Petit appartement agréable à vivre, très propre, bien équipé et à proximité du ferry pour l’île d’Elafonissos et sa plage de Simos, incroyable! La petite ville de Neapoli a 15mn de voiture vaut le détour également pour dîner ou boire un verre en admirant le coucher de soleil…

The stay at Eleni place was perfect for our group of 10 friends. There is space enough for everything and everyone to share. I really like recommend this place. Eleni was super nice and welcoming. Leonidio is beautiful and from the house you can easily walk to the center where all the restaurants are.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχη!ο κύριος Χρήστος είναι ένας πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης!θα πρότεινα αυτό το σπίτι σε όλους όσους επισκεφθούν την μαγευτική Μονεμβασιά!

Petit appartement en rez de chaussée, très simple ; correspond bien aux photos. Le nécessaire est disponible pour y séjourner (manque peut être une cafetière ;) ). Très propre. Extérieur partagé mais agréable. La pièce principale qui fait office de chambre est climatisée (mais pièce relativement fraîche même sans clim malgré la chaleur extérieure). (Pas de rideaux à la porte d'entrée vitrée donc la lumière du jour vous réveille tôt mais ça permet de profiter plus longtemps des journées !) Proche du centre ville et de la plage. Secteur calme. Communication très fluide, hôtes très agréables. A 40 min de Pounda (port pour Elafonissos) et 35 min du Monemvasia, donc emplacement parfait pour sillonner les environs. Merci pour ce court séjour ! :)

Χρειαστήκαμε με τον σύντροφο μου ένα μέρος για μια δουλειά αυθημερόν (Αθήνα-Καλαμάτα) και η κυρία Ζένια μας εξυπηρέτησε πλήρως. Το σπίτι ήταν ήσυχο, καθαρό και με φανταστική θέα. Even for a small stay, great hospitality, would highly recommend

Οικογένεια με δύο παιδιά (ηλικίες 8 και 4 ετών) μείναμε 7 νυχτες και δεν έχω λόγια για να περιγράψω το ποσό όμορφη ήταν η διαμονή μας...Αρχικα το σπίτι που μέναμε ήταν πεντακάθαρο (μείναμε στο Panorama), οι χώροι πάρα πολύ ανετοι,τα κρεβάτια πολύ αναπαυτικά,τα μπαλκόνια υπέροχα και είχες για κάθε ώρα της ημέρας σκιά να κάτσεις..όσο για την θέα κάθε παράθυρο και κάθε μπαλκόνι ένας πίνακας ζωγραφικής. Απ' την μια θάλασσα , από την άλλη το βουνό και οι ελαιώνες και ο πανέμορφος κήπος του χώρου που μέναμε.. Μιλώντας για τον κήπο είναι ένας επίγειος παράδεισος από άποψη ομορφιάς αλλά και για τα παιδιά .. με τραμπολίνο, αιώρα, γρασίδι σε άψογη κατάσταση και πολλά παιχνίδια να παίξουν... Μας παρείχαν επίσης και στον ιδιωτικό μας χώρο φουσκωτή πισινουλα την οποία απόλαυσαν εξίσου τα παιδιά .Η κυρία Ειρήνη και ο κύριος Βαγγέλης είναι πάρα πολύ ζεστοί άνθρωποι και οι δυο..Όσον αφορά την τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική μιας και είναι πολύ κοντά σε όλες τις παραλίες (Στούπα,Δελφίνια, Φονέας , )

Tolle Unterkunft mit Schlafzimmern zum Meer hin, so dass man mit Wellengeräuschen einschläft, die Küche ist top ausgestattet, der Blick vom Balkon ist herrlich und die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Dimitris war problemlos und sehr freundlich! Jederzeit wieder gerne Gast!!

Toll ausgestattet Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Terrasse lädt mit einem super Blick übers Meer zum Entspannen ein und bietet tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Die Wohnung hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Man lebt abgeschieden vom grossen Trubel. Fußläufig gibt es eine Taverne, einen kleinen Supermarkt und zwei Bäcker. Für alles andere braucht man ein Auto, da es in dieser Gegend keine Gehwege gibt. Einziges Manko war zu der kühlen Jahreszeit die Heizung. Die Lüfter haben ihren Zweck erfüllt, aber es war keine "Wohlfühltemperatur" da die Luft ziemlich trocken wurde.

Ήσυχη η γειτονιά με εύκολη πρόσβαση από την Μονεμβασιά και η κυρία Ελένη γλυκύτατη και φιλόξενη. Θα χαρούμε πολύ να ξαναβρεθούμε στα μέρη σας.

Dimitri is a really great host, helpful and communicative all the time. We really felt at home here. Great location in the heart of Kyparissi, just around the corner of the supermarket, and a good value for the price. Beach and crags in walking distance. Can only recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's apartment. The location is very unique and peaceful. Paul was a great host and stayed available during our time there. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and with a beautiful balcony view. We would love to come back!

The home was fantastic and perfect location for climbing and walking to restaurants. We hardly used our car, only to explore further away. Maher left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us and he was very accommodating, we had such an amazing time in leonidio! I would recommend this place to a friend

A beautiful apartment with an AMAZING view of the peninsula and lighthouse. The balconies were both very fun for breakfast or just relaxing. Location is perfect if you're ok with being 5-10 minutes out of the town center. There's a fish restaurant just a staircase away. There were free parking spots on the street just by the apartment most of times. Only downsides are the bathrooms and beds: Most of us found the beds uncofortable, and while there are two bathrooms, we couldn't take showers simultaneously as the flow is weak even woth one shower running.

Le logement de Johannes est encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos. La cuisine est très bien équipée . La terrasse est grande et ensoleillée. Les lits sont confortables. Il est propre et L'endroit est calme. La mer est accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied. Et pour finir Johannes est une personne extrêmement gentille toujours prêt à renseigner et donner de bons conseils pour manger aux alentours. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cet endroit et aimerions y revenir un jour.

Απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο χώρο . Αρχικά ο οικοδεσπότης παρόλο που είχαμε κλείσει κάποιες συγκεκριμένες ημερομηνίες μας διευκόλυνε όταν προέκυψε ένα έκτακτο πρόβλημα και θέλαμε να αλλάξουμε την ημερομηνία του ταξιδιού μας αλλάζοντας τις ημέρες . Το κατάλυμα πεντακάθαρο .Ευγενικότατοι οι οικοδεσπότες . Το περιβάλλον του σπιτιού πολύ όμορφο .Το προτεινουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να κάνει διακοπές στην περιοχή!!!!

We can't recommend Stavroula's apartment in Aghios Nikolaos highly enough. The apartment has everything you'd need for a stay. There is a lovely swimming platform 5 minutes walk away with beautiful clear water. There are many very good restaurants, cafes and a decent supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. A 10 or so minute drive away (or 40 minute walk via a beautiful coastal walk/cycle path) is Stoupa with beautiful sandy beaches and a good range of restaurants. Stavroula has to be one of the sweetest people, welcoming us warmly to her apartment, and providing us with a lovely selection of local products. Many people return to her place time and again, and we can completely understand why. Thank you so much Stavroula - we hope to return soon.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nikos und Aggeliki war sehr schön. Leider konnten wir gar nicht das gesamte Spa-Angebot nutzen, weil wir primär zum Klettern in der Gegend waren und nur wenige Tage Aufenthalt hatten. Wer sich gern von seinem stressigen Alltag in der ruhigen Natur erholen möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Nikos und Aggeliki sind sehr herzliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeber, sind gut vernetzt und haben immer einen guten Tip oder hilfreichen Kontakt.

Excellent guesthouse, perfect for a family that wants a peaceful and relaxing holiday. George was extremely friendly and always willing to help. The place was spotless, and the geothermal system worked perfectly. As for the view, words are not enough to describe it. Thank you very much, George, we will visit it again at the first opportunity.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. The location is amazing; just a few steps from the beach and the local stores. Xenia and her father, Mr. Makis, are great hosts and there when you need them! Xenia's family made us feel really welcome. Fresh organic vegetables and fruits from their won garden were delivered to our door almost every day! We had a great stay and certainly will get back next summer and the summer after!

La casa a Marathias è come nelle foto: semplice, basica, ma con tutto il necessario, comoda e pratica. C'è un piccolo spazio all'aperto sotto un ulivo con un piccolo tavolo dove abbiamo sempre mangiato, per questo non abbiamo sentito il bisogno di usare la terrazza in comune a disposizione. La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi, pubblica e davvero poco affollata, il mare è bello. Marathias è una località con pochissimo turismo, molto tranquilla, con 3-4 buoni ristoranti tipici vicini raggiungibili a piedi lungo il mare. Elafonisos e Monemvasia sono raggiungibili comodamente. Haris è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Ci è piaciuto molto soggiornare a Marathias! Paese e casa perfetti per le nostre esigenze.

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

Je suis partie avec mon fiancé pour fêter nos 10 ans. Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans cet appartement. Le lieu, la vue, l’appartement, tout était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons pu partager quelques moments avec nos hôtes, ce fut un plaisir de faire leur connaissance. Ils mettent très vite à l’aise et on se sent bien chez eux. L’accès à la plage quasi privée en 2 minutes est un gros plus, nous avons été ravis d’avoir cette surprise à notre arrivée. Elle est magnifique et nous y étions pratiquement seuls Nous sommes venus en basse saison (novembre) et n’avons rencontré aucun problème pour manger, faire des courses ou un peu de shopping sur place, tout est ouvert et le personnel des alentours très accueillant. Pour moi qui ai beaucoup de soucis de sommeil, le seul problème de ce séjour a été le matelas, très rebondissant. Mais quand on est dans un cadre comme ça, ça devient un détail. Si l’occasion d’y retourner se présente, ce sera sans hésitation

Great location with incredible views.

Only spent 1 night here, but liked the place very much. Fabulous views all around, lots of space inside, easy communication. Would book again on priority when I get back to this region outside of summer.
