Renta de villas vacacionales en Maucini

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Benedetta, malgré une arrivée très tardive dû à un retard d’avion. La communication a été très fluide, et Benedetta a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous passions un séjour agréable. Je recommande de prendre la demi-pension avec la Cheffe Rita : cuisine typiquement Sicilienne, familiale, c’est un vrai + pour le grand groupe que nous étions (18 personnes). Les extérieurs et toutes les installations qui l’accompagnent sont fabuleux ! Piscine, grande véranda avec musique, baby-foot, billards, ping-pongs…. Les intérieurs se divisent en 3 logements distincts : 1 appartement en rez de villa, et deux chalets. Ils sont un peu plus rustiques, et les chambres de l’appartement sont sans fenêtre. Mais nous avons fait avec, et finalement l’ensemble du séjour était très agréable. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de Benedetta et sa famille , merci à vous.

Ich durfte meinen 50. Geburtstag mit Freunden und Familie in dieser spektakulären Unterkunft feiern! Zusammensein und trotzdem Rückzugsmöglichkeit und Raum für alle. Man kommt in der Hofanlage ins Träumen, totale Entschleunigung, wunderschön und nie langweilig. Abends auf der terrazza in den Himmel schauen - unvergesslich!

endroit magnifique avec une très belle vue sur mer et sur les oliviers et entendre les cloches au loin de Noto, c'est un beau tableau de la Sicile tout était parfait , le mobilier, la piscine. si vous vous voulez vous déconnecter , si vous voulez le calme , c'est en aucun doute la location qu'il vous faut mais il faudra emprunter un chemin étroit et chaotique de 1 km. nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette location.

We enjoyed our remote work for 1 week from Cristina’s place in Sicily very much. Restaurants and the town of Syracuse are nearby. The place is as nice as on the pictures and worth visiting even in November. Cristina is very hospitable and greeted us with a wonderful surprise - sicilian cuisine.

The house is in a beautiful area. Very clean. Host extremely friendly, Selina responds very quickly to messages. Would come back at any time.

There were two of us in the villa for 10 days. Villa has great proportion. It is a typical Sicilian villa. The bedrooms are large and well appointed. There was only two of us so plenty of space but if you are 4 people you might find the dining/living room a bit small. The beds are comfortable and very large. You can sleep up to 6 people, in beds and I believe the sofa is also a convertible bed. The house is in good order and very clean. There is a washing machine but sadly no dishwasher. The outside area is large and has 5 deck chairs to enjoy with a large dining table and chairs. There is generous space to park the car but the entry/exit is a bit tight to get in. Be careful. . The nearest beach (Naos Bar) is about 500 meters away from the villa. It is small but you should find space.The actual main beach is a kilometre away. Bear in mind that via Cassiopea is on a small hill. There is only very few places to eat near the villa but the nearest town Cassibile has lots of restaurants

It’s a beautiful, modern villa with an infinity pool and gorgeous terrace, 10 minutes by car from Siracusa. You most definitely need your own transport but if you do, it’s easy to find restaurants etc that are a short car drive away. Would recommend Cava Grande, which is about 45 minutes away (Carrubella hike) and the beautiful nature reserve on the Southern coast. Definitely worth the trip to Mount Etna as well (a couple of hours in the car)

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Perla Bianca. The villa is in a fantastic spot with amazing views with so many spots to sit and enjoy the views. We came with a toddler and baby and loved the fact the kitchen led out onto the pool so we could always be close. Laury was very helpful with getting 2 cots for us and the host at the villa was lovely and very helpful! Thank you for a great stay!

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und unser 13-jähriger Sohn, haben in der Casale della Pergola eine wunderbare Woche über Silvester verbracht. Bei bestem Wetter (tagsüber immer ca. 15-17 Grad) haben wir den großen Garten mit den auch im Winter reifen Bananen, Orangen, Mandarinen und Clementinen und den Tieren sowie den Pool sehr genossen und waren zu Fuß am nahe gelegenen Strand spazieren. Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir Noto, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Syrakus und den Ätna (mit geführter Tour) erkundet und eine tolle Wanderung durch die Schlucht von Cava Grande del Cassibile gemacht (im Anschluss ist eine Einkehr bei Eva und Zio Pippo Marino-Marinello zu empfehlen!), alles sehr gut erreichbar. Gioacchino war äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend.

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this lovely villa as a group of 15, and it was absolutely wonderful! The villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.The ambiance truly enhanced our stay especially as we could see the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 Getting to the villa without a car was a bit of an adventure but entirely manageable with a little planning. For those flying into Catania Airport, you’ll need to take a bus from just outside the airport to the train station (€4), then catch an AST bus (opposite the train station) to Scicli (€9). This part of the journey takes about 2.5 hours. Once in Scicli, it’s only a 10-minute taxi ride to the villa. To buy your AST bus ticket, simply walk across from where the buses are parked, and you’ll find the AST office. While the journey is a bit longer if you don’t have a car, it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. The villa and the surrounding area are stunnin

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza strepitosa. il luogo è paradisiaco, mai caldo, la piscina è bellissima, gli spazi esterni ampi e ben curati. Eravamo un gruppo di 19 persone e davvero c'era modo per tutti di rilassarsi in pace e tranquillità, partendo dai ragazzi che volevano fare il bagno arrivando agli adulti che invece volevano riposare. tutti avevano modo di fare ciò che preferivano senza disturbare gli altri. la cucina ampia e accessoriata di tutto il necessario. l'host è stato davvero premuroso. ci ha coccolati per tutta la settimana. ci ha saputo dare indicazioni precise sui luoghi dei dintorni e non solo. siamo stati davvero molto bene

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Paolo! Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert und er war sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir seine Hilfe brauchten. Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Außenanlage war sehr gepflegt. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Il nostro soggiorno a Casa Balat è stato semplicemente perfetto! Un vero angolo di pace e tranquillità, immerso nel verde, ideale per chi cerca relax e una fuga dalla routine quotidiana. La casa è splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli e impeccabilmente pulita. I letti sono comodissimi, garantendo un riposo eccellente dopo giornate trascorse a esplorare la zona. Un grande grazie a Luca, il proprietario, che è stato sempre disponibile e attento, rispondendo con grande tempestività a ogni nostra domanda. Un ringraziamento speciale anche a Beatrice, la sua collaboratrice, che ci ha aiutato con qualsiasi richiesta, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Se cercate un posto accogliente, ben tenuto e gestito con professionalità e calore, Casa Balat è la scelta perfetta. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Villa. 1 Zimmer haben wir zu viert genutzt (Bett und offenes Bad oben und unten das Schlafsofa plus Kinderbett), die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer hatten jeweils ein Doppelbett. Das Haus kann also von 2-3 Familien genutzt werden. Generell hatten wir viel Platz und jeder hat genug Raum für sich gehabt. Da wir die Waschmaschine nutzen konnten, mussten wir auch nicht so viel Kleidung einpacken. Wir haben oft gekocht und einmal den Grill genutzt. Dabei konnten wir abends herrlich draußen sitzen und essen (Mückenspray nicht vergessen ;-) Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight auch für unsere Kinder. Man muss bedenken, dass zur Olivenerntezeit beinahe täglich Zweige verbannt wurden und je nachdem wie der Wind steht, man dann nicht den Pool bzw. den Garten nutzen kann. In Marzamemi sind wird abends essen gegangen und ein Auto sollte man auf jeden Fall zur Verfügung haben, um in die Umgebung zu erkunden oder zum Strand zu fahren.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa splendida villetta! La casa è accogliente, ben curata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Un ringraziamento speciale agli ospiti, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili,m. La loro ospitalità ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questa villetta

wow wow wow. es war einfach schön. wie auf den fotos oder sogar besser. man hat platz,der pool ist gross .....es ist wie im beschreib. pietro wie auch riccardo sind hilfsbereit und nett. riccardo ist immer zu stelle wenn was ist. wir waren uns mal unsicher,da es in der nähe gebrannt hat und er kam sofort nachschauen. wir kommen gerne wieder und können es allen empfehlen.

We spent 10 fabulous days at Giovanna's house. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool. The house is very spacious and beautifully furnished, it was superb. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house is very well equipped, it had everything we needed and more. We used the BBQ's most evenings, eating outside & enjoying the sunsets. We bought great local produce from the local butcher who was very friendly & helpful. You can get most supplies from the local shop in the village including charcoal. The house was a good base to visit the area including Ragusa, Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ortigia & Marzamemi which can all be reached in approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour. We travelled a little further to visit the amazing mosaics at Villa Romana del Casale. Thank you for making my husband's birthday so memorable and special. We were very sad to leave and can't wait to return. Thank you Giovanna and Carmelo!

We loved the pool and the house. Gianni (Giorgio’s father) was a great help and suggested some great places to eat and explore,overall we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem der Pool ist ein Highlight. Auch der wunderschöne und saubere Strand sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es war alles da was wir zum kochen brauchten und Concetta hat eine Mappe mit Tipps und Hinweisen zu der Umgebung in der Wohnung hinterlassen. Es sind sogar zwei Strandstühle und ein Sonnenschirm für uns da gewesen. Wir sind begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a fabulous stay. Both Denis and Katjuscia were really helpful with recommendations . The Villa is just outside Scicli which is a pretty town with everything you need. The pool and grounds were great , everything had been tastefully renovated and it was spotlessly clean. We would highly recommend . Its in the countryside so you definitely need a car.

Posestvo je zelo okusno urejeno v tradicionalnem stilu, ogromno prostora, odlicna zasebnost, pravi pridih sicilijanskega podeželja. Gostitelj je bil izjemno odziven, na njegovo priporočilo smo najeli lokalno kuharico Giovanno, ki nam je na lokaciji pripravila nepozabne sicilijanske tradicionalne jedi. Lokacija odlicna za dnevne izlete v Modico, Raguso, Noto, Syracuze, Marzamemi...
