what an amazing experience my family & I had at mark’s Carlton Landing home. so much room - extra beds and next level bunk beds in one of the bedrooms - 2 or 3 families could easily stay here. mark was beyond communicative if I had a dumb question / just overall friggin fantastic experience. If you are deciding btwn 2 homes at Carlton Landing - use this review as the tie breaker. Great stuff and thanks again mark!

The house was in a great location! It was very darling, our kids loved all the little elements like the reading nook and especially the bunk beds. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season which we wish had been made clear in the listing as the only other pool open over spring break was at max capacity.

We had a great stay at Jeremy's house. It was just as described. It's worth noting that the area of Carlton Landing where this house is located is still very much under construction and there was a fair amount of construction noise and gravel/dirt (roads haven't been paved yet near the house). That said, it's a very nice home. We enjoyed our stay.

Oh my goodness this place is perfect!! it's location is centralized to all the community things. We didn't use our vehicle once. The cabin was very clean, cute, and fully stocked. The host is extremely thoughtful.

Love the home, very spacious and comforting, nice jacuzzi in the back and games upstairs to enjoy! Had a great time

We felt very comfortable staying here. It was just as described, in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. Pretty backyard, pretty surroundings. The check-in was easy. The instructions were clear. The host was very friendly and responsive. The beds were very comfortable. Slept well.

Todd's place was wonderful. Close walk to the beach, and fishing doc. I would just be mindful of the outdoor area if you have little children. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need for extended stays. Beds are comfortable and clean. Todd was very communicative and proactive in asking if there is anything we need. Deer walk through the property!

I did have just a little trouble finding the house on the map app using the Lakeaire Dr address. And we did have the AC freeze up on us but Kendra responded within a short time. Wonderful place to stay. Roomy, clean, campsite, large patio to sit and visit, wifi, 3 tv’s, and more. You will like this one!

Robert was an amazing host with an amazing home! It was very thoughtfully laid out, clean, tidy and well stocked with everything we needed. Robert was responsive and accommodating and made sure our family was safe and comfortable. The kids loved all the fun signs, space to play in the yard and being able to walk to our family’s house for Thanksgiving.

Home worked well for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. There was lots of space for children to play indoors and outside. The kitchen was perfect for us to prepare meals and there was plenty of dining space. It was very cold outside and even snowed during our stay but the hot tub was great! We would definitely recommend this lake home and look forward to returning in the future.

Trey’s place was exactly what we needed. The accommodations were perfect! We loved the location, the private space and the surroundings were awesome! Trey was extremely proactive and responsive as a host!

Nicole's property met all of my needs. She even has a full-size refrigerator/freezer. The first Air BNB I have rented that has a full-size refrigerator/freezer! I plan to rent an Air BNB two more times over the next 2 months. I will be renting Nicole's property!!!!

Amazing place! Extremely comfortable and beautiful. The hosts were awesome and very proactive. We felt right at home and appreciate the stay. Worth every penny.

We were in town for college fishing tournament. Close to ramp and plenty of room for boats. House was very well stocked from kitchen to bathroom. Special snack box the boys loved as well as a full coffee bar. Best overall accommodations we have ever had at an Airbnb.

Home was beautiful. Host was very responsive and provided important details that made our stay easy.. Beds were comfortable and lots of extra towels and blankets. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. All spaces were comfortable and inviting. We played pickle ball with provided paddles, played cards and games, walked to the coffee shop and pizza place. Plenty to do for a weekend in the winter. We will have to try again in the summer when the weather is better for swimming, etc.

AMAZING VIEW!!! AMAZING HOST!!! Family of 11 had zero complaints. Kitchen has every thing you need and things you might not even know you needed. Just a few of our favorite things- closet stocked with multiple board games, pool table, fire pits, and have to mention the view again!!! Can’t wait to stay again, during the summer :)

This was the perfect place to get my siblings together with our families. The house is set up perfect with plenty of beds and bathrooms. the kids loved the neat lofts! the outdoor patio with fireplace was a favorite hang out spot and in the mornings we had tons of variety of birds to view while they were feeding from the wide selection of feeders!

Amazing everything! Great location, great views, amazing home and amenities. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying in Stephanie's home.
