Love the place! Close to the lake and on a peaceful neighborhood. Loved the fire pit and the game table. Great to go for family vacation like we did.

The house was amazing. Perfect location, and plenty of room for everyone in our group.

Mikes property fit our needs very well. Our groups enjoyed the amenities provided and we had an overall outstanding stay. Only down fall is the photo of parking, and all the buildings around it are not accurately depicted and we were a little shocked at how much was crammed into 1 area. Parking is very tight if you have 2 bigger vehicles. This Doesn’t affect our rating, just was shocked and didn’t know what we were getting into from the photos and descriptions provided.

We had a ‘grand’ weekend! The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Made our boat weekend easy and fun!

Extremely cozy and peaceful home. We could hear the waterfall while in the living room and it was so nice. The open-airy living room was relaxing to be in and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Will definitely be back!

The home was beautiful. My family really enjoyed all the amenities the residence had to offer. Very clean and updated. The only gripe would be the smoke alarm was chirping all through our last night in the home. Would definitely recommend and consider returning at a future date.

The lake/river house was fantastic! The host was responsive and helpful, and we truly enjoyed our stay! It is a nice surprise that we could even borrow the kayaks. Highly recommend! The pool looks very beautiful at night.

I loved this place, it was clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to. After a long hot day outside it was so nice to come back to the room and take a hot shower, and there was hot water for the both of us. Then just relax in the cool air-conditioned room. The room gave me everything that I needed. Clean towels, sheets. Someplace for me to put my refrigerated food, Air-conditioning, A tv, just in case I wanted to see what is going on in the world. A cooking surface, which i didn't have time to cook, but i could. And it was a quiet neighborhood. I would love to use this room again sometime. Thanks for giving me more than just a place to lay me head to rest.

We had 5 families and we all felt like we had our own space/privacy for bedrooms and we were able to get together in the kitchen dinnering room areas very well.

Amazing place. We would love to book it again. It lives like a cabin, and it’s just what we needed. Thank you Sam for sharing this beautiful spot. We hiked at Little blue park, highly recommended.

House was really clean and a/c worked super great with it being 98 degrees that weekend. Just had a little hard time getting in with the passcode , maybe just specific instructions how to enter the code would be great. The house has a gas station, liquor store, Offroad park at a riding distance and Scott with the super atv parts store right down the rode. Perfect

This house has it all. The South Shore community is a great area & Mike was an awesome host. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Was in a nice secluded area with plenty of parking, will definitely be coming back!

It was a great place tons of bedrooms especially in the red shop the hot tub was great and the lake was beautiful plenty of kitchen stuff to make food with will definitely try to come again.

Gary & Jo Cousatte were absolutely awesome, and we loved staying in their home. If we find ourselves in Pryor, OK again, we will check to see if this location is available, before looking anywhere else. Gary & Jo are awesome people with a beautiful home.

Ellen was very accommodating and sensitive to our needs. She was flexible with us and prompt to respond to messages. The house was very clean, organized, and nicely decorated. She even asked if we wanted aromatherapy in the diffusers which was thoughtful. She paid attention to details like having a ring holder by the kitchen sink and mats in the bathrooms for hot tools like curling irons. I felt comfortable and cozy there. I will rebook and recommend to loved ones.
