Benny was a great host. Super responsive and attentive; he asked questions to make sure my daughter and I were okay and if we needed anything we could reach out. he always responded very quickly. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. No one playing loud music or being bothersome. I loved that the house was in close proximity to several beautiful beaches and other tourist areas like the water park and Don Frappe that my daughter and I were able to enjoy. I definitely recommend!

Nice place to stay if you like to enjoy the sound of the beach, if you want access in less than 2 seconds to a nice beach, this place is super nice to stay.🌊🌊🌊

Casa Menta fue justo lo que necesitaba para desconectarme unos días. Hermosa la casa equipada con todo lo que se necesitaba e incluso más! Los perros estaban seguros y les encantó el poder correr por el patio del frente. Justo cerca de todo en Rincon! Me encantó! Regreso!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Carlos's beach house. The place is exactly as described. We often times had the beach completely to ourselves during the week. On the weekends locals would come to the beach with their families. Locals also brought their horses to the ocean to ride/swim, our boys loved watching them! Everyone was very friendly towards us and we made a few new friends! There is a wonderful restaurant directly across the street called Hoy Como Ayer that is definitely worth a visit. If you stay at this property do know you will be located on a main road that is very busy with fast moving vehicles. We were very happy for the fence around this property to keep our little boys safe. Overall we really enjoyed Carlos's house and would gladly stay again. We had an absolutely fantastic week at Janet’s condo. Everything was described perfectly, communication was fast and efficient. Our family loved being able to snorkel right out front at the rock reef, finding brain coral, star fish, angel fish and a host of other species. We had two power grid failures but Janet communicated swiftly and they honestly did not affect our trip at all. Highly recommend this spot!

Our stay with Carlos was absolutely magnificent! His communication was flawless from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and his hospitality truly made all the difference. One of the highlights of our stay was the special section he set up, where my partner and I could explore different cultural items from earlier years. It was such a thoughtful touch, and my girlfriend was incredibly impressed—she said it felt just like being back at her grandma’s house, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for an authentic and welcoming stay, this is the place! San Juan is wonderful but can be very touristy—this spot offers a homey, immersive experience on a side of the island that is breathtaking beyond words. I would recommend this over any other stay in Puerto Rico. Thank you, Carlos, for making our trip unforgettable.

Sonia was the best host we've ever encountered. Just a lovely person! We enjoyed the property immensely. The outdoor seating and tiled porch were always inviting. She definitely has a green thumb from the variety of plants she used for landscaping. The house was spotless, and she left pastries and wine for us upon arrival. Sonia was always available if we had questions. We highly recommend this property and especially Sonia!

Joanna's place is just like the pictures. It's beautiful and very clean. The big yard and pool are great for kids. Ours loved spotting the many iguanas :) We really enjoyed our stay and communication was easy via Airbnb messages. The only thing that I would change is having some basic supplies in the kitchen like coffee, oil, salt and pepper for cooking. We also couldn't find a sheet pan and had to improvise. Combate beach is 4 min away (you can see the water from the balcony!) just be careful of the bugs at dusk. We were eaten alive on the beach, so you might want bug spray. Overall it was a great stay though, and I would recommend. Great location to do the Biobay in La Parguera, but make sure you schedule time to just enjoy her lovely house!

Casa Clementina was the perfect spot for my husband and me to enjoy a few days at Crash Boat beach. We love to sunbathe, swim, and people watch. Crash Boat is definitely the best beach in the area for all of these things. Susan’s studio is perfectly situated away from the noise of the beach, roomy, stocked with everything you need, and clean. The grounds and the pool are just what you’ll want when you come home from a day in the sun and sand. Highly recommend!!

Such a beautiful stay at Manuel’s place. It was a great location, house and pool overlooking sweet animals (goats, cows, ducks, etc) that my son very much enjoyed. The pictures don’t do the place or the view justice. Manuel was also a great communicator. We would def stay here again!

Beautiful view! Awesome plunge pool. Walkable to the Beach House or the Lazy Parrot for food, 2 minute drive to Sandy Beach and awesome food and drinks at Tamboo. I will definitely stay there again soon. It felt very homey!

Pasamos unos días excelentes en familia, disfrutando la llegada del nuevo año 2025. La propiedad tiene de todo, para los más pequeños y para los más grandes. Nuestras mascotas también tuvieron unos días geniales, en el inmenso patio que tiene la propiedad. Definitivamente regresaremos nuevamente en algún futuro.

It's a beautiful huge house, perfect for a big family. Love that it had a pool and bekery nearby, beaches close by, kiosk all over, hospitals close, really anything you could think of is near. Definitely recommending this to my family and friends.

A laid back spacious place that was perfect for our group and the location. We loved being able to walk to the live music bar and beautiful sandy beach, and chill in the lit up pool late at night. We loved it.
