We had a wonderful time at Rob's place in Provincetown this February. If you are looking for a quiet place on the East End in the off season this is an exceptional spot. Beautiful water views from the condo. A gorgeous beach with some of the best views in Provincetown is right across the street. Condo was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and exactly as described. Couldn't ask for more.

We had a fabulous experience with the apartment. It was a little bit small, but actually ended up being very cozy for the long weekend. No issues whatsoever, and Kevin was a very gracious and respectful host. Definitely recommend this for a short getaway!

Beautiful place with cozy, beachy decor. We loved the location right on the beach with an incredible view! We could walk around town. The place was perfect and we would definitely stay there again!

Alan's place was a perfect home base for our Provincetown getaway. Checking in/out was a breeze, we found the condo clean and lovely and the location cannot be beat. We would definitely stay here again - thank you!

Chris’s place was exactly as described and depicted. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great location…..just steps to all of our favorite spots! Chris was also very responsive…. we hope to return again sometime!

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

William's place was calm and peaceful. just what we needed for a weekend away. perfect for couples and dogs. plenty of walking areas around and close to downtown. walking distance to many restaurants. loft had everything you need for a comfortable weekend away.

Great location - walkable to downtown Falmouth, many nice trails, and the farmer's market. Long walk or short drive to Woods Hole (for Pie In The Sky and WHOI). Also very close to Windfall Market for some quick and easy food. Great host - Brian was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was a kitchen item missing, and Brian brought a new replacement in a day. The space is slightly cramped - the kitchen and couch and dining table are all in 1 room, so there isn't a much space to hang out as a group.

Jim is a great host. The unit is very nicely updated. It was clean, attractive and very comfortable. Very convenient to Commercial St. with stores, restaurants and the beach. Unit is on second and third floors. The third floor is like a mini suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely cannot beat the location -- close to everything Ptown has to offer but in a quiet (and iconic!) alley so the noise level was perfect, even during Halloween! Great space, clean and well-lit, the perfect home away from home during a fall wedding weekend. Would 100% stay here on our next visit to Provincetown!

Great rental that we hope to rent again some day soon. Unfortunately my husband and I both tested positive for Covid the day after we arrived. John as a host was completely understanding when we informed him that we were leaving early to head home to Vermont. He even initiated a refund of one night as a courtesy (that we didn't ask for). Very thoughtful and understanding. As renting guests, we had our dog with us, and I just felt bad that we were too sick to vacuum up before we left as we usually do. This place was spotless when we arrived. Host uses professional cleaners and you can tell. They do an awesome job. Everything at this rental is in awesome shape, seems like a recently remodeled condo with new finishes, appliances and cabinetry.

Had a wonderful second stay at Steve’s lovely house! It was just as enjoyable this time around, plus a brand new renovated kitchen. Steve’s home is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable… it was really chilly in ptown while we were there, so we made great use of the fireplace. It’s a fantastic location, easy walking to everything. Steve is an excellent host, reaching out ahead of time with all the details and letting us check in early with our boys and our dog. Thanks again, Steve! Look forward to coming back soon.

What a relaxing and wonderful stay! Barbara’s place was welcoming and even better than the pictures. The house has everything you need and the addition of the community pool was the cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to Barbara‘s place the next time my family and I visit MV.

Jack was fantastic. Not only was the place gorgeous and comfortable, a snowstorm hit while we were there and he helped us navigate that and offered what he could do to help us out. Wonderful location, amazing views, and comfy home. 10/10

Heathers condo was great and so close to ocean / beach. Would love to stay again during the summer to enjoy all it has to offer.

This is a great little find just off Commercial Street. Perfect for a weekend getaway for two people. The place was spotless. The bed had a great mattress. We were in and out a lot and the location was excellent. Also, great pressure with the shower...

Our stay on Conant was a delight. It had just about everything we needed in the kitchen to have an excellent Thanksgiving. It's prime location for seeing all Provincetown has to offer. Owners were very responsive to any questions and were able to accomodate our earlier arrival. We will definitely be keeping this place on our wishlist for future visits.

We did a long weekend at Stanley’s place with two couples, and I’d highly recommend this place as a great home base if you plan on spending your time at the beach or going out downtown. Having private beach access with chairs and umbrellas included was a great bonus.

Kellie and David were great! They always made themselves available if we needed anything. The accommodations were also great, clean and plenty of room for two of us plus our small pup. We were visiting friends who have a tiny place nearby; too small to comfortably get together. We enjoyed a few nights having them over for dinner, cards and other games. So nice to entertain at ‘our place’! It was winter and cold weather, so didn’t have a chance to relax on the rear deck overlooking the water, but the sunrise, sunsets and New Year’s Eve fireworks were spectacular, with a no-hassle front row seat! We’ll have to visit again during warmer months. Parking was the only downside; a common dilemma in Ptown, but the house is in such a great location, with so much available within walking distance, simply park and walk to everything: beach, town, shops, food!

We had an excellent stay at the Sea Sweet! It was clean and very comfortable for my husband and I. We enjoyed some of the restaurant recommendations that were made. We tend to bring alot of our own things when we vacation, but I did notice it was very well supplied even with bathroom toiletries and kitchen needs. And after so many years of traveling to the Cape, we finally did a Whale Watch which was great! Thanks Kathleen, we very much enjoyed your place !

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo, very comfortable making a great stay. Had all the amenities that we needed. The condo was right on the beach making for wonderful sunrises and sunsets over the bay. The location was great with a short walk to the center of town. Would recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.
