L’appartamento grande luminoso e ben tenuto compreso la biancheria pulita. parcheggio nel cortile di proprietà. Buona posizione , nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercato, bar, tabacchi e anche alle varie spiagge . La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Ho passato con la mia famiglia una piacevole vacanza. Grazie della ospitalità

Appartamento splendido a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Super pulito e sopratutto tutto super nuovo, tutte le stanze bellissime e arredate in ogni minimo dettagliato. Host gentilissima e super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Se mai dovessimo tornare ad Olbia torneremo sicuramente qui. Consiglio assolutamente

Very nice and comfortable place, right in the middle of the marina great location very close to one very small and quiet beach. the place is perfect for 2 max 3 people. air conditioning impeccable. the place has all the amenities in the flat, eg dishwasher and washing machine work perfectly. only negative is the absence of wi-fi which is not convenient if you do not have data otherwise we loved it

fortunati ad avere due bellissime tiepide giornate a fine ottobre. Siamo anche riusciti a fare il bagno nella bella piscina dell'alloggio... sarebbe stato un peccato non sfruttarla. Yee!

I loved Chiara’s place! Perfect location and easy for taxis to get close to so you don’t have to trek your luggage far yet still right down town, close to all the restaurants and shops. The place was super clean and well appointed with everything you need, nice linens and new towels and a spacious shower. It’s the little thoughtful things that make a great stay and it was nice to have all toiletries available and coffee, laundry detergent, etc. tastefully decorated, felt big for a studio. Great for couples or solo travelers. And street entrance, no stairs. Would def stay again. Thank you!

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf die Bucht von Aranchi. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Marilia ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin. Danke.

Appartamento davvero piacevole e con una bellissima vista sul centro di San Pantaleo, paese comodo per raggiungere rapidamente i vari punti di interesse della zona. Il terrazzo é un plus non da poco! Natalia (l’host) si é dimostrata molto gentile e più che disponibile in ogni interlocuzione.

Appartamento completo di tutto e ristrutturato con gusto di recente. Sono stato accolto con dolci di pasticceria, frutta fresca e tutto il necessario per la colazione, Valerio gentilissimo. Tutto perfetto.

Camilla ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super neu, Badezimmer schön und der pool hat eine schöne Größe. Läden und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Strände in der Nähe sind super schön. Alles war wirklich super. Danke Camilla

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Notre séjour chez Valerio, c'est très bien passé, la maison est très bien équipée, les lits sont confortables . la maison est proche de la voie rapide ce qui permet d'être rapidement à Olbia, sur la côte... on entend les voitures que légèrement quand nous sommes dehors . Valerio nous a toujours répondu rapidement

Luigi was a fantastic host, giving us recommendations for local restaurants and tips. The apartment is in a lovely complex and we loved the small, quiet beach a 5 minute walk away. It was well equipped with everything we needed and I would definitely stay again!

Il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole, avevamo pensato di stare tre giorni poi siamo rimasti oltre tre giorni. L’appartamento è in una posizione strategica vicino a tutte le spiagge più belle. Un gran bel soggiorno, torneremo di sicuro

Great place, great host - not many restaurants walking distance but plenty for driving to. Beach really lovely - we had a great time

We loved the typical Sardinian villa which had fantastic views of the port. Was great to watch all the super yachts and cruisers coming and going from Porto Cervo. Close to restaurants and grocery stores (all walking distance). Lovely pool nestled amongst the villas, perfect when the afternoon sun was really hot. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a cold drink soaking in the beautiful surroundings. Would stay again if we were to return to Porto Cervo

Unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in Olbia war sehr angenehm. Die großen Fernseher in jedem Schlafraum und in der Wohnküche waren ein tolles Extra, besonders nach einem langen Tag. Zwar war die Küchenausstattung für sechs Personen etwas knapp bemessen, aber dank der vielen tollen Restaurants in der Nähe war das kein großes Problem. Die zentrale Lage zum Hafen und den Geschäften hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl für einen Urlaub in Olbia!

Complex is very new, in a nice location with all amenities within walking distance. The surrounding area is nice and calm and good to having parking available. Lovely to just sit and look at the views from the balcony. Apartment had everything that we required, was neat and tidy. Even though it was out of season the swimming pool was open although we didn’t try it. Check in and check out instructions very clear and also some lovely touches with the welcome pack and gifts. It was perfect for us and was an ideal place to explore the island. For couples or a family this would be a perfect spot in my opinion. This provided us a great opportunity to get our first taste of what this beautiful island has to offer and we would certainly return to this apartment and Sardinia if we get a chance.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht. Vorn ein wunderbarer Pool direkt vor der Tür, wenig andere Gäste. Toller Blick in die markanten Berge. Hinten der Knaller: Loungeecke mit Sofas, schöner Essbereich und eine Outdoor-Küche - total privat, geschützt vor Sonne und fremden Blicken. Wir haben uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit Maria war sehr einfach und sie hat immer direkt geantwortet. Auch auf Anfragen wie zB mehr Decken und Handtücher hat direkt geklappt. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung von uns!
