The location was good for us with easy access to the beach and other island sites. House is well stocked with kitchen accessories, beach going toys, towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Owners were responsive and communicated well. House was spacious and met our needs.

Peter was very interactive with us right from the beginning of booking. He made sure we had everything we needed. Very personable and met with us upon arrival and departure. Checked on us during our stay, but was not intrusive. His local instruction book was very thorough, even pointing out the proper landmarks we need to follow. For those that are looking for adventure and exploring the island via hiking or other sports, and wish to be away from big resorts, this place is perfect. Nice quiet garden setting. Can see the stars at night without resort lights. Very comfortable and cozy bungalow. I am definitely gonna stay here again someday. Peter is a great host.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. We appreciated the private patio space. This home is in a convenient location for easy walking to restaurants and shops in central Paia. It was hard to leave!

Sandra's Wailea Villa is amazing! The space is both beautiful and very functional. The overall setting is so private, lush and peaceful. The birds sounds and the views are lovely. The location is perfect — an easy 5 minute drive to the beaches and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property with a great pool and lovely location. It’s a 5-10 minute peaceful walk to the beaches across the street and resort restaurants/bars/coffee shops and 10-15 minute drive to grocery stores and shop plazas, and some really great beaches (Kapalua Bay Beach is gorgeous.) Was also so pleased with the ample amenities provided for the beach including chairs and snorkeling gear.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Turtle House. Poni was wonderful, location made us feel like we were locals. Beaches were amazing, so many fun restaurants to choose from. Her guide book was second to none, recommendations were spot on. We will definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. There was a wee restaurant and yoga studio right around the corner I would highly recommend! The coffees, and fruit smoothies were delicious! The beds were so comfy. The neighborhood was beautiful. The local roosters and hens were delightful. We met a friendly neighborhood dog. The deck and deck furniture was so pleasing and wonderful. The view of the sea with whale watching was absolutely beyond the beyond. We had an extraordinary time!! I recommend this home highly and without hesitation!

So happy to have stayed here. Felt like a very central location and the home was so cozy. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood, and a great size home to come back to after the beach. The hosts were so kind to even have a delicious pie waiting for us in the fridge. I would not only stay here again, but I would also definitely recommend it to others.

Manolo is a very helpful and proactive host. He made sure that we were okay and had everything we needed. House is pretty, with a beautiful yard. Manolo has snorkeling equipment, flippers, boogie boards, etc. House is close to the restaurants of Paia Bay (10 min walking), which is great because parking is always a problem in Maui.

This lovely condo was just as described. Quiet, clean, spacious, with all of the amenities. Beds were comfy, shower was great, and Tamsen supplied all of the beach toys we needed... chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. We were across the street from beach and sunsets. And next door to many delicious restaurants. We'd definitely stay again!

This apartment was a great base for exploring Paia and the Road to Hana. We stayed here on our first night in Maui, and dinner in Paia and then a sunset walk on Mama's Beach, where we saw a sea turtle, was the perfect start to our trip! In the morning, we got breakfast at Kuau Store, which was delicious and so close to the Airbnb. We headed out on the Road to Hana the next day, and being right on the Hana Highway made that easy. All around a great stay!

Clean & Simple! Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location could not be any better, perfect walking distance from Kihei night life and multiple beach fronts to choose from!

Brie's AirBnB was the perfect mini vacation for us and our children. Highlights: We enjoyed going out the back patio to the private pool on the property. The AirBnB is on the ground floor which also made it easier to come and go. But the main part is we ALL felt at home. Plenty food places to go to. We went to Nalu's and Kihei Caffe :) We are so very grateful synchronicity brought us to Brie's Airbnb. Mahalo for the last-minute booking!

Great location, especially when you’re looking for a local-feel. Great access to the Road to Hāna and and easy drive to Baby Beach and Paia.

What a great location! Karen’s condo was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable beds. We loved it so much we booked for next year. It is like a 4 minute walk to beach, she had beach chairs, toys and umbrella. There is a convenient outside shower in lower parking lot to wash off sand. We saw lots of whales breaching or tail slapping from beach, even a giant sea turtle would come sun itself. If you are planning on staying here, we found directions to actual condo confusing. We were hauling luggage and golf clubs up and down stairs. The easiest way to get to unit if you park in upper lot bring your luggage DOWN to The road to main entrance there is one set of steps to go down to unit.

Everything went smoothly. Easy check in with clear instructions. Lots of parking. There was a small issue when we first arrived and it was handled promptly. The location has several amenities and was quiet at night. The location was close to restaurants and beaches. Great value.

The location was great and central to Maui. Easy access to all the major road ways. The only downside was the grounds staff started watering and making noises at 7am. Early start and hard to relax. The other downside was we asked to arrive a bit earlier like 20 mins. The door code wouldn’t work till exact check in and the staff wasn’t willing to unlock it 20 mins early. Other than that the place was clean.

Great location near restaurants and beaches. Has all the basic amenities you would want to enjoy the nearby activities. We ended up supplementing the provided shower / hygiene amenities to make it through our stay, so consider packing if you so desire!

The place was clean and just as described. Rebecca was very detailed with her instructions which was very helpful. We were a 5 min walk from the beach and enjoyed the association pool as well.

While sipping your morning coffee you can hear the waves of the Pacific lapping gently on the shore in the distance as a surf instructor unlocks the door to thwbschool across the street. The rest of your group rallies for the morning, and you stroll down to Kihei Caffe for a tasty breakfast, then head out on adventures in the most beautiful place in the world. If that sounds uninteresting to you, move along. But this is the fantasy we were greeted with each morning at this lovely rental, and it'll haunt my dreams for years to come.

The condo was very comfortable and clean. Very quiet and the bed was super cozy! 100% recommend!!

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. Other reviews have commented that the master bed is hard and we did find it to be very firm, but I also found my usual back and neck pain was absent, so maybe this firm bed is the magic trick! The condo was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, etc. The kitchen had a good variety of appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils. We loved the pool. It has a deep end, sun and shade options, and a hot tub. The grounds are very beautiful. The ground floor location was convenient as our kids loved exploring for geckos. The water hose off the lanai made it much easier to keep ourselves and our stuff rinsed off. I recommend parking on the street for the closest option. My only complaint was the noise from the a/c, particularly the master bedroom unit was very loud and rattling. The nearby beach is not a great swimming beach, but often has turtles on the beach! Great location! Highly recommend!
