This place was conveniently located; within a 10 min walk to the beach and bus stop, and 15 mins walk to the supermarket. The property was well laid out and the bedrooms were all good sized double rooms, each with air conditioning. The lounge area was open planned and a good kitchen area with all the basics you would need. The shower rooms were spacious. The biggest plus was the hosts who were welcoming and easily reachable. We had a few very minor issues and each time we contacted them they responded immediately, no matter how trivial the issue. We had a lovely long stay here and enjoyed the laidback and friendly atmosphere of the island. A welcome change from the cold and grey of London - thank you!

The house is tranquil, beautiful and well-equipped. Very comfortably befs and linen. It was great to have a pool to cool off. I really appreciated how responsive Carherine was. I asked for a standing fan the lounge and received one the same day. I love the neighborhood - a short walk to the beach and an artisan boulangerie. Thank you for hosting us Catherine

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Marion. La maison est très confortable avec la piscine juste devant le salon. À 5 minutes en voiture de la mer, nous avons profité des jolies plages de Flic en Flac, d’une sortie en bateau à l’île des Bénitiers au départ de Tamarin…. Je recommande ce logement à tous les voyageurs.

Our stay at Villa Teresa in Roches Noires was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized, and our host, Balthazar, was incredibly helpful and responsive. The airport transfer was seamless—our driver, Darmen, was punctual and easy to find with a sign displaying our name. We also used his services to explore the island, and he was always professional and reliable. The villa itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area. The WiFi worked great, especially in the living room and on the terrace, which was perfect for video calls. The EU-standard electric sockets made it convenient for charging our devices without adapters. One of the highlights was the amazing service provided by Asmita, the housekeeper. She took great care of the house and also prepared delicious local dishes for us every day. Everything was fresh, simple, and full of flavor! We arranged for her to cook breakfast and dinner daily, and it was the perfect way

La villa est propre et bien agencée. Le jardin est paradisiaque, et on y croise tous les jours de beaux petits animaux (poules et coq avec poussins, roussettes, cardinal, etc.). La petite piscine est parfaite pour se reposer les jambes après une journée à explorer l'île et son lagon. Le supermarché est plutôt proche (le super cash), on a pu faire nos courses alimentaires à pied. Marie-Claude et Mirella sont absolument adorables. Et elles cuisinent super bien. Elles nous ont cuisiné un très bon repas, bien meilleur que tous les restaurants dans lesquels nous avons mangé. Le voisinage est super sympa. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Très jolie villa au cœur de la forêt de Rivière Noire. Lieu apaisant et ressourçant. Maison très agréable et surtout très fonctionnelle. Tout y est. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Elisabeth. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Une jolie villa agréable à vivre avec des hôtes attentifs, réactifs et chaleureux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La maison est bien équipée, très propre. Une voiture est conseillée pour visiter, faire ses courses mais vous pouvez également aller à la plage de trou aux biches à 15 mn à pieds ou vers la grande plage de Mont Choisy 25 mn à pieds. Une ligne de bus près de la maison vous permettra d aller à grand baie ou vers port Louis.

Villa Pablishta was the perfect home to end 2024 and usher in the new year. The home is stunning, and the images don't do justice to how spacious it is. The host, Pablo, was incredibly friendly, responsive and we felt safe. Area was walkable and well within proximity of everything we needed. HIGHLY recommend the Villa and would certainly come back.

Not sure what is the definition of luxury, we rented more expensive houses, none of them reeked that vintage feeling of this typical family home, decorated with care and taste. Everything was clean and tight, Julie and Yannick were lovely and helpful. At night sitting on the porch under a hot tamarin moon, looking at the calm shadowy mountain, we just felt home.

We had an incredible stay at Andy’s beautiful house in Mauritius! The location is absolutely perfect—private, peaceful, and surrounded by a stunning garden with a beautiful pool. The place itself exceeded our expectations; it looks even better in real life than in the pictures! It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also super convenient for reaching the beaches and exploring the area. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Pierre et Roseline sont des personnes très chaleureuses et généreuses. Pierre est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport, nous a fait la visite de la ville et nous a aidé à trouver une boutique de carte téléphonique. Il nous a donné beaucoup d'informations et de conseils pour notre séjour.Leur logement est très pratique et très bien équipé. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le quartier est calme, notez toutefois l'appel a la prière à 4h du matin. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme commerces dans le quartier et l'arrêt des bus est juste au bout de la rue, ce qui permet de se rendre rapidement à quatre bornes. Quand nous avons loué une voiture, Pierre nous a permis de nous garer à l'intérieur de la propriété, ce qui était très pratique. Nous les remercions pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

We had a wonderful stay at Jason and Neha's beautiful, spacious house. The place was exactly as described, and it was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

Staying in Kush's apartment was great - Kush is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is located on the ground floor, you got a little outside table and can use the little pool. The location is just a few minutes by foot away from the beach, the supermarket and restaurants - very convenient, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Wir haben als Familie über Weihnachten eine tolle Zeit in dieser wohnung verbracht! Die wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und wir liebten die Terrasse für Frühstück und Abendessen! Die Lage ist perfekt um le morne und den Süden zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und familiär ,wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft und die gute Zeit die wir bei und mit euch genießen durften!

I had a great time at Florents place. The pool was excellent, and the kitchen had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and air conditioning very good and welcome! All in all, i would highly recommend this place. Thank you Florent for everything. Au Revoir mon ami.

Thankyou Stephanie for a lovely relaxing 3 weeks in your apartment - it’s just up our street . We particularly enjoyed the peaceful setting , spacious balcony overlooking the pool, and having use of the kitchen to cook our own food from time to time . The washing machine also came in very handy during our stay . As we don’t always hire a car , we found the local buses very handy for places like Grand Baie in one direction and Trou aux Biches in the other ,and we found we could walk to the beautiful Mon Choisy beach in around 10 minutes . There are a handful of lovely restaurants and cafes within walking distance , including a great new Lebanese restaurant ( Kimbo) . We have been visiting Mauritius for many years , and we really feel at home in the lovely community of Pointe aux Canonniers . Thankyou Stephanie once again , and we really hope to see you soon . I really enjoyed my stay at there. The host was very helpful and discreet. The place was spacious and cozy. The location was ideal, as it was close to the airport and the main roads, making it easy to explore the south of Mauritius. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Mauritius

Sehr originelle Wohnung in der Natur mit offener Küche und Wohnraum. Wenige Schritte von einem ruhigen traumhaften Strand entfernt. Das highlight ist der kleine symphatische Hund Patapouf, den man einfach ins Herz schließen muss! Auch Stephanie war immer erreichbar. Würden sofort wieder buchen und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.
