What a gorgeous place! The view is phenomenal! Bill was super friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Bill invited my 9 year old to help feed the fish in the mornings, which was awesome. The house was nice and clean as described. There was fresh fruit in a basket, as well as a platter of cut up fruit waiting for us when we got there. Bill had a bunch of things you can use at the beaches…. Chairs, coolers, snorkels, you name it he thought of it. It was a pleasure to stay there!

Excellent place to stay. This has to be one of my favorite spots. I felt so at peace. We spent most of our time in the sunroom and on the deck. There was surfing right outside and you can take nice long walks on the beach. Luis was an EXCELLENT host. Excellent communication and flexibility with check out. I honestly didn't want to leave. Great location near Rincon, yet just enough outside you get more of a peaceful relaxing vibe. Highly recommend.

Our stay was exactly as explained and was unbelievable! In 10 steps from the porch your toes are walking in the sand. The peaceful little bay was enchanting and quiet. We even were able to snorkel! Javier is very responsive and had an organized guest recommendation book to share. The condo’s neighbors are so quiet we through we were alone. The street is a bit noisy, but we quickly relaxed with the strong breezes and gorgeous views. I’ve already shared this place with friends to book their vacation. Don’t hesitate - book here! We have traveled to many places and would return here in a heartbeat.

Great location with plenty of fun things to do nearby. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

Mark was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. House had everything we needed and an amazing view. Relaxing to the ocean waves was a perfect way to spend our time there. Great area with some really good restaurants within walking distance at the top of the hill. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Carlos's beach house. The place is exactly as described. We often times had the beach completely to ourselves during the week. On the weekends locals would come to the beach with their families. Locals also brought their horses to the ocean to ride/swim, our boys loved watching them! Everyone was very friendly towards us and we made a few new friends! There is a wonderful restaurant directly across the street called Hoy Como Ayer that is definitely worth a visit. If you stay at this property do know you will be located on a main road that is very busy with fast moving vehicles. We were very happy for the fence around this property to keep our little boys safe. Overall we really enjoyed Carlos's house and would gladly stay again. Loved being right on the beach! Great view from the balcony deck. The patio was so great to be able to use. Beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer were great and so convenient to have. The pictures provided helped immensely with locating the home. Quite a good use of the space, air conditioners worked well. The beach in front is clean and lovely. Could use something to help with the "no see um bugs" - we got bit up a lot! Road noise is extra loud due to the proximity to the busy street. The upstairs shower had very little pressure, so it takes a bit longer to rinse. The beach gets popular on the weekends, and we had beachgoers camping out right in front of the patio/beach gate. Felt that was kind of odd considering how much beachspace that was open, but I guess it speaks to how beautiful the beach right in front of the home was. We had a small is issue with a water outage one morning, Aleida was quick and responsive with helpful answers/updates. Would def stay again!

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Janet’s condo. Everything was described perfectly, communication was fast and efficient. Our family loved being able to snorkel right out front at the rock reef, finding brain coral, star fish, angel fish and a host of other species. We had two power grid failures but Janet communicated swiftly and they honestly did not affect our trip at all. Highly recommend this spot!

My Mom and I took a trip to Puerto Rico and stayed a week at Casa Birdsong hosted by Mary and Jim. Check in was easy. The space was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and furniture and all amenities as described. Always found everything we needed and they provided plenty of things one might accidentally forget to bring. The private pool was a huge plus and it was quite large. Good ocean view from the patio and pool as well. There is a small road in between the property and the ocean, but the road was never very busy, so not an issue. Lots of walkable restaurants that had great food, good prices, and fantastic ocean views. The immediate beach is not the best for swimming, but there’s an accessible one about 1km South and if you have a car there are several amazing ones within a 30-40 or so minute drive. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

Great stay! One of the people that lived in the building described it as paradise, and I couldn’t agree more. My significant other and I had a relaxing stay and were upset to have it end, couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Dolores' place. The place is very spacious and laid out well with the bedrooms away from the living/dining area. Often times pictures make places seem bigger than they are, but we can say that Dolores' place was larger than we expected. The kitchen is very nice with high-quality dishware and appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and all of the extras (games, snorkling gear, pack n play, etc.) were all a plus and made our vacation easier. The facility is very well-kept. The pool area was a plus to have and was always very quiet and not busy. The short path to a very nice beach can't be beat. It was also a quick walk into town and across the street to the bakery (highly recommend!) and grocery store. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I can honestly say that if we are back in Rincon we will be staying here again.

Great place! Walkable to the beach, bars and restaurants. The place is a little older and the water pressure/hot water situation can get a little iffy at times but that wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. We loved all the beach items to use and all the towels available were great!

The apartment was spacious, beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. It has a stunning ocean view and great beaches nearby. Dwight was very responsive to my messages and provided excellent customer service. I really enjoyed my stay here, and I would do it again.

Christopher was friendly and kept communication with us all the time. This place is very peaceful and you can appreciate all the nature there. The view is amazing! We ate at the balcony watching the sunset. We definitely would come back to his place again!

The house was very cute and clean, and Wilmer was very helpful. He was super attentive and even provided us with local places to eat. I genuinely recommend this airbnb to anyone!

This was our second time staying at beautiful Romantico del Mar and we can't wait to return! The ocean view from the balcony is amazing and we loved starting each day with coffee while listening to the waves. You can walk for miles on the beach and it is magical, especially at sunset. We think the location is ideal - close to Rincon, Aguada and Aquadilla and many beaches and great restaurants. The condo is very comfortable, well stocked with necessary amenities (with the exception of a grill or oven for those who like to do a little cooking). Michael and Alexandra are very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. We highly recommend this place to any couple looking for some relaxation, sun and beach time!

We like everything about James place! He was a very responsive and helpful host. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals. But there are so many restaurants near by that we ate out a lot. Love the pool and private beach! We would love to return next year.

Second time and we love this little place!! Out of the normal tourist area and close to everything you could need!!

Freddie was very easy to work with! The house was exactly as pictured, everything was labeled making it a breeze. From the first minute we walked in, we felt at home. The location was perfect with the beach and restaurants within a minutes walk. We will happily stay at this home again and are already talking about a trip with our adult children.

Everything was as described. The best part was the beach right outside the gate of the condominium. Clean and great to swim in.

Elizabeth was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The house is absolutely beautiful, just as pictured, sitting right above the water. If you love the sound of waves, you’ll be in paradise, as it’s a constant, soothing presence throughout the day. For us, coming from the hustle of New York, it was incredibly relaxing. A car is definitely necessary to get around. Highly recommend!”

This place is awesome! it is in the perfect location. many restaurants walking distance. The unit was amazing. Beds were super comfortable. It was stocked with everything you could imagine you could need. Rafael is one of the greatest hosts. He responded almost immediately to all our question. He is super helpful. We had an amazing time. My family of four enjoyed our stay at serenity by the sea! The accommodations provided everything that we needed for a successful day at the beach. The condo were clean and the beds were super comfortable. We felt we had everything we needed for the week. We felt right at home! The location is closed to many beautiful beaches that we enjoyed on the West Coast of Puerto Rico! We were within close distance to La Paguera, which had fun nightlife and close by to the rental were many delicious restaurants that the host has provided in her guest book! We will definitely be back thank you for being such a communicative host and providing us with everything we needed.
