Cute little garage apartment. Very responsive when I messaged. Was very pleased with everything- well except weather but that wasn’t their fault.

This was a beautiful vacation that was fun to walk around and explore. The meeting place was fun to grab a coffee and the pizza place across the street was very tasty. Loved that the pools and tennis courts were all within walking distance. We love to cook and so not having tons of restaurants nearby was perfectly okay with us. If you do plan on cooking make sure you bring everything you want to make so you don’t have to run back into town for something. You will love the throwback to a more peaceful time and you will enjoy connecting with your family. This unit provide lots of quality space to do activities together or outside on the deck. We loved eating outside, reading , and playing games. It was so nice to have four bedrooms. Can’t wait to come back. Some of the locals said they have a fun Christmas event and that the Fourth of July is just the best!!

We had a little trouble getting in but Fran called and provided a way to get into the house. This is my 3rd stay here, and this is the only time had a slight hiccup that was resolved easily and quickly. The house is always well stocked, clean, and peaceful. My dogs enjoyed the backyard deck to sit on and watch the world go by. The lake is an easy drive away and lovely to drive around anytime you venture into town. I would recommend this Host and residents for anyone for a weekend getaway.

Andrew’s place was very well decorated and styled. He was very responsive to any questions we had. It was our first time to Carlton Landing and it was all that we had hoped it would be, and Andrew’s place had a lot to do with it! We will definitely be back!

We spent a splendid week at Cade's place! Check-in/out was super simple. The home is in an older, tranquil neighborhood and the location is convenient to everything you might want to see or do in McAlester. You'll find a nice park, a coffee shop, several restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. The house is remodeled and modern, well kept, very nicely decorated, and has lots of little extras (such as a nice selection of books on the shelves). Oklahoma's temperamental weather offered us several opportunities to sit out on the deck and watch the birds and squirrels. If you want to eat in, the kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare and serve your meals. The bed is comfy, and the shower is amazing - I wish I had hot water pressure like that at home! If I find myself traveling to McAlester again, this is the first place I'll look!

It is a nice and quiet place to spend our holidays with family and friends together.

The space and location was perfect for us and our 21 year old son and his friend. We were close to the restaurants and the lake. Beautiful place that was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed and more…even included snacks, coffee, and bottles of water. We enjoyed our stay here!

We had a fantastic stay at Wagner and Lynch's place! The apartment was sparkling clean and had all the essentials we needed. Its location was perfect for exploring Main Street, and Wagner and Lynch were very responsive to our needs. We especially loved the convenience and would recommend this listing to anyone visiting Wilburton. I wish I had discovered this place earlier, especially since I drive three hours one way to watch my son's basketball games at Eastern Oklahoma State College. We will definitely be looking to stay at this location again in the future!

Little confusion finding the place but owner answered the phone late at night and helped us get there. Aside from the horrendous wind , everything was fantastic. Beach was clear of trash and the dock was kept up. Be mindful of the stickers scattered around the yard though, wear decent shoes.
