Lindsey’s place was great, perfect size for two to four people. Was a perfect walking distance to food and shops but also quiet peaceful yard/deck to enjoy each others company.

Jeff was a great host. The location is perfect. It is just up the street from The Red Parrot. It is in walking distance of many of the attractions. I would certainly recommend this place to others looking for a nice, clean place with a great location. Thanks again, Jeff.

This was a great place to stay you can walk 10 minutes to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I was here in the winter and it was great, but I am sure there is even more going on in the summer months.

My television show came to Newport to film for three weeks and I was fortunate to find one of David’s properties available right in the heart of town. The location was perfect for me to commute to the nearby mansions on my bicycle. Other houses on the block are from the early 1700’s which was super cool. It’s also only a couple blocks to the Main Street and the wharfs as well. David was a fantastic host. I would definitely recommend his properties for friends to stay at.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was exactly as described. It was clean and cozy at the perfect location. Check in was very simple. I would 100% stay here again and I highly recommend staying in this area!

This Airbnb was an unexpected gem. The neighborhood is quiet and right near the bike path. Warren has some top notch restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bed linens were crisp, and there were ample towels. The amenities were just as described. There is a little private patio off of the kitchen and there is a bigger area next to it with a fire pit and picnic bench. The host was incredibly responsive, sometimes within minutes and very accommodating to all of our needs and questions.

Erin's place is perfectly situated in downtown Plymouth. Restaurants and historical sites are within easy walking distance. Beds are super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. Nice deck and a backyard with a fire pit and unique birdhouses.. It was cold and rainy during our stay (which is as to be expected in April), but Plymouth had loads to do. We particularly liked the Cordage Museum (where we spent a few hours talking with locals) and Plymouth's (free entry) Art Museum. We were impressed by how many beach parks Plymouth has. We came to participate in a 5K race on the Grace rail trail and hopefully will be back again next year! Thanks, Erin and family!

Wonderful stay at Jaynes beautiful home. Description and photos were accurate and the home provided all the essentials we needed. House was clean and beds we’re comfortable. Upstairs tenants were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable as well as well-equipped, this house met the needs of everyone in our group. The house is very close to Naval Station Newport as well as downtown Newport, which was very important to us. A great place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this AirBnB. The hosts were excellent communicators who ensured we had all of the information required for an easy check in and great stay. The location was perfect--quiet neighborhood, very close to the rail trail, and a central location on the Cape that made driving to several different areas easy. The home was so comfortable and incredibly clean! It had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway, and we felt right at home. This experience is what we hope for every time we use AirBnB. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Great location with all great restaurants and shops within steps of the house. Easy 10 min walk to Bowen's wharf, and also a delightful 25 min walk to the Mansions and Cliff Walk. House was very well equipped. Only slight issue was the only bathroom upstairs has a slanted ceiling above the sink, so a bit hard to navigate during our stay... Newport was beyond our expectations and this house made our visit even more perfect!

What a great winter getaway spot! My wife and I love the cape (even in the winter when it’s much quieter) and Vasilios’s house was perfect for us and our two little kids. House was spacious, extremely clean, and close proximity to all the things we love. The communication was great all along the way, even during a moment of panic when we realized we forgot our Pack n Play, Vasilios quickly let us know the house had a spare. We had two great meals at The Den and Brax Landing just a few minutes from the house. We also hit the Red Cottage for breakfast right down the road and that was the perfect way to cap off a great long weekend post check out. We’re already talking about renting from Vasilios again for a week in the summer. Highly recommend.

Thank you Amy! The house was clean, the beds were delicious… I slept less than I would have liked, they were amazing, and I wish I had gotten more sleep! I broke Amy’s shower and coffee table, but her communication with me was great. I apologized, she sent the damages and everything was fine. She was very kind and easy to talk to =) I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it. If I can give you one tip: put curtains closed on the windows to make it really dark… I can only think of how perfect the rooms would be! I wouldn’t get up anymore! hahahaha Thanks Amy!

We really enjoyed our stay at John’s place. The place has everything you will need for a relaxing stay including a well equipped kitchen. It was just two of us with our dogs but the house can comfortably host a family. There are plenty of beds and room for everyone to enjoy their stay. The closest beach is a 5 min drive and we enjoyed walking to the pond that’s at the end of the road. The location is quiet and private. Our dogs had a fantastic time too. We will save John’s place for future stays!

We had an incredible stay at this amazing house over New Year’s! The house itself is stunning, with a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen that made cooking and gathering a joy. The location is unbeatable—you can easily walk to local restaurants and shops, which added so much convenience and charm to our trip. Corbin was fantastic—extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire booking process, making everything seamless and stress-free. We absolutely loved our time here and are already looking forward to staying again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Our stay on Conant was a delight. It had just about everything we needed in the kitchen to have an excellent Thanksgiving. It's prime location for seeing all Provincetown has to offer. Owners were very responsive to any questions and were able to accomodate our earlier arrival. We will definitely be keeping this place on our wishlist for future visits.

Tom's place was a wonderful to stay for myself and a few friends for the weekend. We loved the space. The outdoor patio was the best. The location was PERFECT. The area was quiet and the neighbors were wonderful. Tom was extremely responsively, friendly, and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again in the future!
