Lovely private and quiet stay in Connemara. Terry is a lovely host. Generous and responsive. If you have your own transport this is a perfect place to stay if you enjoy peace and quiet and having your own little apartment.

My 2 weeks in Cong at John Joe’s apartment were more than wonderful. The upstairs apartment had everything I needed plus more to be comfy and cozy. John Joe is a generous host, at the ready to provide whatever I needed. He is a gentleman and as a long resident of Cong widely known and highly respected in the village. He is a lovely man whose kindness infused my experience. I had a deeply happy time in Cong and the charm and aesthetic of John Joe’s airbnb apartment made my time there one that is already among my most treasured destinations - an experience of a lifetime. Great place to stay for a family of four. very comfortable

I think this was our favourite stay in Ireland. The cottage was exactly as advertised. The location is unique, beautiful and quite isolated, which is what we enjoy. Achill is small and we were never far from restaurants , pubs or grocery stores.The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and after eating out for a month it was delightful to be able to cook for ourselves. The washer/dryer was an absolute bonus and very much appreciated. Teresa was able to help us with travel plans and suggestions for places to visit. She was friendly without being intrusive . We would love to return again in better weather. What a gem of a place!

Keith is a wonderful host and his apartment is same as it was explained and showed in the pictures. He explained about the local things to see around and no point shown an hurry. The kids loved it and enjoyed time with Keith father in the morning feeding sheep’s. Everyone in the family enjoyed Easter break.

My partner and I had the best weekend at Trad Cottage with our two beloved dogs! The weather was awful, but that just shows how special this place is—it didn’t matter one bit. On our first night, I didn’t even want to leave, so we just cosied up and relaxed. Over the weekend, we visited the local sauna (Sauna Sásta), walked Dunmoran Beach, Enniscrone Beach, and did the coast walk. We also stopped by The Beach Bar for a few pints. What we loved most was simply being at the cottage, surrounded by animals, nature, and the most beautiful willow craft. I already can’t wait to come back—and wish I had booked a few extra nights! Geraldine’s house was perfect for our stay. The house is big with plenty of space for guests and great space in the sitting room and kitchen/dining area. The house was spotless and looks exactly as it does in the picture. Location is perfect, just outside the town of Ballina in a quiet estate. We stayed there for a wedding in Belleek Castle and the location was perfect, just a short drive to the castle. Geraldine was very responsive and helpful during the trip. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Graces. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything and more that we needed for our stay. It is located in a quiet and peaceful area and has stunning panoramic views. Noel was a great host and provided valuable information for our trip, he was easily contactable and sorted any queries immediately. Overall, I would highly recommend The Graces as a perfect location for exploring Achill.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Very peacefully and comfortable house to spend a few relaxing days. Probably the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of space for us. House was perfectly clean, well equipped kitchen for cooking, 3 showers/bathrooms and lovely comfortable beds. Games and cards were nice a nice addition. Just a few things to note, a car is essential, no microwave or freezer but other than that there is everything you would want for a lovely few relaxing days.

I am SO in love with Diana's home. We had 7 adults, a toddler and dogs and yet there was still loads of room. The rooms are massive, so everyone had lots of space to sleep, and the dogs could run around the grounds. EVERYTHING you ever need is there, toys for the kids, dog treats, every type of kitchen utensil and a gorgeous welcome basket. But there is a shop 300 steps away and loads of lovely towns nearby. The beaches were 4 mins away in the car each and just so peaceful, not full at all. I will be back and will be telling everyone about this peaceful place.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Westport! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—warm, welcoming, and exactly as described (if not better). The room was fantastic: spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home. The host was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was easy and thoughtful, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Next time we’re back in Westport, this will be the first place we look into. Couldn’t recommend it more highly! Westport is easily and very quickly accessible from the house. Fantastic spot, we regretted not staying another day.
