It is the cutest little house. I felt at home the moment I stepped in the back door. I love that they had coffee and tea and fixins because I always forget something. The house was clean and modernized just enough. The yard was a little awkward for the dog. Since I had to leave before dawn and returned after dark, it was difficult to see to pick up after the dog as the yard was not lit. Some light came from the motion lights on the garage but for the most part, the yard was dark. The driveway was somewhat difficult when it came to unloading. Not much room to get things out of the car and into the house. Other than that, our stay was great. I woud definitely stay there again.

Me & My Staff Had a great stay at the property. Very peaceful and clean. We even made use of the fire pit the night before we left. Would definitely stay here on another visit. Thank you.

Nous étions un groupe venu pour une compétition sportive à Arena Bonsecour , le logement était idéal pour se rendre à l’Arena et au centre ville de Greenville ,sa situation au calme a permis aux athlètes de bien se reposer avant la compétition . La maison a tout l’équipement nécessaire pour accueillir un groupe ,tout était au top …il y a même un supermarché et des restaurants accessibles à 10 mn à pieds

Ginger was very helpful, responsive and provided lots of suggestions on local places. Th place is beautiful, lots of history to it, ton of space to sit-chat-entertain (as described in the listing), kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and bathrooms we great. Overall, a great place to spend time with family either to stay and eat out or stay put to cook. Loved it!

Perfect for our overnight stay in Greenville. Close to Furman, clean, and comfortable for a toddler and 3 adults!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We travelled with our 4 young children ages 2-7 and the house was absolutely perfect. It was clean and well stocked and well thought out. There were toys in the kids room as well as a ping pong table and a great play structure in the backyard. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

This place was great, everything so clean, smelling good. I stayed for 3 nights and it fit great. I loved the neighborhood, really quiet, safe and beautiful for walks. Chip was a great host, communication was great and I definitely would recommend his place.

We had a wonderful stay in Travelers Rest. The house was beautiful… On a farm with chickens and horses. Our little dog loved playing with their dogs and the house could not have been more hospitable and friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable… We would love to stay there again.

Our time in Greenville was perfect. The centrally located condo truly made the trip exceptional and we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the condo was(pictures don’t do justice to the high ceilings- added bonus!) the water pressure was fabulous and we couldn’t have been happier with the communication from our host. She went above and beyond sending an Instacart order with replacement batteries for the remote (which we didn’t expect but appreciated so much!)

Our family enjoyed this stay. Cute place, animals to visit and farm fresh eggs! No television but all the better to disconnect. Everything we needed plus some. The sauna was an amazing added bonus for the adults. So many homey touches and extras too. We hope to come back!

If you want a historic place to stay walkable to most of Greenville, this is it! Sitting right at the edge of downtown, Jimmy’s place is walkable to most places in Greenville. Bigger and cozier than a hotel room! The only thing I’d note is that you can hear footsteps of others in the building, but it was never at a level (or time of day) where it was disturbing.

just right for our group. They also rent a downstairs but we never heard them so it was nice & private. beautiful huge master bedrooms. the bed was a bit hard and so was the queen bed in other bedroom but other than that everything was great. We appreciated the keurig coffee provided. Grocery store only a few minutes away. Host are very responsive & helpful. Downtown Greenville only 8 minutes away. Nice place!

This is a great place to stay in town! Park your car in the adjacent parking garage and walk to probably hundreds of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Property was exactly as described. Very clean with nice amenities. Navina is very responsive when communication is needed and helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to go in town. The building is very safe as you must use a key fob to access the building door and elevator.

We stayed here for a few weeks while working in the area. It was just as advertised and everything went well. We will return again! Thank you

My stay in Jade's condo was delightful. Nicely appointed and very comfortable. The location was perfect, as it's walkable to all of downtown Greenville. I would definitely stay there on a future trip to Greenville.

We are return guests to Cindy’s condo, and it will always be the first place we search for wherever we are planning a visit to downtown Greenville. The condo is always spotless. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cindy is very responsive and flexible. She also provides some great local recommendations.

We had a great time here! We came for a concert and only had a 14 minute walk to the venue. Close walk to everything you may need. Felt very homey and the place was super clean. Will definitely rent again when we come back next time!

Great space and perfect location for exploring downtown Greenville. The space was very comfortable and clean. Loved the little extras provided- a few snacks, drinks, waters and K-cups. We were in town for SEC women’s basketball tournament. Location could not have been better for going to Bon Secours Arena, and then also exploring the downtown area.

John’s place was in a perfect location. There were plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. The falls and park were about a block away with addition trails to extend your walk. The space was a perfect size for my wife and I with everything we needed. We’ll definitely book with John again when we go back.

The condo was wonderful. Only 7 condos in the building. Very quiet. Sheets very soft and beds very comfortable. The best and most important part is the parking. You have an assigned parking place inside a gated parking "lot". You enter a code to enter and exit. The condo is walkable to all restaurants and activities! Would love to stay here again the next time I visit Greenville.
