Great villa, great location. Especially if you love golf

Excellent off season vacation. We were visiting friends in Huelva and Portugal so we decided to stay in El Rompido. The home is beautiful, we would have loved to have used the swimming pool but it was too cold. It is 30 min to Huelva and 1 hr to Faro, Portugal. The house is great for a group, upstairs is open and guests can live comfortably downstairs. We would definitely stay here again! Gate staff were very friendly as well.

La maison est très agréable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. La cuisine est très bien équipée, le mobilier très confortable, air conditionné, … Le jardin est également très agréable avec plusieurs endroits différents pour s'installer pour déjeuner ou diner en fonction de l'heure de la journée. Il est vaste et très bien entretenu, et complètement clos (idéal avec des enfants). La piscine est belle avec de l'espace autour et bien équipée (transats, parasols, …). La maison est très calme, sans vis-à-vis. Elle est très bien située pour permettre facilement de visiter la région tout en restant au calme. Un ménage a été fait en milieu de séjour (avec changement de serviettes). La communication a été excellente avec Christiane et Patrick, et les informations claires et précises. Merci. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et je recommande vivement cette maison vraiment très très agréable.

Magical little spot - wrap around terrace with sun throughout the day and views of the sea was a real highlight! Our toddler loved the animals and birds in the grounds. House was simple and perfect for what we needed. Host was super responsive and helpful. Great location for tavira and nearby stunning beaches. We’d love to return!

What a beautiful villa! It's location is stunning! You need a car for this villa but that wasn't a problem for us. We went with our 2 young daughters (2yrs & 9months) and they provided a high chairs and cot for us. Great communication, clear check in instructions and Sev was always happy to answer any questions :) So peaceful and just beautiful! Would definitely recommend :)

ma famille et moi avons passé un séjour fabuleux! tout était réuni : un environnement sublime et paisible, une villa avec tout ce qu'il faut, la piscine un réel atout au regard du soleil et de la chaleur pour nous et nos 3 enfants! Jan est hyper réactif et disponible pour tout besoin et recommandation. A ce sujet, nous vous conseillons le restaurant Marès à Tavira! très bon, très bon accueil ! nous sommes tombé amoureux de Tavira, de ces ruelles, de l'ambiance et de la sérénité ! ainsi que de la Villa et de la gentillesse Portugaise! vous l'aurez compris, nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

A charming and elegant villa in which to spend the holidays with family and friends. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and it is a joy to cook there. We had everything we needed in order to make a BBQ. We've spent the evenings playing pool in the basement of the villa. The villa is situated in close proximity to the beach, allowing us to jog in the morning. It was a pleasure to swim in the heated swimming pool. We cannot wait to return next year!

Danke für die Gastfreundschaft. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, nicht weit vom Strand, Gelsennetze fehlen leider sehr, toller Zentralraum mit Kuppel. Sehr zu empfehlen!

It was a pleasure to stay and Vivian and Ruben’s place. The house is very spacious and can accommodate large groups perfectly. Vivian and Ruben were there to greet us and let us in and were available throughout the stay for any questions we had no matter how small. Highly recommend staying at their place. Pool was a great plus even for a mid October stay as it can be heated.

I stayed here with 7 girlfriends. We had a fantastic weekend in Seville. The accommodation was perfect. It was so comfortable, really clean and perfectly Located.Marta met us on arrival and was very friendly and communicative. The beds weee very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could think of in it. Would thoroughly recommend here.

Our stay was amazing thanks to the cleanliness of the place. Javi and Laura were both very welcoming and provided great restaurant suggestions.

We had a lovely 10 day stay in the villa (which was even nicer than the photos in real life). We had everything provided that we could possibly need in terms of equipment and the beds were all very comfortable. We appreciated being invited to make ourselves at home. The weather was mixed during our stay so having the heated pool was a real bonus and we all enjoyed swimming daily. The beautiful beach and all of the local amenities are only a short walk away and we ate in some really fantastic restaurants. Soledad was extremely helpful with recommendations and instructions and we had friendly and prompt communications about anything we needed. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Hemos estado bien en este alojamiento. Coincidía con la descripción. Tenía una piscina muy bonita y estaba bien equipado. Por decir algún inconveniente, la ubicación es algo retirada, pero si buscas tranquilidad este es tu sitio.

¡Hemos pasado un tiempo increíble con 3 familias! Todo estaba perfectamente equipado: camas cómodas, cocinas completas, duchas estupendas, y cada casita tenía su smart TV y espacio exterior. La piscina de agua salada fue espectacular, con suficientes tumbonas, un bar agradable y una zona de estar acogedora. Las casas estaban impecables y bien provistas con lo básico, además de toallas grandes para la piscina o la playa. La ubicación es perfecta: a solo 7 minutos de las playas de la Costa de la Luz y a 5 minutos de supermercados como Lidl, Aldi y Dia. El alojamiento está en una zona muy tranquila, junto al Parque Natural de La Breña, ideal para la naturaleza y caminatas. Aunque al principio el precio parecía elevado, calculado por persona (€50 por noche), resultó una oferta fantástica para este nivel de lujo. ¡Gracias, Oscar, sin duda volveremos!

Primeramente quisiera agradecer a José y Cristina por su amabilidad y buenísima acogida que tuvimos desde la reserva, y por supuesto a nuestra llegada. Nos explicaron cómo funcionaba todo en la casa, y nos dieron información muy interesante sobre lo que hacer y ver en la zona. A la villa no le faltaba un detalle, es preciosa y está muy bien cuidada. Se me olvidó llevar la plancha de casa, pero en la casa había una, e incluso la tabla para planchar. ¡Si hasta nos dejaron un cargador de cepillo eléctrico! Increíble. Intentaremos volver cuando haga más calor, para poder disfrutar de la piscina (viajamos en diciembre). Recomiendo encarecidamente que disfrutéis unos días en esta casa, os encantará la acogida de los anfitriones, lo coqueta que está decorada, y la zona que es preciosa. ¡Muchísimas gracias por todo, José y Cristina!

We loved our stay! The house was spacious, well stocked, and everything we hoped for. It was well suited for our group of six adults. The host was very responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay.

Très belle maison spacieuse, idéale pour une grande famille. Nous y avons séjourné à 12 avec beaucoup d'espace. La vue sur le lac de la terrasse est magnifique avec de superbes couchers de soleil. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Concha; but it’s a house really in a quiet residential area. Very convenient for the Railway Station ( easy for Tavira and Faro) but a longer walk to the river front (15 mins) with plenty of lovely restaurants & cafes. The board walk is a pleasure and the boat trips over to the main beach across the river run all day at 1.5 euros. The pool was perfect & enjoyed our evenings outside with the BBQ. It was the outside space we liked best.The house was cool and dark but had all we needed. Traditional Portuguese. Fridge was good. Very modest inside but clean. We enjoyed bike hire & cycling to Tavira and down the cycle route along the coast. We used Pingo Supermarket. Fabulous choice of fish & meat. No car. Uber for 4 euros with our large shop. The weather was lovely and needed the pool! Our trip came together via Mark our host. His response to any query was quick. So helpful, reliable & obliging. Made our holiday. Thank you Mark.

Joselu gave us a very friendly welcome and just the right amount of useful information on restaurants in and outside of Arcos de la Frontera and how to stroll to the sights and views of this historic town. Upon our request he also gave an additional tip on a local Passover procession taking place during our stay and we enjoyed every minute of it. The house makes you feel immediately at home as if you have always lived there. (You wish!) The house is spacious, luminous, modern, clean, everything at one level, very agreeable; the house just gets you into a good mood. The swimming pool was clean and very refreshing, even in the month of April. There was enough privacy. In short, this house is top notch. The daily drive along the cypresses lane made me feel like Maximus Decimus Meridius in Gladiator I, or, better still, like a movie star in Beverly Hills. There is nothing that can keep you from having a great stay!

Alvaro and Jacobo were great hosts, responding with great care to special requests we made to accommodate our elderly mother. The villa was very comfortable and spacious, and the outdoor area very attractive too, with comfortable seating, z great bbq area and a nice pool. The villa is close to a wonderful beach, and there are plentiful walks and cycle paths in the pine forests surrounding the urbanisation.

Jacobo and Alvaro are fantastic hosts with a beautiful and well-maintained accommodation. Everything was spotless, the internet worked well, and we felt incredibly comfortable spending a month there. They were always responsive, thoughtful, and truly great to communicate with. For anyone traveling to Spain, it's important to note that the area around the house has many trees that host the pine processionary caterpillar, which can be extremely dangerous for humans and animals, especially children and dogs. We highly recommend looking it up beforehand so you can recognize it. However, this has NOTHING to do with the hosts – quite the opposite. They and their gardener do their best to keep the garden free from it. We only mention it because we were unaware of it and, unfortunately, faced serious consequences. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
