Photos don't do it justice. could not have been happier to have picked Cas Maria as our family stop for 3 days.. incredible food in the morning, very helpful staff, warm and relaxing environment!

This is a fantastic AirBnB house with a beautiful view of ocean, and with gardens, pool, and covered terrace. You are walking distance to two beaches and some good restaurants. The people that take care of the house, Nuska and Kumara, are really wonderful. They are very attentive, bring you fresh juices throughout day, and cook delicious meals. The breakfast is included but lunch and dinner can be served at cost (which is way cheaper than restaurants and at least as delicious). We spent a week here and that wasn’t enough…it really is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Все было просто замечательно. В первую очередь спасибо всем на вилле、 без них не было бы такого комфорта、 душевной атмосферы и бесконечной помощи во всем! Красивейшее место、 чистый бассейн、 ухоженная территория и волшебный океан、мы с мужем в восторге. Понравилось все с первого взгляда до последнего перешагивания порога. Мы обьездили всю округу на мопеде、который взяли в аренду (не нужно ни куда ходить). И пусть вас не пугает、что прямо у двери нет пляжа、зато в 5 минутах мирисса с крутыми закатами、 мелким песочком、 комфортными для купания волнами、в 10 минутах езды Велигама、где куча серф школ、все рядом и кафе и супермаркет. И еще отдельное спасибо、за то что пустили нас на кухню готовит еду! Спасибо большое! Мы вернемся вновь обязательно! Пожалуй лучшее место как для пляжного так и для активного отдыха. И последнее для вас могу организовать кучу поездок во все места на Шри Ланке и трансфер в аэропорт! И самое последнее - не только роскошность отеля определяет качество отдыха、но и добрые、 приветливые и радушные люди!

Notre séjour à Casa Maria était absolument parfait. Maria et son équipe ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Les chambres climatisées sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables. Un petit frigo est mis à notre disposition. Les petits déjeuners au bord de la piscine chaque matin étaient absolument parfait (crêpes, fruits frais...). Nos filles ont adoré leurs vacances dans cet endroit magique à deux pas de la mer. Nous reviendrons très vite je l'espère.

Das Hotel liegt an einem eher ruhigen Strand, an dem man sowohl baden als auch surfen kann. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber, das Bett sehr gemütlich und der Blick vom Balkon richtig schön. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns ein wenig mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.

Vi boede 5 nætter i Casa Marias skønne oase. Et helt igennem fantastisk sted i Mirissa. I kort afstand til stranden. Vi oplevede en fantastisk gæstfrihed fra Maria og hendes personale, der gjorde alt for at gøre vores ophold til en skøn oplevelse. Hver morgen var der lækker morgenmad med frisk frugt og uendelig mange pandekager til stor glæde for drengene (10 og 15 år) Poolen var lækker og ren, værelserne store og rummelig. Vi vil til hver en tid komme tilbage hvis vi besøger Sri Lanka igen. TAK - for nogle dage, vi vil mindes med stor glæde og varme. mange hilsner fra Danmark. familien Iversen

Excellent séjour dans un havre de paix, à deux pas de l’océan. Hotel familial, on se sent un peu comme à la maison, on profite bien des communs davantage que dans un autre hôtel. Les gens qui travaillent sont très gentils et sympathiques et Maria est très agréable et donne de bons conseils pour visiter les alentours. Bref un coup de cœur pour moi.

It was stunning stay in this great apartment! If you need to have a rest in great place with see view do not hesitate to book it immediately. Amazing view from apartment on sea with sunset. Personal 100% kind and helpful. Recommended!!!!

We stayed in Shanil's place for 6 nights. We were greeted by Suranga and his team immediately after arriving we received a cool coconut drink and felt right at home. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Suranga and his team did an excellent job. Especially the food was fantastic, the chef did an excellent job. One of the best Srilanken food we had in our vacation in Sri Lanka. We had breakfast and dinner as well. The even provided our kids with western breakfast. We felt welcome from start to end and didn't want to leave. Hopefully we are back. The house with the 2 double room and the separate house with the family room is well set up and gives each guest his own privacy. The location is great with the beach and the ocean right in front of the house. With a 15min. Tuktuk ride you are both in Mirissa and Weligama. Thank you very much for having us.

Position is amazing, beautiful clear calm water to swim in & near a strip of beachside restaurants. Breakfast was delicious & generous. Massage was so good & very reasonable price. Yoga is available & staff are super helpful & friendly, especially Sachi who may be the happiest person I have ever met :)

Thank you for the wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and attentive, and you could tell they worked as one team. This place became a true source of warmth and friendship for me. Every evening, they asked me what I wanted for breakfast the next day. When I got sick, they brought me plenty of tea with lemon without asking for anything in return. They organized a whale watching tour at a price lower than other excursion providers. I felt completely comfortable and safe.

Wir hatten einen super angenehmen aufenthalt! Sie haben auf wunsch ein extrem leckeres traditionelles frühstück gezaubert! Die beiden Jungs waren extrem nett und hilfsbereit und super köche! Sehr gute lage mitten drin. Die zimmer waren sehr sauber gross und hell! Vielen Dank für die tolle zeit! :)

Magnifique demeure avec chambre familiale très pratique et adaptée aux familles nombreuses. Le petit déjeuner en face de l’océan indien était excellent.

had a really goos stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and the location was easy to find. same distance to Weligama and Ahangama beaches. food was also great.

Moonray Guesthouse was a nice place to stay: clean, peaceful and quiet. Room is provided with A/C, which works perfectly. Thilina was responsive and helpful with our needs. The place is in 5-7 minutes of walking from the grocery/restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach. If you are planning to remotely work from the place, generally internet is quite good, but sometimes have high latency/bad connection, so if you need to have often video calls, then you should consider working in Mirissa cafes or co-working in Weligama.

Exactly what I was looking for: a quiet place in nature with everything you need in walkable distance (shops, restaurants, cafes, the beach,...). And Thilina, Lilly and Lal were absolutely wonderful, kind and caring. I'd always choose this place again when in Mirissa. Thank you for everything. Istuti!

Nipun is a really genuine, kind, honest and helpful person (a feeling shared by the wider community). He makes great eggs in the morning too! Nipun helped to organise a taxis and had good local advice. He also has a great sense of humour. Nipun’s place is spacious and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. It is centrally located close to all the local breaks (most are within walking distance)and less than 10 seconds to Lazy Left. The road is busy but not at night. I had a really good stay and would recommend if you are looking for laid back, friendly and relaxed!

Lovely space - super close to the beach and not far from Hiriketiya beach. The hosts were very friendly too!
