Terry’s apartment ticked all my boxes for a peaceful, quiet spot with lots of walks and so many opportunities to relax. The apartment was everything I needed in terms of layout and is located in a friendly, safe area. I highly recommend it. Terry was a welcoming host, who respected my privacy and was there if I needed him.

My 2 weeks in Cong at John Joe’s apartment were more than wonderful. The upstairs apartment had everything I needed plus more to be comfy and cozy. John Joe is a generous host, at the ready to provide whatever I needed. He is a gentleman and as a long resident of Cong widely known and highly respected in the village. He is a lovely man whose kindness infused my experience. I had a deeply happy time in Cong and the charm and aesthetic of John Joe’s airbnb apartment made my time there one that is already among my most treasured destinations - an experience of a lifetime. Great place to stay for a family of four. very comfortable

We had a fantastic stay in Achill! The location is peaceful and quiet, with incredible views of the beach. It is an amazing spot to unwind and take in the scenery. The house itself was cozy and had everything we needed, especially the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking easy. We were lucky to get a great day and made the most of it with some beautiful hikes and a sauna on the local beach. Teresa was very responsive and accommodating, making our stay even better. We’d highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We stayed for 2 nights with our dog. We couldn’t have enjoyed the getaway anymore. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The space was spotlessly clean and so cosy. And we loved meeting Paul’s other dogs who came to say hello! 100% recommend this accommodation and we’ll be back!

Geraldine’s house was perfect for our stay. The house is big with plenty of space for guests and great space in the sitting room and kitchen/dining area. The house was spotless and looks exactly as it does in the picture. Location is perfect, just outside the town of Ballina in a quiet estate. We stayed there for a wedding in Belleek Castle and the location was perfect, just a short drive to the castle. Geraldine was very responsive and helpful during the trip. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Very peacefully and comfortable house to spend a few relaxing days. Probably the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of space for us. House was perfectly clean, well equipped kitchen for cooking, 3 showers/bathrooms and lovely comfortable beds. Games and cards were nice a nice addition. Just a few things to note, a car is essential, no microwave or freezer but other than that there is everything you would want for a lovely few relaxing days.

Ciara and Pat could not have been more helpful. They were so friendly and welcoming. myself and my husband stayed here whilst in Westport for a race , and they offered for us to come back and have a shower in the house and use their facilities afterwards. Absolutely above and beyond. Definitely recommend them 🎉🙏

We are a family of 5 that travel full-time and have stayed in our share of Airbnb homes. I can't say enough great things about Chris, Mary and the stay we had. Upon arrival and a long stressing travel day we arrived with breakfast essentials so we could relax the rest of the evening. The house was spotless, smelled wonderful and exactly how it is described in the description. We quickly realized the home had all upgraded appliances, finishing touches that made it feel cozy like your at home and a garden in the back that was beautiful and relaxing . The back porch also has a new clear rooftop so you can enjoy the garden space in all weather conditions(he'd put it up right before we arrived.) My kids played cards outside on rainy days and loved it, definitely one of the many upgrades we enjoyed . They had logs available and already set for a fire, which we enjoyed a few on cold evenings. Chris and Mary took time out of their schedule to show us a local beach they thought the kids would enjoy. Something that was also a first time experience for us. As for sightseeing Chris's place has a good selection of maps, things to do, places to eat even local magazines to choose from. We found this Airbnb located in a central area for day trips but also has a good selection of things to do close by. A Cost Cutters is located within walking distance, but Ballina has several options for groceries a pharmacy is also located probably 5 min or so from the house along with many other shops. Wifi is something I also wanted to review my husband works online and needs good wifi, in all of our travels this Airbnb has had the quickest connection we've ever had. When we booked we were also curious if the estate had children and YES plenty of children live in the estate. Overall we highly recommend this Airbnb, we felt the amenities offered were of high standards, and the hosts went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return if we visit Ireland again.
