The Small Batch suite at the Bourbon Inn was absolutely charming and the perfect place to stay for exploring Paris, Lexington and the surrounding areas! Jocelyn was extremely thoughtful and helpful in her communications. The suite is ADORABLE, cozy and contains wonderful art by Jocelyn and other artists celebrating specifically Secretariat, but also the horse rich culture of the Lexington area. Don’t miss the chance to stay here! We loved it!

Amazing place to stay. Owner was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. If you are visiting the northern Kentucky area I highly recommend as it keeps you in a quiet area with the necessities while avoiding high traffic and noise that comes with busier areas. Still within 30 mins to an hour of most Cincinnati/Newport area attractions. Neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful! Will be back next time we go to the area!

We enjoyed our stay here as we were visiting MSU. Lisa was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs. Definitely will look to stay here again when we visit. The barn cats are so friendly but respectful of not trying to enter cabin. Enjoyed feeding the horses.

Very nice place located just a few miles from downtown Maysville. There’s a train that runs through downtown Maysville quite often, and this apartment is located just far enough away that you’re not bothered by the train but still very close to everything Maysville has to offer. Very conveniently located near the EKPC Spurlock plant. Hosts made it very easy to get in and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was extremely peaceful and a convenient drive to many attractions. The house was miraculously taken care of, and so beautifully laid out. We also enjoyed getting to interact with the horses, and of course Sheldon the cat! Frank was great throughout the entire stay, and I cannot recommend staying here enough! Don’t hesitate to book your next trip!

My family and I have stayed here the last 5 months and we couldn’t be happier!! Our experience with Ed and his Airbnb has been exceptional! Ed is easy to work with, is willing to be flexible, and is always available when you have questions or need anything! No better host anywhere. Location, house, everything there you need (including snacks!!!!!!!!!) This is our 3rd time there and we will be back soon. Highly recommended

Cute place with many of the little extras that make it feel like home: lots of cooking utensils and pots and pan options, skewers, extra travel-sized toothpaste, blankets, games and seating areas for outside.

Our family found the Peacock House as we were planning at trip to The Ark Encounter. Our whole family (including our teenagers) loved the Peacock House. It was spacious…yet cozy. It was bright and inviting. I only had a couple of questions…and our hostess answered right away. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and supplies…the coffee supply was a very nice touch. One of my teenage granddaughters thought it was a nice touch that we were invited to the host’s church. Again, a nice and comforting touch. We highly recommend the Peacock House. If we are ever in the area again…Peacock House is where my family wants to stay. Blessings!

The location was perfect for our need to be close to family and we had ample space to spread out. The number of beds/baths fit our needs as well. Although we did not get the opportunity to utilize the outdoor space, it was well thought out and would be very enjoyable during warmer weather. Overall, a great stay!

Sunset cottage was very nice, clean, and well stocked. My daughter convinced me to try Airbnb… And I am so pleased that I did! My two sisters and I stayed in the cottage; out brothers even joined us for snacks and reminiscing! When we called about an issue with the hot water, the host said that she would be there in 10 minutes! Very responsive and helpful! We found the place easily with good directions and could not have been happier with our overnight stay there!
