Loved the quiet location and ease of access. Very clean and very responsive to messages, will def be staying again!

Overall I stay here for over a month. Everything in the house works well. Matt is very responsive to msgs and addressing any issues that arises. I would recommend to Matt that both mattress needs to be changed since they are very worn out. Nothing crazy immediately that I would reduce the 5 star . Would stay here again.

Ponderosa in the Woods is an awesome place to spend a few days, whether spending some time away from town, visiting people, or looking for quietness. You have everything you need, and it's only a few minutes to get into the Tulsa area if you want or need to. Just watch out for deer everywhere!

Jean's house has taken first place in being the most welcoming Airbnb I've ever stayed at. It was very clean and organized with just the right amount of a laid back, relaxing feel. You can really tell that the owners are great hosts and like to take great care of things the right way. 5/5 stars and I will be happy to stay again in the future.

Great location! Condo was very clean, as well as swimming pool, game room, and outside area. We enjoyed being able to walk to The Anchor and Shangri-La for meals. Very helpful and attentive staff throughout the complex. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is adorable. It is perfectly located near all the Monkey Island and Shangri-la action. It is so nicely decorated and our guests said they slept well and enjoyed their stay.
