The entirety of everything exceed our expectations. My colleagues' first expression when we arrived and saw the place is "WOW". The place is great for intimate events, or small family gatherings. Fully equipped kitchen, which you can use for table setting. Bathroom is clean, as well as the towel, linen, bedroom and the entire property. Worth it for its price.

The most beautiful bungalow in the area!!! Ive been in Mati so many times and its so clean. They have a starlink internet pa and we enjoyed their backyard jacuzzi. Super lapit lng sa beach 🏖️ and friendly ang staff. Definitely ito na tlga go to ko for Dahican stays!

2nd stay at this house for work travel purposes. Will book again on the next audit season!

Great place to stay with complete kitchenware perfect for cooking your own food. One thing we appreciate is them adding automatic washing machine. Also, kudos to the hosts for accommodating our last minute request for additional pax. This place is highly recommended. Thank you. 😊

We had a great 4-day, 3-night stay! The location is convenient, especially if you’re planning to visit Dahican Beach. There’s a store, gas station, and a nearby market right outside the subdivision, which is super handy. The unit itself is clean and well-equipped with everything you need, just bring your own towels. The aircon cools the room quickly but might need, and the fridge works great. Plus, the host is very responsive, making our stay even more hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay with groups or families! Small rooms but the outdoor space made up for it - super pretty, very chill and quite private. Otherwise Alfred is very responsive and the place was perfectly tidy and clean.

I highly recommend this place! It’s a great value for money, with a well-designed and thoughtfully laid-out space. The location is private and right by the beach, making it perfect for outdoor dining while soaking in the view. The caretaker was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Plus, you can get fresh lobster at a reasonable price! The bathroom is spacious, and we really liked the kitchen as well. If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay here again. A solid 10/10!

The place was nice and worth it considering its price. We were comfortable during our whole stay. Recommended for groups of friends and families :)

Amazing place. Perfect for relaxation, slow mornings and family gatherings. Great staff and very acommodating hosts. We were only able to try their drinks and all of the flavors we tried were great! 10/10 would recommend.
