Great house in an established neighborhood close to Disneyland. There were 5 adults and 3 children staying at the house and it was very comfortable! We only had breakfast at the house and spent our days at Disneyland so can't comment on the barbecue or hottub since we didn't get to enjoy the outside area. Would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Disneyland; it's in great proximity to the parks. John and Candy were very responsive when we contacted them regarding an issue with one of the showers.

This location was perfect for our spring break trip to Disney. The house was super clean, neighborhood was charming and the space offered everything you could need. I highly recommend this place.

Nestled right next to his breathtaking castle, this home is a true masterpiece—combining elegance, comfort, and a sense of grandeur that is simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and generosity, a reflection of James himself—an incredible soul whose kindness and hospitality made our experience even more special. Every detail in the home is thoughtfully curated, from the exquisite decor to the impeccable cleanliness and comfort. The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic. This place feels like a home with all the things one needs to be comfortable. The yard and hot tub were great. The bonus was the in-tune piano! Our whole party voiced wishes to stay here again.

This was one of my top AirBnB experiences! I took my family and my in laws to this spot to be close to the Greek Theatre for a concert, but it was such a treat in and of itself! We were super close to great food and a nice part of town, and were less than twenty miles to everything we wanted to see. Took a hike to the Hollywood sign, checked out the Getty Center, and enjoyed the LA scene. We’re from SD, so it was so nice to find a private, lovely part of our sister city. Norvell was an incredible host, very responsive and friendly whenever we had questions. He even left us a gift at check-in! All of the amenities and rooms were as described on the listing, and it was money well spent. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice weekend in LA!

We had a great stay at Hallgrim’s place. It was clean and as pictured in the reviews. The only problem we had was parking. It’s only street parking across from the house and the other houses parked multiple cars in our only spot to park. There is also only one tv in the house which is located in the spare bedroom. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience. There’s even a squirrel that is came up to the windows every morning to say hi. She must be fed, because she is not afraid of humans. We named her “baby”.

We loved everything about our stay! Location,comfort, and had the pleasure of meeting the home owner and he was wonderful! Highly recommend if you are looking for a homey get away with relaxing stay! The bed I. Master was better then the heavenly beds at Westin lol 😂 we will be back!!!

Convenient and a lovely! We loved being able to relax around the pool in the afternoon.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay. Everything was as described, and we felt completely at home. The location is perfect - quiet and safe. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and checking out all of the beautiful houses. The bungalow was very well-equipped with everything we needed. My only issue (which was only mine) was that cabinets were really high up for me (I’m only 5’0), but wasn’t an issue for my much taller daughter. The patio was also a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather we had. We will definitely stay here again when we’re visiting So. Cal.

Great place, centrally located, very pet friendly.

We had such a lovely stay at Tiana's home! The space was more spacious than we expected (we were a family of 4 with two little kiddos), super clean and comfortable, and we loved how close we were to the beach. We were visiting family in the area and were happy to host a breakfast at our place before heading to the beach for the afternoon. There are so many nice restaurants and coffee shops close by. I even went to a yoga class just a mile up the road when we had a free morning! We are so grateful to Tiana and her husband for their flexibility, wonderful communication, patience and kindness! We will absolutely love to stay here again when we're back visiting family!

Rooms are somewhat small but the cottage is charming, very homey, and quite comfortable. It had all we needed. We will want to visit again. The outside common area and chickens were a big hit with our grandkids when they came for a visit. The neighborhood is beautiful & quiet. Kristen was a great host.

Anna was such an amazing host. The place was very clean and I really appreciated her checking up on us to make sure everything was good the morning after we arrived. We’ll definitely be booking in the future!

Great unit! Comfortable, convenient and clean. It had everything we could need to enjoy a few days in town. Trader Joe’s is a quick walk around the corner. Owner proactively communicated about street parking rules so we were able to plan accordingly. Great communication throughout. Would definitely recommend and stay in this unit again.

We loved Eva’s airbnb. Very cozy and comfortable place in a well situated, quiet and safe neighborhood - with enough parking, yay :) Eva is so sweet too. Always available and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful place, quiet and relaxed. Great conditions for children. No hazards, and safety precautions throughout the property. Great for big families !

The house was nice and good size for our group. The location was pretty good for what we had planned. We landed on this place specifically because of the pool and hot tub. We wish we had been told the specifics of using them beforehand because we arrived to an ice cold pool & jacuzzi. But after Gevorg finally responded we were told there is a fee to heat everyday, they cant be heated at sametime, and pool takes 8-10 hrs to heat. But once the confusion was cleared up, Gevorg was quick to respond and the pool/jacuzzi was an amazing addition to our trip!!! Gevorg was very kind and welcoming and quick to fix the situation.

Miguel was responsive and supportive. I booked this stay as a gift for some friends on their 16th wedding anniversary. they loved it and when I visited it was very cozy and well maintained. fireplace is a nice bonus!

Beautiful home, with tons of space and very functional whether you’re a group of adults or have small children. I was able to get in my morning walks. Coffee and bagel shops are within walking distance. Loved our stay! We will be back!

When in LA, choose the Cho Family’s place to stay!

My girls and I really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful atmosphere, exactly what we needed & what we were looking for. Only complaints is we couldn’t experience the waterfall (would have made my daughter’s bday even better) & also the pool heater. This prevented us from using the pool at night (water was cold) we would have LOVED using the pool from morning till night to take full advantage of the beautiful pool but like they mentioned, it’s expensive to maintain, so I def understand.

This rental was better than the photos, charming and comfortable, fully equipt kitchen, comfortable beds, clean space, and outdoor space with a stunning view. The location is like no other. Debbie was an absolute pleasure. She was helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.
