. I continue to only hear that they want more airbnbs over hotels due to experiences like this.

Great place for our family to gather for a fishing weekend! Comfy couches in the living room with a huge TV. Lots of counter space in the kitchen. Delicious selection of coffee pods provided for us! AC was wonderfully refreshing during the hottest weekend of the year. Bathrooms were big. We had a fun time driving down the road to flounder and crab. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place to stop for the night on our drive back home to Canada. It had everything we needed to make a meal and relax with some Netflix.

Cullen’s place was very welcoming. Access to the beach was very close. The outdoor deck was big and spacious. The location was great and close enough to food marts and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. We had a great time creating memories with our family. Would definitely come back.

This small beach cabin was perfect in many ways. First, it is located between two beach access roads, so getting to and from the water was super easy and convenient. Second, there is a convenience store just minutes up the road, so we didn’t have to drive all the way back into town when we needed food/drinks. Third, the cabin was well furnished, and had all the comforts of home. It has all the amenities one would need for a lengthy stay at the beach. I’d highly recommend this place!

Second Summer to stay at Wave on Wave! The pool and fishing dock are just what we are always excited about! Fishing was exceptionally well this year. Fast and friendly communication was given when needed. We cannot wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay. A wonderful place to relax, quiet, felt safe, super close to the beach and fishing pier. The house is totally equipped with all essentials. Mark lives next door, very friendly and gave us really good tips. We would love to come back.

Salty Dog was responsive to any and all questions and concerns that we had even before our arrival. Place was neat and clean, and we had a great time as a family by the pool making memories. There are lots of pool toys in the garage to choose from. Highly recommended, great location, and we will be back again.

Jackie and Bill are sweet people. Their place felt like home. And the sunrise over the ocean was the best❣️ Whenever we go back that way we will be staying there again 😁

Exactly as described, peaceful surroundings, everything we were looking for. Perfect location for unplugging from daily life, and enjoying time with family. Pictures did not do it justice. Definitely recommend to anyone looking or some family time in a peaceful private environment.

Very well stocked home. Host had great communication and responded quickly . Home was beautiful. Home was clean and had lot of amenities. We had a great time ! Thank you .

This was a great place to get away from everything. beachfront view was amazing definitely going to stay here again, also directions from sam was easy communication was easy just everything was all around and easy effort thank you for having us

This place was absolutely REMARKABLE! The family and I as well as our fur babies had the most spectacular time; of course with the help of Ms. Kim! Ms. Kim answered all of my questions, VERY friendly, and just all around a great person. Cannot wait to visit again! 10/10!!

Took this trip specifically to fish the coast for the first time with my sons. We were so excited to get on the water Lucas let us check in 4 hours early. He warned us fishing off the pier was slow because tides were low. But offered other local spots, gave us the best way to fish the tide, and even recommended a local guide. Got skunked the first day and decided to charter the next day, Rudy was a great guide, had a great time and caught a lot of fish. Spent the evening and the next morning fishing off the pier and had some luck. The fishing is good, just took us some persistence this time of year. All in all had an amazing time. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. Fishing right in the backyard as promised, and Rudy was a great host.

Very spacious and comfortable, we all felt right at home. If I'm in the area I would not hesitate to reach out and stay there again.

The RV I rented (in the picture) wasn't available but Derick brought in another RV and parked it right in front of the bay (as shown in his other listing). The location upgrade was fantastic and I really appreciated Derick's efforts to accommodate my stay. The RV was once again spotless and comfortable. A/C and heat worked great. Easy to find and so very peaceful and quiet there. Highly recommend a stay with Derick!

Another great stay at the Sunshine House! The location is super convenient and its very quiet and private. We look forward to the next trip!

A sweet little bungalow perfect for a couple’s stay. Be aware that the bed and pillows are on the firm side. The house is well-supplied, especially the kitchen. No satellite/cable tv, but the Internet works great for streaming from a Roku. We loved the on/demand hot water! The neighborhood is quaint and an easy walk to the pavilion and piers and Mike’s Coffee Shop! Dale is very responsive and helpful. My dogs enjoyed the big fenced yard, too!

Couldn't asked for a better bang for your buck!! We went there to fish and that's what we did!! The fishing pier was nice! Right off the water and close to the beach. The neighbor's where extremely friendly and helpful! They treated us like we where right at home! The house was great it had plenty of room to sleep. The decor was very cute!! I would love to come back again!!
