Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Matanzas

Great little place but don’t expect to be able to get any form of internet in this little location unless you roam. The place was great otherwise

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Frank und Guerdes empfangen. Sie haben uns auch Frühstück bereitet, das wir in ihrem tollen Garten genießen konnten. Der Strand ist nur etwa 50 m entfernt und man kann viele Bars und Restaurants fußläufig erreichen. In der Openair-Küche kann man sich selbst Kaffee aufbrühen und Domino spielen. Das Nachtleben an der Straße nebenan ist recht laut, aber sie haben Ohrstöpsel zurecht gelegt. Frank spricht auch Englisch, so dass auch die Kommunikation sehr angenehm war. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert für einen Aufenthalt in Varadero.

Alloggio bellissimo, pulito e in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, con possibilità di fare colazione nel terrazzo con vista mare. Nella casa non mancava niente: c'erano anche shampoo e bagnoschiuma, oltre al sapone nel bagno, che non è cosa comune nelle case particular a Cuba, ma la cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata la cordialità e la disponiblità, per qualsiasi consiglio e aiuto di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno, della host Amaryllis, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, nel nostro pur breve soggiorno a Matanzas. Grazie di tutto!

Cecilio was extremely warm and helpful in every way. He is a real gentleman. His English is very good which was helpful. We had a little confusion about the address but that was soon resolved. He allowed flexible check in with people arriving at different times. We had to change the check in times twice and he was flexible with that. He arranged for us to exchange money and arranged a minivan taxi for our party of 7. He allowed us to use an additional apartment at no extra charge. There is a very nice restaurant across the street and a beach at the end of the road just a few minutes walk from his house. He is across from a school which is interesting. The Wi-Fi was good once it was connected. He needed his sons help with that. He had water coffee and beer available. He is building a bar and patio on the roof which looks very nice. We would highly recommend this casa.

Nice place to stay in Varadero. The host was really friendly and made us feel like at home. Only a few minutes to a beautiful beach and some good restaurants and snack bars around.

Квартира находится на втором этаже многоэтажного дома, очень близко от пляжа. В квартире есть два кондиционера, встроенных в стену (не сплит-система), есть бойлер литров на 30 (хватает помыться в душе, как минимум, двоим), есть газовая плита, посуда. Квартира и обстановка в ней далеко не новые и видавшие виды. Для Кубы это - неплохой вариант. Не для Кубы - постесняюсь комментировать. Вай фай есть, но интернет по карточкам, у нас было шесть карточек - это шесть часов интернета. Хозяин очень дружелюбный и очень отзывчивый, говорит по русски достаточно хорошо, чтобы решить все вопросы. С нами он всегда был на связи, подсказал, как быть с обменом, дал дополнительный интернет, когда он нам срочно понадобился. Магазины рядом есть, но в кубинских магазинах продаётся плюс-минус ничего. Нам не повезло с погодой, мы были два дня (проездом) и все это время дул ветер, было холодно, на пляже была куча португальских корабликов (оч опасная медуза). Кондеи не пригодились.

This is a very nice clean comfortable place to stay. Very close to the main centre of Boca near lots of restaurants and the waterfront. Mario and his wife were extremely helpful to me and my husband. We had the flu and he gave us some medication. Also gave me a ride to the airport. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed. Thank you 🙏

Notre séjour en famille (2 adultes et 1 enfant de 6 ans) chez Loly fût vraiment plaisant. L'emplacement est de choix. Nous pouvions quitter l'appartement nus pieds et aller directement sur la plage. Il y a tout à proximité. Pas besoin de trop organiser le séjour. Il est préférable de manger dans les restaurants puisque la nourriture se fait rare dans Varadero. Nous avons été en mesure d'aller au marché et dans les petites épiceries pour s'approvisionner un peu, mais il ne faut pas compter que sur ça. Loly est une hôte d'exception. Elle a été comme une maman pour nous. Elle nous a conseillé un ami chauffeur de taxi, Henry, pour notre déplacement vers la Havane, avec qui nous avons vraiment bien sympatisé. C'est très rassurant d'être avec quelqu'un de confiance. Bien que le logement n'ait pas d'accès Wifi détox d'internet ! ) il nous a été possible de passer chez Loly (elle habite au 2e étage du même immeuble). Apportez des bouchons d'oreilles. Varadero est vivante la nuit !

We adored our stay at this house! Extremely spacious and perfect for a large group like ours. It had multiple patios, where we had amazing game nights and drinks with the family. EXTREMELY close to a beautiful clean beach - literally 2 minutes walk from the house. Amazing location: it’s right at the beginning of Varadero with walkable access to downtown and all restaurants/amenities. Very close access to the bridge to Santa Marta which allows to explore real Cuban life. The house is peaceful, with lots of greenery and plants - we loved the ambiance. Special thanks and gratitude to Dalia who was available to help whenever we needed it, and made us feel at home! She is the soul of the house and an amazing help with everything (navigation, recommendations, food, etc) you may need during your stay. The host, Maite, was also able to provide WiFi during our stay which was very helpful. Thank you both Dalia and Maite! We will definitely come again!

Замечательное жилье. Полностью приватная территория, большая кухня, парковка. Все необходимое и даже больше. Очень отзывчивая хозяйка. Постоянно была на связи, помогала советами и рекомендациями. Жилье рекомендую

Excelente opción durante la estadía en Varadero, recomendado ampliamente. Fui con mi familia (5 personas) y nos sentimos muy cómodos y a gusto, Tamara es muy servicial y nos ayudó con las dudas y recomendaciones

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Alles war wie angegeben. sehr sauber und die Betten waren gemütlich. Der Strand und die örtlichen Bars sind schnell zu Fuß ereichbar.

Leydy et Martha sont des excellentes hôtes. On avait tout l’appartement à l’étage pour nous. Il était très propre et soigné et on était accueillis les bras ouverts. Santa Marta n’est pas une ville riche, on avait un peu peur de nous retrouver dans un environnement difficile vu qu’on était en ville. Mais leydy et Martha ont une maison agréable où on se sentait en toute sécurité. Elles avait tout prévu pour les coupures d’électricité et nous ont même offert le café. Merci à elles et bon courage on vous souhaite que le meilleur!

Wir hatten mit unseren zwei Kindern eine tolle Zeit in Varadero und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das für uns zubereitete Frühstück war wirklich großartig. Pedro und seine Familie haben uns bei allen Fragen sehr gut betreut und unterstützt. Eine tolle Strandbar, diverse Restaurants und Kaffeebars sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können das Appartement auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Es war super gelegen und Maria war sehr nett. Es gab morgens auch einen lecker Kaffee. Empfhelenswert
