Excelente lugar, se ve exactamente igual a las fotos. Es súper accesible y tiene una buena ubicación. La anfitriona es excelente y mantuvo una buena comunicación desde el momento que se reservó. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Juliette was the perfect host, helping us get coffee filters and made sure everything was perfect, and had great suggestions. She even offered up her surfboard and surfboard rack to help out efforts. The space is amazing, overlooking the ocean and many many beautiful fruit trees. Perfect location to all of Rincon’s best spots while still being tucked away.

The condo is in a great location, just across from a beach and easily walkable to downtown. The place was exactly as described. It's spacious and had everything we needed. A minor repair was needed, and Amark responded immediately and had someone out to resolve it in less than 24 hours! We really enjoyed our stay.

The hospitality Jorge and Brenda showed us is the same hospitality I’ve experienced at 5-star hotels and resorts. They were super communicative, responsive and helpful. Beyond that, the house had everything we needed for a great family vacation, including beach chairs, snorkel gear, more than enough towels and even a cooler and umbrellas. It was all in the small details, they thought of everything and it showed. We were in town visiting family but in the days we had nothing to do, going to the beach nearby fully equipped turned our trip into a resort vacation. 10/10 highly recommend.

This is a fantastic location for some R&R! Location is very private and the host is extremely considerate and helpful! They are also flexible, willing to work with my schedule changes. Perfect place for us in Rincon! We stayed here for 5 nights and I can’t think of a better place! Apartment is a very short walk to the beach and many top restaurants and bars! We rented a car for our stay to explore the area and street parking was very easy for us. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable and we were so grateful to be welcomed with beach towels, a cooler, umbrella and chairs! We spent a lot of our time hanging out on the balcony which was such a nice bonus! Highly recommend this spot! Thank you :)

Beautiful view! Awesome plunge pool. Walkable to the Beach House or the Lazy Parrot for food, 2 minute drive to Sandy Beach and awesome food and drinks at Tamboo. I will definitely stay there again soon. It felt very homey!

Every time I visit Aguada, I make it a point to stay at Katrina’s places. They are thoughtfully designed, impeccably clean, and truly feel like a home away from home. The cleaning crew does an outstanding job – it always feels like I’m the first guest to stay there. Katrina is a fantastic host, quick to respond to any questions and always clear with her instructions, making everything so easy to navigate. The location is perfect, whether you’re looking to enjoy the beach, experience the nightlife, or simply relax and soak in the beauty of Aguada. I also love the welcoming neighborhood vibe. I can’t recommend her properties enough!

Airbnb was very nice. Very clean and up to par with what was listed in the description and photos. Definitely meant for a couple. Orlando was quick with responses and helpful. The only problem was that the wifi was not working however the host stated he is working on it. This airbnb is high up in the mountains and driving into it is on a steep hill. If you're not used to driving on the islands it may be challenging, I'd suggest renting a jeep.

The place was wonderful. More than what we expected. It was kid friendly, family friendly and couple friendly. The hosts were very kind, attentive and responsive. There were a few minor concerns during our stay but nothing significant to affect our overall experience. The kitchen sink clogged and drained very slowly, that was probably the one thing that stood out the most to us, other than that it was a spectacular stay. We brought it to their attention so they can look into it in time for future guests. They were receptive. We would definitely be booking again when we come back to Puerto Rico.

This is my second time staying at one of Brian’s Airbnbs! Everything was so clean and immaculate. This location is moments to everything. I will definitely be returning and honestly, I’m excited to try another one of Brian’s properties.

We had a wonderful stay at Ignari’s place. The condo was clean, comfortable and as described. We loved having the beach right outside the door, the beach and water were nice and the chair floats were a plus! Town and lots of great restaurants within a few minutes drive. We were looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation, and we found it! Thank you, Ignari!

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool daily and sunset walks on the beach. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need! We loved having the beach toys/towels/chairs. The kitchen had everything as well.

Great stay! One of the people that lived in the building described it as paradise, and I couldn’t agree more. My significant other and I had a relaxing stay and were upset to have it end, couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

I got this place for my husband’s birthday and it was everything he was looking for: peaceful, by the beach, amazing views and sunsets to relax. Javier was great, very responsive and courteous. The place is cozy, it felt bigger than what we expected, lots of space for a couple. It was close to the “downtown” Rincón where you can find markets, stores and restaurants. The view is spectacular! A great place to relax and enjoy beautiful Puerto Rico, we couldn’t ask for a better place. We are already planning for another trip soon. Thank you Javier!

This was our third time to the island and we loved our stay. Great location, friendly neighbors. We had an issue with the shower but it was fixed right away. I felt like the cleaning could have been a little better as well as more utensils in the kitchen. Overall a very nice location and stay. Highly recommend.
