La ubicación de la casa es genial. Elizabeth fue encantadora y nos ayudaron a conseguir chofer, Pedro, en un coche de los 50. El conductor que nos llevó al resto de lugares de Cuba super bien. Muy recomendable!

Margarita's house is one of the most beautiful homes I've stayed in. The pictures don't actually do it justice. The back yard is very large and lush, full of fruit trees and song birds. The pool was a great place to spend the afternoon. The home has everything you might need. Margarita was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Niurka and Nieve, the sisters who cook breakfast and clean up, are so wonderful. We are gluten free and our daughter is also vegetarian. They provided great breakfasts full of fruit, cheese and eggs any way you want them. They could not, obviously, provide gluten free bread. However, we brought our own pancake mix and they became experts very quickly. We also asked them to prepare us some meals, which were delicious. The cost is similar to what you'd pay in a restaurant, but we had so much that we had leftovers for the next evening (and then some). A great chance to have some tasty Cuban cuisine. The house is in a small neighbourhood right across from the fortifications. If you want to get over to the other side of the harbour, you'll need a taxi (about 10 cuc). It's very peaceful. I really can't say enough about this place!

Irma’s place is great! Four of us — parents with young adult children— stayed for one week. We appreciated the comfortable beds and having two bathrooms and two common areas to hang out. We could open the wooden louvered and glass windows out on the porch to catch the cooling breezes. This was where we ate our breakfasts. The mini splits in the bedrooms kept us cool for rests in the afternoons and evenings when we rested. We felt so cared for my Irma, Amado, Juni amd Celia. They helped us arrange transport and money exchange, made us delicious breakfasts (a favorite was a mamey smoothie) with eggs, ham, fresh vegetables, and crepes. Our questions and requests were resolved quickly and positively and communication was easy. We loved meeting Irma and Amado’s pets and felt so welcomed. We borrowed beach towels and a bag for carrying them. Each room had a safe, mini fridge, closet with hangers and blow driver and the bidets were a practical luxury. Simply great!

My stay at Tamara's home was great. Place itself looks better than on the photos. Stairs to the terrace are steep, but it is really worth climbing. Terrace is great to take some sun or just to enjoy the nights. The stove in the kitchen is working on gas, so even, if no electricity, you can cook your food. During a bad shortage of electricity, Ramon was ready to bring an electricity generator to fill the water tank. Shortly, place is great and hosts show genuine interest to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Selected this location for its proximity to Fábrica de Arte Cubano but even though the FAC was closed for remodeling we were happy to have found it. Guest area is on the second floor of a big home on the corner of the intersection of two streets with a veranda elevated above the street corner. There were lots of plants and creature comforts at this unit and the housekeeper Belkis was awesome! Though this review rates the property at five stars it's rating is intended to be relative to other properties in the area. So, even though there was some street noise in the rooms at night (nice touch providing the ear plugs) and the common area wasn't air conditioned it was still much nicer than surrounding properties. Thanks for such a nice stay and thanks again for Belkis- she's charming, thorough and attentive!

We had a wonderful stay at casa densil. However, it’s important to note the following: - if you are looking for a 5-star luxury stay in a high end neighborhood, this may not be for you. - if you are looking to live amongst the people, experience the culture, and truly see the city, this is the place for you We always felt safe walking (we didn’t typically stay out past 10pm), but the neighborhood(s) surrounding casa densil are pretty run down. But the location was great for us as we were able to walk almost anywhere within 10-15 min. The amenities were limited, but we had hot running water, electricity, food & beverage, beds and functioning air conditioning However, what made casa densil an unforgettable stay was less about the location and amenities, it was the people. I will fail to name them all, but we literally had 9 people committed around the clock to making our stay memorable. They were swift to help us out with literally anything. We will never forget them!

We spent a special days at the house, Mina's attention was spectacular, that lady is special. We will return. Pasamos unos días especiales en l casa y Mina es un amor de persona, ella hizo especial nuestra estancia.

This was was beyond amazing! I rented this house for the weekend before my wedding we arrived here on Wednesday and our wedding was Friday the house was BEYOND AMAZING there was an amazing space for everyone! We were more then comfortable when we rented the entire property of 4 bedrooms 3 baths the house has one entire home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen then right next to that home was an entire bungalow which was also included it had 1 bedroom 1 bath with kitchen included! Host stays in upper home but he was beyond amazing from taking us to local spots to eat to finding us rides to places I also had the photographer and videographer come and see the location and take photos of us here and the house decorations and cleanliness was beyond amazing! I will definitely be back soon!

Wir hatten eine unbeschreibliche Zeit bei Lilli. die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral und man ist in wenigen Augenblicken im historischen Zentrum. Das inkludierte Frühstück im la Pirata war jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Den morgendliche Kaffee haben wir sehr genossen. Einen sehr leckeren Rum konnten wir auf der schönen Terrasse genießen. Lilli war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Lilli konnte uns bei allen Fragen helfen und uns alles beantworten. Wir sind mit dem Flugzeug angekommen und das abholen vom Taxi war unproblematisch genauso wie der Transport mit dem Taxi zum Bus Terminal. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und danken Lilli für den tollen Aufenthalt .

Diana es una anfitriona de 10. Es amable, servicial, atenta, cariñosa, discreta, respetuosa...mi hija y yo estuvimos unos días malitas y su preocupación y familiaridad nos confirmó que estar en su apartamento fue un acierto. Apartamentos de más o menos confort podemos encontrar sin lugar a dudas, lo difícil es encontrar un anfitrión que sepa conjugar la atención y a la vez respete tu privacidad y espacio vital y en Diana se da ese equilibrio de manera excepcional. Su apartamento está ubicado en una zona inmejorable del Vedado donde hay todo tipo de servicio y desde el cual te puedes desplazar sin problemas a otros lugares y de no hacerlo, las terrazas del apartamento son perfectas para descansar con un buen café o lo que apatezca. Gracias mil Diana por ser tan especial, mi familia y yo quedamos más que satisfechos y recomiendo a la Comunidad Airbnb, que en La Habana no pierdan la oportunidad de estar en su apartamento y tener la dicha de conocerle. Elisa and Miguel made everything possible to make our stay the best experience. Water supply is something that the neighborhood struggled for days but they were able to address the issue and avoid running out of the less time. Elisa was always responsive and kept the condo clean while we were out, she also offered to wash/clean our clothes at no cost to ensure that we can spend the less water possible. Through them, we were able to get to know the best way to get immersed in a safe and respectful manner with locals. All of us who stayed in Alberto&Elizabeth place had a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Muy encantada de haberme quedado con Yurguen desde el principio hasta el final se preocupó por cada necesidad o demanda que tuvieramos , nos fue a recoger al aeropuerto, es muy servicial , responsable, honesto, amigable , nos hizo sentir en casa con cada detalle que tuvo , súper recomendado . Siempre nos brindó una mano ante cada situación, por ejemplo, se nos presentó un problema personal, algo externo con el airbnb y él nos apoyó bastante a resolverlo, se convirtió en nuestro amigo. El apartamento es muy bonito, bastante contemporáneo , el agua y el gas nunca fue un problema , con un aire acondicionado que funciona bastante bien , tiene una mesa de vidrio cómoda para leer o estudiar , un balcón para salir a tomar una rica taza de café y una cama bastante cómoda , sin duda mi mejor decisión.

Los anfitriones muy amables y prestos a ayudar! Reservamos los desayunos todo estuvo muy rico, nos dieron instrucciones muy valiosas que nos ayudaron mucho en nuestra estadía y recorridos por la ciudad, la casa impecable, todo estuvo súper bien!

Excelente lugar muy recomendado la atención de Alain y y Mily fue bastante buena, estuvieron muy pendientes todo el tiempo y contestaban bastante rápido. Me gusta que el alojamiento al ser en un piso alto casi no está rodeado de ruido y queda en un punto intermedio entre la Habana vieja y Vedado, que es donde se encuentran los sitios turísticos más representativos para conocer la Habana. Sin lugar a dudas es muy económico para el excelente alojamiento que es, para llegar al capitolio solamente es necesario caminar en línea recta y ya.

anfitriona de 10, muy atenta y amable la terraza de la casa era una maravilla , muy bonita.. y la casa está en plena Habana vieja, cerca de lo que hay que ver. el desayuno que ofrece es espectacular, riquísimo todo y muy completo. 100% recomendable

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Isa fue muy buena. Desde el recibiendo de Umberto, uno de los encargados de la casa, quien estuvo preocupado por nuestra llegada ya que nos retrasamos por culpa del vuelo. Los desayunos son abundantes y riquísimos con sus deliciosos jugos de mango, platos de fruta, tostadas, tortilla y un largo etc. Quedamos tan encantados con el trato recibido por parte de Umberto que repetimos estancia en la etapa final de nuestro viaje. A destacar también la actitud de Mercedes, hermana de Isa, que nos trató como si fueramos de la familia. Echaremos de menos las charlas sobre historia cubana. Gracias por todo, esper

Se dovete passare qualche giorno a L’Avana, andate da Ariadna. Ragazza dinamica, sempre pronta a risolvere tutto dal taxi in aeroporto all’arrivo alle sim, ai taxi collettivi. Casa spaziosa, con due stanze e due bagni. Anche se non abbiamo provato altre soluzioni vi diciamo che è sicuramente tra le migliori. La difficile situazione economica di Cuba rende difficile l’assortimento per i prodotti da bagno che vi consiglio di portare nelle dosi consentite nel bagaglio. Tuttavia tutta l’esperienza è da valutare a 5 stelle: super Ariadna ❤️‍🔥

This stay was 10s across the board. From the moment we booked our stay Yenir was in contact ready to help plan our stay. Once we arrived in Cuba we were picked up by a taxi coordinated by the team. The house looked exactly like the pictures and as described. Having access to the rooftop was an added plus after a long day. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom having its own bathroom was HUGE. The loaner cell phone came in handy while out exploring! Wifi was available, unless the power was out - which did happen for a couple hours each day. Gretel was always a text away to answer questions and help with booking anything needed. This home is about a 10 minute cab ride to Havana. We preferred that and enjoyed walking this quiet neighborhood, to the Maclecón, walking to dinner and even the store across the street. This will definitely be our spot when we return to Cuba. Thank you to this team for making our first visit to Cuba feel like home! xo

They were great.. been very accomodating. House has very comfy beds. Showers had awesome water pressure. Breakfast was fabulous also. Joli was wonderful

This place was amazing! I highly recommend staying here. It is very clean, very spacious, had great working A/C in the bedrooms and my favorite part was the rooftop patio. Great views, privacy and a wonderful breeze! There are two ladies who greeted us upon our arrival who spoke perfect English. That made it very helpful as I do not speak Spanish. They were very kind and made us feel very welcome. They will arrange anything you need from local taxis, tours, massages, places to eat etc. Staying here made my trip to Cuba that much more enjoyable. It’s nice to have a spot to relax and feel truly comfortable at the end of a long day after touring Havana.

From the moment we arrived, Yaquelin and Laura made us feel welcome. They took time to show us around and get us settled. The home is so much better than the pictures. If there was a 10 plus rating, Villa Baby deserves it. Having on suite bathrooms for each bedroom and a half bath on each floor in a rental home is amazing. The beds were comfortable and the house is kept clean. Mariano lovingly cares for the grounds and it shows. The outside area and pool are beautiful. Having Mariano there to ensure the house was locked up at night made us feel safe. The location is fabulous, great for walkers, walkable to restaurants and small markets and the main market is only one mile away. The location is a quick inexpensive ride to Vedado Havana. Barbara is responsive, even helping me find a nearby rental for our friends. I would highly recommend you rent Villa Baby. Thanks to Laura, Yaquelin, and Mariano for taking good care of our group and for our delicious breakfasts.

Javier y su familia, fueron muy buenos anfitriones, unas personas muy amables. Javier nos dió unas indicaciones muy útiles para conocer con tranquilidad. La habitación, el baño, la terraza y el lugar es tal cual como se ve en las imágenes, un espacio muy bonito en la Habana. Recomendamos totalmente este lugar.
