Roulotte très accueillante et confortable, le jacuzzi est top. Arrivée et départ flexibles. Proximité avec Annecy, même pas 10 minutes. Logement calme et propre, fonctionnel et equipé en linge de lit, draps de bain, torchons ce qui réduit le volume de nos valises 😊 Je recommande absolument et nous reviendrons très certainement.

Philippe a été très accueillant, très sympathique et réactif, de bon conseil et prévenant, et nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec notre fils de 15 mois (le logement s’y prête !) dans ce joli petit mazot ! Les environs sont magnifiques, de belles randos et tout un tas de stations à proximité ! À refaire avec plaisir :)

A wonder weekend getaway with family and friends. Chalet was even better than on photos. Amazing view on the mountains from living area. All bedrooms except one have private bathroom which is great when you have many people. Chalet is very well equipped and everything fonctions as described. The host was flexible with Check in and check out times which I’m very thankful. Very quickly responding to questions and giving suggestions. Every single friend asked for the chalet details as they would like to come back with their families. We as well. Thank you. We enjoyed it fully !!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jean-François, bien accueilli, et réactif à nos demandes. Situé à deux pas du centre d'Annecy, ce fut un excellent Week-end de découverte. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Super séjour dans cet appartement confortable et accueillant. L’aménagement extérieur avec le canapé est parfait pour prendre les repas avec une sublime vue sur les montagnes. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Awesome weekend family stay at Chalet Gilbert! Great communication, roaring fireplace and relaxing sauna made our trip. We enjoyed dining at La Petite Auberge, and rentals from Caribou worked great. Skiing at Portes du Soleil was also fantastic. We'll be back!

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions. For skiers and snowboarders, it’s a dream, with easy access to all the major mountain ranges. What truly made our stay special was the host. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, ensuring we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, it’s the perfect choice for anyone visiting the area!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La location a une vue imprenable sur les montagnes et est proche de randonnées fabuleuses dont celle amenant au Lac de Taney (lac d'altitude magnifique). La location est très bien organisée et très agréable. C'est un havre de paix. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer. L'accès au lac Léman est aisée. On est proche de Montreux, Vevey et Lazaux. L'hôte est super, très agréable et convivial. Je recommande cette location :-)

I had such a lovely stay at Enrica’s place! She is truly a wonderful host, exceptionally kind, helpful, and generous. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that made my visit comfortable and easy. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made one of the best airbnd experiences i have had!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Karine. C’est agréable de séjourner dans une maison conçue pour y habiter. La maison est décorée avec soin et parfaitement équipée, en particulier pour les familles avec enfants de tous âges (chaises, vaisselles, jeux, jouets, etc). La literie est très bonne. Les différents espaces permettent de profiter de différentes activités dans la maison (salle de jeux avec Ping Pong et fléchettes, jardin clos avec trampoline, etc). Les enfants (5 et 9 ans) ont adoré leur chambre et bien profité du château fort, des déguisements, etc. mis à disposition. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir nous rendre à pieds facilement à Clairvaux qui offrent commerces et restauration de qualité. Bref nous recommandons et aurons plaisir à revenir !

Highly recommend ! Andrea’s place has everything you need, its located in a very nice area with amazing views ! The place is clean, spacious and cosy. Andrea is a helpful host and easy to communicate with. Would be happy to visit again !

Das Haus ist sehr schön und das Wohnzimmer geräumig. Die Zimmer sind gut und die Betten bequem. Der Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr einladend, es ist eine kleine Oase mitten in der Stadt. Da das Haus vorher nicht besetzt war, durften wir früher einchecken, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Faiza war immer sehr freundlich und reagierte schnell auf Anfragen. Fazit: Ein tolles Haus für besondere Anlässe!

Auch im November hat das heimelige beach house seinen charme . trotz der kälte draussen, hatte es gute möglichkeit das haus zu heizen.

Notre fils de 2 ans et demi ne cesse de nous dire qu’il souhaite retourner chez Lilla Pour nous aussi ce fut une belle rencontre; d’âme(s). Comme un retour aux sources, chez les grands parents, la famille , la terre. Lilla, Ugo et toute leur famille sont de formidables personnes et le logement était si paisible ; propice a un agréable séjour. Un grand merci à vous . Nous vous attendons pour le café en Suisse. Wir ( eine Familie mit 8 Erwachsen und drei Kindern) trafen uns bei Sarah, war kamen aus verschiedenen Ecken in der Schweiz um ein gemeinsames Wochenende zu verbringen. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Sarah hat uns sehr freundlich mit einem Bier für ein Plauderstündchen empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das urchige Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Nous avons louer le domaine pour un weekend pour célébrer mes 30 ans ainsi que pour se retrouver entre amis et famille. Nous avons passez un excellent week-end, le logement est très spacieux, bien équipé et propre. Les hôtes ont été réactif à toutes questions si besoin. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Bertrand à l'occasion d'un déplacement professionnel. Bertrand est un hôte sympathique et très accueillant ! Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, alle Infos kamen rechtzeitig. Die Wohnung ist gross, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet – besonders die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Arrivée libre, fluide, tout était prêt. Le logement est parfaitement équipé avec tout le confort. Certes l'église est à proximité et on entend le clocher, mais cela ne m'a pas gênée pour travailler en journée ni dormir la nuit, le bruit est très raisonnable. Je recommande ce logement.

Wir waren im Oktober mit kleinen Kindern da. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was es braucht und ist sehr herzlich eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Gleich am ersten Tag kam der Vater von Alessandra vorbei mit einem Wilkommensgeschenk. Er war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Der grosse Garten mit der Feuerstelle und einer atemberaubenden Aussicht war das Highlight. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben jeden Tag leckere Gerichte gekocht. Es gibt sehr viele Spielsachen im Haus, für Kinder in jedem Alter. Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig und authentisch. Wir konnten diverse Wildtiere beobachten in der Gegend. Ein wunderschönes Tal, welches zu dieser Jahreszeit etwas mystisches an sich hat. Die steilen Hänge mit unzähligen Wasserfällen, die farbigen Blätter und der Morgenebel der aus den Wälder aufsteigt. Malerische Dörfchen an den Südhängen. Perfekt um dem hektischen Alltag zu entfliehen. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt. Vielen Dank Alessandra
