The home is in a great location within a gated community and quiet location, safe for kids to take a evening sunset beach walk. Had an amazing time at the beautiful house, 2 min walk to the beach for great morning walks. The home was as described and met our expectations, The home is couple of miles, from Ka'anapali beach, Honolua Bay and great food places and local food trucks. The home had lots of towels and with inhouse washer and drier which helped with kids beach activity and snokerling. Overall we had a great time and would definetly recommend the home.

I had the pleasure of staying at Gal's property, and I can honestly say it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. The communication was excellent—timely, clear, and always friendly. The space itself was exactly as described (if not better). It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. I couldn’t recommend this place more and would love to return anytime I’m in the area. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay!

The setting is absolutely gorgeous. A few things we were surprised about but the hostess was great at communicating & responding. He is super helpful. It does get warm during the day with no AC but the sunsets were incredible & it cooled down at night so we slept comfortably. Amazing to listen to the ocean and hear the breeze while you drifted off.

The kaanapali beach is my new favorite! Lots of grass, shade, snorkeling off the shore, sandy beach, lots of public parking, safe, showers and public restroom/changing rooms. Bring binoculars to enjoy the whales in the background.

It's right on the water, so watch turtles from your balcony and whale watch if it's the right time of year. Nice washer/dryer, well furnished with newer couch, comfortable beds and good showers. Everything in the kitchen needed. Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, beach towels and children toys for beach available. Nice, furnished deck off living room and extra bedroom. Short walk to several places for coffee and food. We had a night time arrival, but at 4pm (HST), the door code and parking spot came up on their website after login and entry was no trouble. We didn't use the AC much, but it was nice it was available and very quiet. It's only a 15 minute walk to the tour boats in the harbor. The only cons are the area isn't good for long walks, except on the beach through Haycraft park and then walking down the beach and it's a 15 minute drive to any grocery store. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommended.

We had an AMAZING time !!!! What a gem ! We felt right at home. We saw turtles and whales daily ! Sleeping to the sound of the ocean and waking up to that view was a dream come true. Wish I could give this place 10 stars. Thank you for sharing your home with us !

Caitlin's place is a wonderful place to stay to explore Maui. It's clean, modern, well-appointed and has Plenty of towels :). Beach chairs and umbrella for 2 is a nice touch. This is great because you're about 50 steps from the beach. The townhouse community is located at the south end of Lahaina, and was effected by the fire. There are really good restaurants 5 minutes away and both the north west and south shore are easily accessible. It's a 16 minute drive to the harbor at Maalara where many boats leave for snorkeling and whale watching trips. The best snorkeling from a beach we found at the Kaanapolis airport Beach, 15 minutes in the other direction. It's a win-win to stay in Lahaina and venture out from there. The community needs and appreciates the guests and we got to spend our time and money on a part of the island that especially benefits.

We absolutely loved our stay! As two adult daughters who vacationed with our 82 year old mother, it was the perfect setup to enjoy indoors and outdoors. The short walk to the pool and beach were delightful. The home was incredibly comfortable with an amazing kitchen, well equipped and highly functional. We slept well in the fabulous beds. The overall layout of the home was excellent for our needs. We enjoyed the patio with plenty of quality seating for meals and lounging with the view of the beach and sunsets. We appreciated having access to beach chairs and towels. The location was fantastic, close drive to grocery stores, restaurants and other Maui sights. We loved our long walks on the beach. The water just out front was a bit more murky after recent storm/flooding than we would have liked, but we did find other nice areas of beach for swimming. We would love to go back if we have the fortunate opportunity. Daniel's communication and helpfulness were also excellent! Thank you!

Great space for a family vacation with our toddler. Very usable kitchen and dining area. A lot of space, great outdoor area, and it was well stocked with essentials and awesome beach gear. Quiet and private location where we were able to walk to restaurants and some beaches. Additionally, a ton of beautiful beaches within 5-10 minute drives. Thanks for the stay!!

Great spot in Kihei that’s super close to the beach! The place was tidy w/ a full kitchen, washer + dryer & beach equipment. They did have quiet hours which made us a bit on alert when our two littles would scream/get a bit rowdy past the time frame. But other than that, it was a great stay! 😊

We were a party of 3 who enjoyed our 2 week stay. The complex is comprised of several well maintained units. You will be short walk from the ocean and one beach that may or may not be swimable (cross your fingers!). The lush vegetation provides a feeling of privacy and a settled in feeling. The common areas of the unit are spacious. One bathroom is a Jack/Jill or shared with one bedroom and common spaces. The upstairs King bed & bath is completely private. The kitchen and equipment are more than adequate. It was a nice touch to have some spice basics on hand--very appreciated. The shared pool is very close by to this unit and does the trick. I respected & appreciated the quiet hours this complex has. From 8-8 you can almost hear a pin drop...or you could if not for the sound of the surf in the distance! Perfect for me and no need for a white noise machine. Wendy was available & responsive to messages during our stay--also appreciated. Enjoy your stay!

This unit was a great place to stay with lots of space and a great ocean view

We had an incredible vacation! My four sons said it was the best family trip we have ever had. The condo is in the perfect location for exploring all that Maui has to offer. We loved the beach at Napili. We can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend this place! So spacious for our family of six, less than a minute walk to the beach and so many cool spots to explore within minutes. Jason was a wonderful host. Thank you!

Great location 10 minutes from the beach. Clean, beds were comfortable, had all the amenities listed. Mary was very responsive both before and during the stay.

We had an amazing time here! It was so nice to have beach towels, dish soap, laundry detergent and a starter shampoo and conditioner. We felt right at home and had plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 kids. This place did not disappoint and the hosts were so responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Truthfully we rolled the dice a little in hope that our honeymoon would be a quiet secluded piece of Hawaii that few get a chance to experience, and hit the Jackpot with this beautifully placed Airbnb! Your own personal slice of paradise! Perfectly placed next to the beach and was well described. Host was immediately responsive even though there was nothing needed on our end. Would definitely recommend! When we have a chance to get back to the island of Molokai, this will be the place for us! Mahalo Kuhao!

This is our second time to stay at Papakea and I cannot recommend this location enough! Karl's unit made for a perfect stay. The ocean is 20 yards away and we spent all week listening to the waves, feeling the breeze, and watching for whales (which there were a lot of!). The unit was as described. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, it's nice to have a washer/dryer. The area is really quiet and peaceful, especially compared to all the activity further down the beach at all the big resorts on the Ka'anapali board walk. We loved staying here and look forward to returning!

This was my second trip to Hawaii, and my first time in Maui with my big family! We were lucky enough to have my Aunt join us last minute. Trevor was super supportive and made us all feel right at home. He sent a detailed guide weeks before our arrival, with clear directions to the apartment and plenty of great recommendations for things to do in Maui. The room was so clean, and they even prepared a delicious ginger beverage that I absolutely loved! We had almost everything we needed for cooking, and my mom even whipped up some of her special home-cooked meals for us. The community was really friendly, which made it even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, too! We were on the west side of the island, just a hop away from beautiful beaches and famous restaurants. Plus, Safeway and Times supermarket were only a 10-minute drive away, making it super easy to find all the food and supplies we needed. Great place to stay, walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach. Bbq area and pool on grounds. Although the condo itself has a menial amount of road noise, the community is very calm and quiet. Enjoyable lanai. Condo looks to have been recently remodeled so is quite nice.
